Very nice room for the price. Room included microwave, fridge and safe. It didn't have a closet or iron with ironing board.

When our "key" wouldn't allow us to open the door the second time around, even our maintenance man Bruce was extremely pleasant and thorough! Our only disappointment was that the hot breakfast consisted of only bread products and that the gravy to pour over biscuits did not include any meat in it. No fruit of any kind.

The maid came by our room around 9am. My family and I were getting ready for the day. The maid did not come back to clean our rooms. No towels replaced, trash full, & my bed was not made when we returned late that night. Breakfast was poorly done. Items were not refrigerated that should be. Will not come back. This room had very comfy beds with 4 comfy pillows on them. The carpet was in desperate need of cleaning and the shower head was shorter than me (I'm 5'2"). The breakfast was just okay. We would likely stay here again but request that the carpets be cleaned first.

It was very quiet, off the busy "strip". The pool was clean, the view was great. We could park right outside our door. We are newly retired and this was a great place for us to stay to break our trip into two driving days.

I recently stayed at this hotel on a family vacation. The staff was very friendly, they provided the guests with cookies and popcorn upon arrival and throughout the day. The breakfast was awful, only provided cereal and hard biscuits with gravy. The pool area was nice and opened 24hours but the room was stinky. The smell of the blankets on the bed was […] awful. The room smelled like the carpet was spoiled and the blanket smelled that way as well. The floor was dirty with leaves as soon as you walked in and they did not provide a microwave in the room!!!! I felt the rates could have been lower do to the room area and the conditions of the rooms. They do allow pets which is not a good thing for everyone who do not like pets!!!! The room was located off the strip all by itself, but was close to the strip and other shopping areas and attractions. I will not stay at this room again, too many other nice cheaper rooms in the area!!!!! Les mer

Room stunk of some kind of smelly cover-up fragrance. Beds were uncomfortable. Air conditioner noisy. Free breakfast terrible.

Quite, off the main strip in Branson with views of the ozarks. Hotel is clean but older. The breakfast isn't great and doesn't provide options for low-carb diets, but for the price it's a good value and would go back.

Generally very positive. It was a good value. The room was clean and comfortable. The 24 hour pool was enjoyed by my daughter. Breakfast was good (especially the biscuits and gravy). My only complaint was that the a/c unit was loud. The front desk said they would check into it.

Our recent one night stay in the Lodge at the Falls was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful suggesting a great place for supper (Danna's BBQ & Burgers). There is a nice sitting area outside the lobby with a view facing south. Nice quiet location just off the strip. Just what we needed for a short economy vacation.

The hotel was a great bargain. Sure, it's not the newest place in town, but it's inexpensive, it's clean, there is a complimentary breakfast (sausage, gravy, and biscuits, y'all), the staff is friendly and helpful, and the guests were very friendly. The location is great, too. Not on the main drag, but close to everything.

I was very happy with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the Conteniental Breakfast had a good selection. I liked that this hotel was tucked back off the beaten path, but was surrounded by good restaurants and not that far from downtown. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Branson.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were always friendly and courteous. The breakfast was had a variety of foods available. Sausage and biscuits were available every day -- could have used some variety there. Location of hotel was good - at the end of Hwy 165, so it was quieter there than being in the middle of town. The room was very clean and updated. […] The only negative was the bedding. They don't use fitted sheets and the flat sheets did not stay on the bed during the night. A ok place to stay, if your not too picky. The Wi-Fi didn't work in the room due a broken router they hadn't bother to fix, ( you had to go the lobby are to connect) which they did not mention till after i went too the desk to ask about it. Doors on the bathroom and the tv cabinet would swing open and stay in the way. But over all, the room was clean […] and the breakfast was good, so i guess it all evened out. While i would recomend this place to others for a no frills quiet stay, not sure i would stay again myself, because for the price you shouldnt have to settle for second best. Les mer

It was an ok place to stay but in my opinion misrepresented itself on its location. Supposedly, they're beds were premium. No, not at all. There is no ppv on the television. Our room wasn't cleaned one day after confirming with the front desk that it would be. The front dest people were very nice.

Front desk staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Room was adequate, clean, lots of towels, beds were reasonably comfortable. The amenities that were listed included, in part, microwave in every room and wifi. There was no microwave in our room when we got there. However, I asked at the front desk about one, and it was delivered to our room […] within the hour. Wifi reception was spotty at best. Cookies and popcorn were available every evening in the lobby. Continental breakfast consisted of mostly starchy foods, toast, bagels, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereal, etc. No fruit or eggs. Not the best foods to have if you have a medical problem (i.e. diabetes) so after the first morning, we ate breakfast elsewhere. Overall, for the price, it was pretty much what we expected. It was cleaner and more comfortable than some places that we have stayed in the past that were more expensive. We would stay again. Les mer

The Lodge at the Falls is an older hotel that has been remodeled. It was convenient parking directly in front of the room, and not carrying luggage down a long hallway and waiting on an elevator like you do in newer hotels. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Would stay here again.

This was nice smaller hotel. It was easy to get to and off the main road so it was quiet. It was nice to have popcorn in the afternoon and cookies at night. The breakfast was adequate. I've had worse and I've had better. The outdoor pool was nice but it would have been nice to have had a hot tub too.

This was a decent hotel for the price. My son loved the cookies and popcorn and the staff were really sweet. The only problem I had was that my kids found a partially full can of chewing tobacco and some other random things on the floor that the maid apparently missed during cleaning. Other than that, it was good!

Small outside entrance only family owned hotel. Rooms were clean and large and lobby was big enough to handle the breakfast crowd when we arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful and treated us like we had been there many times. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked well, even though the shower heads were low. Breakfast selection […] was adequate for the price and size of hotel with the normal selection of breads, bagels, donuts, biscuits/gravy, eggo waffles, and cereals/oatmeal. The evening popcorn and cookies were a nice touch and both were very good. I recommend this hotel to others and plan on staying again on our next trip. Les mer

We stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed a quiet, comfortable stay with a decent continental breakfast, and a convenient, yet "off the strip" location--all for a reasonable price. We didn't hesitate to come back for a recent two night stay. This time it must have been more crowed because we had noisy neighbors whose children we could hear all too […] well until they finally passed out around 12:00-1:00 am. The breakfast room was very crowded the next morning and the food wasn't as good as we remembered. Our second morning, we went out for breakfast which eliminated one of the reasons for staying here. The beds are typical hard-as-a-rock cheap hotel beds. The pillows were flat and I needed to use two of them. The linens were clean. The bath towels were the same grade as I've found in other "Express" hotels and there were adequate quantities of them. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, as expected. We found out that the maids show up early, so be sure and put out your "Do Not Disturb" sign if your room is close to the lobby and you want to sleep past 8:00 am. We appreciated the complimentary popcorn and cookies in the evening. My 8 year old daughter appreciated the fact that the hotel had the Disney Channel on TV. Overall, I rate this experience 3.5 out of 5. My wife would rate it 2.5. I would stay here again, but she will want to try someone else next time. Les mer

Room was clean and in good condition for the price. This is a basic hotel with reasonable rates. Pool was nice for the children and it's location is close to the main highway in Branson.

Great location. Clean and comfortable room. Good housekeeping service. Linen and toiletries well-stocked. Shower-head height needs to be raised. Average breakfast quality. Hotel sells show/attraction tickets at competitive rates.

My family and I realy enjoyed staying at Lodge At The Falls. The room was very clean and quiet. We didn't have any problems. We will stay here when we go back to Branson again.

The room was clean, and had great service. It wasn't anything fancy, but it was comfortable, clean and safe. I would stay there again without hesitation.

My husband and I came up to Branson on a Friday and spent one night at the Lodge of the Falls. the manager was very helpful. Our room was cean and the bed very comfortable. We would stay there again, for we come up to Branson several week-ends a year and always nice to find a wonderful place to stay.
