Location was good, we booked for the newly renovated west wing which we paid a higher price. Service was good other than the room service people kept on knocking at the door and gain entry to our room quite regularly. My mum was resting in the room and did not lock the door so that I can use my card to open the door when I come back and had been made […] shocked by these people a couple of times as the just enter the room without her permission. Wonder what they are doing that for as the room had already been cleaned in the morning and there should be no excuse of checking on the room. Les mer

Although it has enormous old-world charm I think it has become way too dated. It is definitely central to the main town, within walking distance of St. Paul's Facade. We would have preferred the newer Grand Lisboa.

It is very good hotel and staff can speak English. and the hotel can walking to Senedo Square for 5 minute.

Surprisingly have coffee/tea maker but hotel does not provide coffee powder, milk & sugar. Just couple of tea bags provided.

There are so many choices - but we wanted to be in a central location. We were pleasantly surprised by the service, the cleanliness of the room, and the amenities. I was ver happy with the free WiFi and the minifrig offered free drinks throughout our stay. One note of caution -- the WiFi is wired - so if you have a Mac, make sure to have a Ethernet […] adapter with you. The shower is fun once you get the hang of it. I would definitely go back next tie! a reasonable class of hotel except lack of double bed room. I like the shower room come with steam bath.just about too many 'girls' loitering around can be a eyesore. very centrally located.

booked a non-smoking room, but most of the guests are smoking all around the premises of the hotel, including the elevator, the whole surrounding fills with 2nd hand smoke that cause me to fall sick with upper respiratory infection, bell boys are rude, decline to help when asked to call for taxi. If you are allergy to 2nd hand smoke, do not stay there […] as you will fall sick due to the pollution. Les mer

very clean hotel

The Hotel is conveniently located.Senado Square a 20min walk and Macau Tower a taxi ride ( Macau $ 20) away. With the Grand Lisboa shuttle to Ferry Terminal the entire Cotai Strip is within easy reach. Hotel Lisboa has its own shuttle to the Ferry as well. The Minibar is replenished once aday. You are given a can each of beer,coke, cokelight, sprite, […] orange,and blueberryjuice. If you are 2 in a room they expect you to share the beer! At night streetwalkers parade in a part of the Hotel angling for Jap tourists. Interesting!. Rooms and toiletries excellent. Lisboa has a beautiful collection of Oriental art-jade,porcelain and wood. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is a great base for visiting the sites of Macau. The free shuttle buses to and from the ferry terminal are very useful too. The hotel layout is quite confusing, however. It took me quite some time to find reception, the pool etc. The bed in my room is also the hardest I have ever slept on! The wired broadband […] was fast, although unfortunately there was no wi-fi so I could not use my smart phone as I had hoped. I had room service breakfast on two occasions - it was promptly delivered and of good quality. I do have one huge gripe about Hotel Lisboa, however. There is a very obvious and constant parade of prostitutes in the ground floor shopping arcade, both day and night. Why on earth does the hotel management allow this to continue? Hotel Lisboa, though one of the earliest and oldest Hotel in Macau, is surprisingly nice and posh. However, we were utterly disappointed with one of the two rooms booked not being available when we checked in close to 5pm even though we pre-book it from Hotels.com website. Otherwise, the 1-night stay was excellent. Hotel location is also excellent.

early check in at 11am and the reception promised to hold a non-smoking king-size bed room for us. However, when we returned at 3pm, they told us that no non-smoking king-size bedroom is available for the day cox a big travel group has just checked in for all of them!!! Holly Cow!!! How come a promise comes so easy and no action for it~~~~Very disappointed! […] Finally, they gave us a smoking king-size room and full of smoking smell for all 2 days! Excellent Location

The hotel desk lady was unable to understand the word TAXI. The language barrier makes this not a place to stay for non chinese speaking travelers.

If you want a comfortable room with a great location, all at a reasonable price, this is it. Hotel also has some great restaurants.

compared to other stars hotel, this is a value for money choice, However, there are a lot of 'sexy girls' hanging around lobby corridor......so your choice whether this is your type of hotel.......

I would said the room is confortable, except that the reception counter is quiet difficult to find. and the chinese restaurant is not clean enought yet expensive. worst thing is there are many "pros" walking in front of the restaurant. bad for family with children.

Great value for the money. Fluffy thick bathrobe and a fancy tub with whirlpool jets and even a foot massager. There was even a complimentary beer as well as some juice, soda, and bottled water in my fridge. Very thoughtful. Don't forget to stroll around and look at some of the jade, ivory, and even the "carved root" sculptures around the hotel. Some […] of these treasures are most impressive and would do credit to a fine museum. Great location. There is a free shuttle to/from the ferry, and the cabs are cheap. Room and bathroom - super comfortable, well-equipped. Amenities - superb. Cleanliness and service - flawless. Location - hard to beat (unless you want to live on the southern island). Great location near many big casinos like Wynn MGM and Grand Lisboa at a good price. There was amid up on our reservation and not sure if it was hotel.com or hotel but they fixed the problem and gave us a great room with a complimentary fruit basket

Chose this centrally located hotel for my first trip to Macau. It is in a nice location and within walking distance of many of the old historic sights and the big name casinos. The check in procedure can be a little slow, but overall service was nice. The staff was very helpful in providing information on taxis and directions to the sights and border […] crossings. Hotel Lisboa is magnificent and is my wife second stay there. Regretably and most unfortunate that from the doors to the reception to the housekeeping etc ...in other words all the hotel's personnels, don't possess "4.5 star" service standards

It is not a 5Star location, but nice central place to stay .... They need to get better beds.

They upgraded us to a superior room and the room was amazing, packed with everything you may need, soft drinks in minibar are complimentary, bathroom is super luxurious, and they pack the room with complimentary things every day. The hotel is great too, very luxurious with lots of restaurants and attached to the Grand Lisboa with even more restaurants […] and casinos, across the street from the Wynn and walking distance to all tourist attractions. I enjoyed my stay in Lisboa Hotel, Macau. In Macau they have shuttle bus to pier (ma toe) and from pier can transfer shuttle bus to any desired hotels. However, being used to non-smoking, Macau is a smoking country, People smoke heavily: in public vehicle, restaurants, hotels etc.

Well I was with my wife for 3 Days... In Quality of Hotel Service, selected 1/5 cause was the lowest rating they have: When i got into the hotel, very tired of course cause of the traveling, NOBODY helped me with the Luggage, Just Told me : " The Lobby its in that way .." and when i got into the hotel, trying to find the Lobby, didnt find it, and was […] like 15 minutes searching and asking all hotels employess and they just told : Keep going ( and NONE helped me with the Luggage ). The Reception attention was very very bad, the Room was like nobody went inside in like the past 10 yeards, OLD decoration and " Dust" Smell and few many more bad things tthat i will consider for not going to that hotel again. great hotel, close to other casino. hotel transfer to and from the ferries we travel with another couple and got the same room but the view in our room was the grand lisboa which was beautiful even at night with the lights show but the other couple didnt have much of a view which was disappointed for them. the bed sheet was not very clean well it looked […] not clean. other then that we had a nice stay oh forgot to mention one of the wing of the hotel has prostitute walking in lines for men to choose from so i wouldnt let your partner stay here Les mer

Macao is nothing special, not at all cosmopolitan, only for addicted gambler mainly Chinese, if you know Vegas can only be disappointed, I see no reason I would go back. The location was ok just in front of the Wynn and the MGM, but far away from the Venetian where they just opened a new club (Crystal). Enjoyed this hotel immensely, the room was great, the staff was very friendly. the work the hotel did in the rooms was very impressive. Location was perfect, able to walk to the old city, and most of the attractions.

The reason why I choose Lisboa, was because the minute you step into the hotel, you receive high quality services.

old fashioned but the real deal! amazing furnishings, very high standard of everything down to the bathroom slippers. Just a little hard to find way around with all the shops and casinos.. and we got a great deal...

禁煙ルームがごくごく限られているらしく、満室と言われた、2時間待てばあくかもしれないといわれ、待ったが結局あかなくて、喫煙ルームに消臭対応と言われ、仕方なく我慢。アップグレードしたというが。。？

除了地點方便之外, 客房可望到WYNN噴水泉, 可以舒舒服服睇噴水泉表演...

15年ぶりにマカオへ・・泊まるならリスボアと決めてましたので早速ブッキング。フェリーからバスに乗り継ぎ、リスボアホテル到着。新館のレセプションに並んでいると、ボーイさんに声を掛けられ予約シートを確認。私の部屋は、旧館でした！ホテル内は複雑で迷い易いのでと、ボーイさんが、旧館まで荷物を持ってアテンドしてくれました。その後の、レセプションで応対してくれた、名前が日本人らしいですが、中国の方も、アップグレードしました！と、快く応対して頂きました。カジノの戦績は・・・でしたが、チェックアウト時のコンシェルジュの方も非常に優しく、荷物を預かって頂いたり、帰りのフェリーの時間、予定等も、片言英語の私に、優しく伝えて頂けたので、最後まで一人旅でしたが安心感もありました。以前、女房と来た時には、勝たせて頂い […] たので、次回は、一緒に来たいと思います。短い滞在でしたが、有難うございました！！ Les mer
