"Three night stay."
Everything was very clean and service was excellent. Not too enthusiastic about the location and the price was the highest we paid anywhere on our three week trip. This includes Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Colorado, and Oklahoma. The employees were great.

We were attending the Laughlin River Run event and stayed in Needles at the Best Western. After reading some of the reviews I was a little worried about the hotel. We were very satisfied with everything from are room to the great complimentary breakfast. The employees were very friendly and helpful. "Good Stop-over!"
The hotel staff was friendly- Room clean-TRAIN LOUD! I can sleep through anything-so I did-- Good to know train runs till late in evening and then starts early in the morning. Overall a good stop-over!

The Hotel staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was a pillow top, which made me very "happy camper". For a fee we could have our doggy. Breakfast was served next door at the cafe, and they also gave you a 10% off for dinner the food and service was excellent. The only draw back was the Train which did not bother me […] but my husband mentioned in the morning. On our return from Phoenix we stopped back at the cafe, it was that good. Les mer

"BEST WESTERN COLORADO RIVER INN - nice surprise"
This was a nice surprise off Route 66. Needles is making a nice effort to attract more traffic from the Route 66 traveler. This is good place to spend the night. The pool and hot tub seemed brand new and very clean, with a BBQ area adjacent if I wanted to grill. The next moring, we had a great breakfast at Juicy's, next door with the coupons from the […] motel. Overall, I can definitely recommend it. Les mer

Stayed in off-season so most businesses closed but their restaurant located next door had Excellent service with a wide array of menu choices at great prices! The room was great! Front desk staff very friendly. Nice lounge. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
Stayed here twice in the last month and will return. Only complaint was that WIFI was difficult to access and stay on line.

This is definitely the best place to stay when you are going to the river, aside from Harrah's in Laughlin. The location is perfect, right in between Havasu on the California side, Park Moabi and a short drive to Laughlin. When we drove in to town I couldn't imagine having my family sleep at those little hole-in-the-wall motels, gross. The place was […] clean, the suite was a little bigger than the standard room. The kids got their own side of the room which was sepatated by a short wall. They loved the hide-a-bed, too. Staff was friendly. Ample parking for the boat. A little added perk is you get a coupon for 20% off your breakfast the next morning at the little restaurant next door. Breakfast was pretty good too. We reserved 2 queen beds but were told that only 1king was available.
Breakfast was in restaurant next door offering two choices of complementary breakfast or 20% off anything on the menu. Pool temperature was just fine for us since we were actually looking for a little refreshment. Room clean but simple - as you expect/hope.

"Hotel does not allow late check-out"
The hotel does not allow late check-out. After a few requests, they finally expend the check-out time to 12:30pm. The swimming pool is not heated and the pool water is "cold" even tough the temp of the day was almost 100. Other than these, this hotel is a nice place to stay comsidering the town it is in.
"Family Fun Weekend"
The BW Colorado River was excellent. Great staff and friendly workers. We utiilized their BBQ when we returned from a day on the river. We had breakfast and Juicy's (yummy) compliments of BW and the kids swam in their wonderful pool. My son was able to have plenty of parking for his boat. It was a wonderful expereince and yes we are going back to Needles […] and when we do, we are staying at the BW once again! Thank you Les mer

Needed somewhere to stay on the way to San Diego, very pleased with choice, friendly, clean and comfortable. Nice restaurant next door, extra friendly.
I had a coworker join me at the last minute so I needed to change from a king bed to 2 queens. The room was not near as nice.

We really enjoyed staying at The Colorado River Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The diner next to the hotel served good food and the staff were also friendly. The pool area was perfect. It was a very convenient place to stop over for a night.

Comfortable, clean hotel with pleasant staff. Unfortunately the room we were initially allocated faced onto the railway line with trains passing frequently throughout the day and night. After speaking to the receptionist we were offered another room on the other side on the first floor but it only had one double bed. We decided that a good night's sleep […] was essential and therefore upgraded to an Executive room which was spacious and more importantly quiet. Les mer

Nice, clean and comfortable; pool and hot-tub; close by the Colorado river, and Interstate 40; 1/2 hour drive from Laughlin. The nicest employees I've ever met. I'll go back again there again...

"Halfway Point to Disneyland with the Kids"
We used this as our halway point with traveling with the kids to Disneyland. The rooms are extremely clean and the pool and spa were a great treat for all of us after a long drive! The restaurant next door, Juicy's, is fantastic and very personable and friendly. Not to mention the food was wonderful! The hotel lobby has fresh popcorn and they also have […] 2 birds to entertain the kids while checking in. The staff was very friendly. "Emplacement stratégique entre L.A. et Grand Canyon"
Très bon accueil , propreté assurée , décoration de la chambre assez classe, chambre pour une famille de 5 très spacieuse avec 2 lits King size et un canapé convertible 2 places, accès direct sur le parking privé non fermé assez pratique. À recommander.
Auf dem Weg zum Grand Canyon haben wir im Best Western Colorado River Inn einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Nachts hört man ein wenig die Autobahn und die Züge, aber es ist gut auszuhalten. Für das Frühstück erhält man pro Person einen 100% Gutschein (für eine bestimmte Auswahl) sowie für das […] Abendessen einen 50%-Gutschein in Juicy's Diner nebenan. Das Essen dort war sehr gut und ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Alles in allem ein wirklich guter Ort zum Übernachten. Les mer

Vi övernattade en natt på vägen till Grand Canyon, och det var ett helt okej ställe, rätt trevligt. Det fanns parkering och internet, men bara en enhet fick enligt informationen vara uppkopplad samtidigt vilket är dåligt om man är flera som bor där. Personalen verkade lite ointresserad, men gjorde sitt jobb. Frukost ingick på ett ställe bredvid, men […] det var apecialerbjudanden som inte fanns på menyn. Excentré par rapport à la ville, mais très correct. Piscine bien aménagée. Petit déj offert au resto à proximité peu intéressant.
