We booked the Hotel because it was near the Cingress senter and because it was a 4 star hotel. It should be a 3 star hotel. Nice with a balcony still it was a bit noisy (lots of traffic on the main road. There was no furniture on the balcony and we got promised we would get two chairs. If you do not expect anything fancy, but you need a good place to lay your head at night - this is a good option. The room was a bit on the small size, and the shower had a very low ceiling (people above 2 meters - beware!). The breakfast is continental in nature (ham, cheese, eggs, bread), which was a bit of a disappointment as I was hoping to get […] a greek one (but if you dig into the continental one, it was quite decent). For the rating that this hotel has it does not live up to it. For the price, I suppose it does. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. But the room was small the hallway carpeting was not as clean as it could be and having frayed bath towels was a big turn off.

It was a nice hotel not far from the parliament . The bedrooms were comfortable the A/C didn't work very well though. The staff was really helpful.

Nice enough hotel for business or other short visit. Clean enough but not flash at all. Had TV in rooms, free Wifi in lobby or via a cable in your room for 5E per day. I did not see any pools/gyms/etc. Breakfast basic but adequate. The staff were fairly nice.

I was here for a conference, and for that purpose, it pleased. It was located conveniently to my venue. However, the rooms were not well maintained.

Although conveniently located, the hotel room was dingy and did not feel clean. The hotel staff wasn't particularly helpful in recommending nearby restaurants.

Rooms are rather small and hotel is a bit older. However clean and staff is very, very accomadating to visitors and knowledgable about sights and getting around city. Very helpful. Breakfast is limited in selection. Very close to Metro.

We where so happy when we ask to check in 8 hours early and where told it was no extra cost. Thanks to staff & wish them all the best.

Hotel. com lists a shuttle service for a surcharge. We were told after we arrived @ airport that the hotel has never had a shuttle service of any kind . We took a taxi to the hotel but to return there were no taxies due to a taxi strike. We had to pay an aquintance for a ride and it took two trips to get to the airport. Hotel did not assist in anyway […] during the taxi strike. Another thing to be aware of is most places do not accept american express cards. On the whole, the local resturants and stores prefer cash but some will take visa or master card. So plan on taking more cash than your bank advises. Hotel is very old. AC only works at 50% and it was broken down the first night we were there. Once reported to the front desk it took three complaints before they offered to change us rooms. Hotel old and very musty. Smelt of smoke and dust. Needs thorough cleanout and removal or replacement of carpets and curtains. Breakfast was also disappointing compared with other places in Athens we had stayed. One positive was the location. Good safe area and not too far from transport.

This is a nice little hotel, considerably less expensive than the mammoth ones surrounding it. I had to change rooms 3 times upon arrival (defective toilets, bad internet plug) but this was done smoothly and without objection. Starbucks next door!

The hotel was friendly, clean and in a nice location close to the heart of Athens.

this hotel is near quite a few more expensive hotels, one of which is where my conference was. This is not a super touristy neighborhood. There were a few (not many) nice restaurants nearby, one, Agora, very good and about 100 m behind the hotel. The hotel offered free ethernet if you brought your own cable, or 5 Euro to rent a cable. They were great […] in advice, getting a cab, and the room was fine. The breakfast had eggs and cheese and yoghurt and cereals but no vegetables except a few olives, and only canned fruit. Escolhi o hotel por ele fazer parte da rede Best Western - pensei que garantiria um padrão de qualidade. Porém, apesar da equipe do hotel ser ótima - foram bastante solícitos e simpáticos durante a nossa estada - o hotel decepcionou. Logo que chegamos, a colcha da cama estava com um buraco de queimado de cigarro (solicitamos a troca, que foi feita imediatamente), […] havia uma lâmpada queimada no quarto e o hotel não fornecia nem touca de banho. O elevador não funcionava corretamente, o café da manhã foi fraco, e encontramos uma barata morta no corredor que ali permaneceu durante um dia inteiro. No geral, foi ok, porém fique bastante decepcionada com a rede Best Western - não era o que eu esperava. Les mer

Pessoal da recepção muito atencioso e prestativo, desta vez fiquei num quarto "de canto", com formato irregular, mas com espaço bem aproveitado e vista para a pracinha em frente ao hotel. A variedade do buffet de café da manhã já foi melhor (sinal evidente da crise!) e com uma estadia tão prolongada (9 dias), acabei "cansando". Tem o básico (iogurte […] grego, mel, geleias, alguns tipos de pão, ovos mexidos, bacon), mas o suco não era digno de ser provado (espero que melhorem este aspecto, já que de resto, a estadia foi muito agradável)! Este hotel fica muito próximo a dois outros de alto nível (Hilton e Divani Palace), mas que são muito mais caros! A localização é perfeita para quem quer evitar hospedar-se diretamente no centro de Atenas, mas ainda estar convenientemente próximo a ele (apenas 1 estação de metrô de Syntagma Square). Les mer

Отель имеет удобное месторасположения, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от станции метро. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Здание старое, номера маленькие, кондиционер древней конструкции (очень шумный), что особенно неприятно ночью. Почти у всех номеров окна выходят на шумную улицу. Выбор еды на завтрак небольшой. Вообщем 2 звезды, но никак не больше.

Já me hospedei anteriormente no Ilissia, que continua uma alternativa atraente de hospedagem em Atenas. Situado a uma estação de metrô do centro de Atenas, o Ilissia é um hotel próximo a restaurantes, museus, etc mas convenientemente afastado da praça Syntagma, onde costumam ocorrer manifestações políticas que podem deixar inseguros os turistas que […] não tem a menor ideia do que se passa (além de dificultar o tráfego na área central da cidade). As ligações por ônibus permitem também acesso fácil à Acrópole, Academia, museus diversos. A relação custo-benefício é excelente. Les mer

il posto è strategico sia per i collegamenti con l'aeroporto che con il centro città. La metropolitana è a 2min a piedi. La zona è molto tranquilla. L'hotel è un pò vecchio ma se questo non è un problema lo consiglio. Nel complesso la valutazione qualità/prezzo è buona.

Das Hotel ist in einem Zentralen schönen Viertel mit guten Metro/Bus Verbindungen. Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich veraltet, aber trotzdem sehr sauber. Eine günstige Gelegenheit, um mitten in Athen zu übernachten. Die Mitarbeiter waren besonders freundlich und sehr hilfreich und haben uns auch sehr nette Restaurants in der Nähe empfohlen.

cerca de na parad de metro - unos 10 minutos andando; la ventana daba a la calle pero no se oía el ruido; habitacion limpia, climatizada, pero olía fuertemente a tabaco; baño limpio, cambio de toallas cada mañana.

Hotel ligt vlakbij Likkavitos, en vlakbij een nieuwere wijk van Athene met mooie winkels van echte alternatievere zaken zoals kledij en schoenen, designartikelen, creatieve juwelenwinkels, niet touristisch. Aangenaam kader voor wandelingen. Vlakbij presidentieel paleis en National Garden. Veilige buurt, zonder bedelaars.
