Unfortunately asked for non-smoking via hotels.com, but hotel put me in only available room which was smoking.

"Nice facility, but don't stay in Suite 142"
Overall, the facility was very nice. Buffet complimentary breakfast was very tasty and had a nice variety of offerings. Free sodas, beer and wine(out of a cardboard box) at happy hour was an unexpected plus. All the staff we ran across were very friendly. We were upgraded to a suite - 142. Don't accept this suite! It is on the end of one building and […] sticks out into the parking lot. Motorcycles, diesel trucks and people talking on the way out to - and in - the parking lot at all hours. At 0545 on Friday morning, a Shamrock Foods delivery truck stopped outside our bedroom window and the driver proceeded to unload using a hand cart. No way the driver could be quiet. This room is also next to a "storage room", which is actually the laundromat for the entire complex. The machines were going all afternoon and evening until 9:30 PM. So this room is unacceptably noisy and should not be accepted if assigned. Les mer
"NIce hotel, a bit away from highway"
Nice breakfast, good Starbucks coffee! The rooms are big and clean and comfy. The pool area is nice. The hotel is a 15 minutes drive from the highway, and more in heavy traffic, but it seemed better than other hotel in the area. Not downtown, some restaurants around but mostly McDonalds etc.

Too far away to be considered a true airport hotel, but the hotel itself and the hotel staff are outstanding. Excellent value and a pleasure to be a guest here.

Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the entire hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Will definitely stay in this hotel again on our next visit to Tucson.
The air conditioner did not cycle on and off. This made the room WAY to cold or for it to get too warm. Not a bad hotel, just a little weathered. Believe for 90-100 per night on the weekend I stayed not a good value.
didn't enjoy it. not a class act. air conditioning was bad. it was kind of a creepy place.
"very few disslikes"
we had a very decent stay at your hotel. it was a bit far from our destination altho not your fault. the shower only seemed to have 2 temperatures, ice cold and scolding hot lol. also the breakfast area was small making it a bit akward. overall agood stay...... nothing a quick shower and eating in the room wouldnt fix.

We had a very nice stay! The added happy hour was great and the lady running that and breakfast was a truely a great person. The hotel is lucky to have her as an employee!
"BWI and Suites in Tucson - fantastic location"
We could not have picked a better hotel. The hot breakfast every morning was great and we got to participate in the free BBQ they host the first Wednesday of the month. The housekeeping staff was just as wonderful. They fulfilled all of our needs. My daughter and I will be back.

King bed was clean and comfortable with a fridge, stove-top and microwave. Nice amount of space in the room and close to Oro Valley and Tucson Mall area. Lots of different resteraunts nearby and a Trader Joe's. Golfing, hiking, and other activities close by. Recommend for business or pleasure. The free breakfast and free social hour was a bonus.

This hotel is in a great location and there's plenty of restaurants and stores around this hotel. It was super clean and the free breakfast was fantastic since it also offered hot food. I highly recommend.

I made a reservation on Hotels.com and hadn't really ever been to this hotel. It was very nice and they were great and matched the hotels.com price when I wanted to extend my stay. The rooms are set up as suites, which was nice. It was more room than I needed, but it was nice to have a "living space" and a bedroom. Felt like being at home.

Housekeeping staff was wonderful and the room was clean but was pretty beaten up: holes in the walls, a large (3 ft/sq) spakle job that hasn't been finished, bubbled wallpaper, molding coming lose and a strong smell of dog urine. Will look to nearby hotels next time.

We had a studio suite. It was roomy, clean, very comfortable bed. Good price. Better than average breakfast. Would definately recommend.
"Best Western Oracle & Orange Grove, Tucson Az"
When I got there, the staff was very professional and provided all the information I needed. She used a highlighter to mark all the important info which later helped me get online to use the internet wifi and find my room. They were very nice and when I requested a wake up, they came through. I love that. I got a smoking section, they came through […] with a great location. The directions to the room were easy, they gave me an extra key without hesitation, the front desk girls seriously deserve an award. The room was amazing. The bathroom was between the living room and bedroom with two doors (one door room section, one bedroom -- same bathroom). There was a living room tv and a bigscreen bedroom tv. Everything was clean, the shower was spotless. There was the mint on the bed which is always kinda cool. I didn't eat it so I don't know if it was good, but it was a nice gesture. The next morning's breakfest was outstanding. I got there kinda late but the breakfest essentials were there: eggs, potates, sasuage, biscuits, gravy, toast & jam, cereal, juice & coffee. The place was in the middle near the pool called "pj's". With the map, it was so easy to find. The eggs were basic scrambled on a mass level to feed us. They had a great selection of hot sauce and ketchup to spice it up with, which made it amazing to me. The star feature was the potatoes for me, they make me hungry. They were cubes in a similar vat as the eggs, but the flavor was excellent. Upon checkout, I was trying to help the clean up a little to help out the cleaning people. We didn't check out EXACTLY on time, but they were super cool about it, no hassle, just returned the keys and we left, I had a great time. My only complaint is that next time I would like to enjoy the pools, they looked great and I'm sad I missed them. Its called "Best" western for a reason. Les mer

We stayed here during the Tucson Gem Show. The hotel is away from the congestion of the city center, it is quiet and near good restaurants. Our room appeared to have been recently redone and was quite comfortable. The continental breakfast was included in the room price and is great – a hot breakfast! We would stay here again.

Very friendly, helpful staff, the full breakfast is great, and, as a bonus, they had a daily "social hour" offering a free drink of soda, beer, or wine with snacks. Many restaurants in the vicinity. Will definitely return.

"Best Western Inn Suites, Tuscon foothills."
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and a big savings for us. There was a nice patio to enjoy the sun. We were disappointed to find out, after our arrival, that the pool & hot tub were out of commission for our whole stay. One of the reasons we chose that hotel was for the kids to have access to a heated pool. Also, in the morning, […] the pool re plastering truck parked right in front of our room and was very loud. "Nice and updated"
Our room was great! It had real utensils, pans and a nice little tiny kitchen. The bathroom was updated and the bed was so comfortable. It was more than we were expecting for sure!
The room was fine except for a couple of things the door didnt fit and air and daylight comes in. The room also smelt as if at one time it was a smoking room. The staff was very friendly and professional. The social hour was a very nice touch.

"Great value"
I previously stayed here in 2002, and the hotel has had a major update since then. Staff is great and rooms are very clean and comfortable. A plus was a thermostat that allowed you to pick the exact temperature. Good location, close to restaurants and shopping, and not far from the freeway. Highly recommended.

Terrific staff, wonderful service, and they found the charger I left behind! Very impressive courteous, friendly staff in the breakfast bar. slight plumbing problem resolved, and the airport shuttle was a huge plus. Will highly recommend this hotel. Very accommodating.
"Good place to stay with a few bumps"
We stay at this hotel because it is very convenient to where our family lives. We have never had any issues prior to this stay and they weren't insurmountable. The fitness room is virtually useless. Only one of the three machines was operable and there was no remote for the t.v. One night we arrived back to our room after being gone the entire day to […] find our room had not been made up. As I said, this wasn't insurmountable, but when I am paying for this service, I expect to receive it. Fresh towels were brought quickly, but we had to straighten out the bedclothes, something I enjoy having done for me when I stay in a hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well presented - wish the room was a bit bigger on chilly days. I will stay here again and will recommend it to others. Les mer

I didn't care for the outside entrance to my room, being alone and placed in the back of the building. Also, the closet door was off and one of the burners. Not that I used it, it was just not in good repair. The bed was very comfortable and everything else was fine.

"Week-End Stay"
Hotel located in a safe community and had adequate and safe parking. This is an older hotel, but the staff is caring, the hotel clean and accommodations better than average. The evening happy hour is a great place to relax and the morning breakfast is outstanding. Thank you... see you again soon

"Decent serviceable hotel but in need of update"
I can't complain as the price was less than half of nearby resorts. Nice hot breakfast came with the room. I tried to use the gym - rather tiny and crowded but managed a reasonable workout. I ran in the neighborhood which, in the direction away from the commercial main road was very pleasant and tidy. Hotel clerks were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is within 15-20 min of everything in Tucson. This hotel was recommended to me by people who frequently travel to Tucson. I will now be recommending it as well. Is close to 2 different mall and the Catalina State park, Chu park, a few miles to downtown area as well, I stay here always nice budget hotel
