Selve lobbyen så litt trist ut, men motellbygningen i to etasjer og restauranten var meget bra. Stedet ligger litt før selve Key West, og har derfor lavere pris enn i Key West. I vårt tilfelle var det helt greit. Rommet hadde skyvedør ut mot sjøen med trivelig utsikt.

Dette hotellet har bare 2,5 stjerner, men 3,5 stjerner har vert mere passe for 100% bra. De er gratis frokost, å de er den beste froksten jeg har fått på hotell i USA! Jeg har bodd på ca 14 hotterer i USA.

"A fantastic apartment in a great location"
We spent three nights at this loveley apartment hotel. Really nice apartment with a full kitchen a two bedrooms. Nice swimming pool and garden in the back yard. Walking distance to everything
"I will return"
I like the place. I have stayed there before and will return again. The staff is generally helpfull. There were two issues with the room, however, it smelled of smoke and there was blood on one of the chairs.

Couldn't ask for more in a suite!
All staff were very pleasant and accomadating. All was very pleasant and inviting. When we first arrived we were told to book directly with the Suites instead of using any of the ONLINE agencies because it would save us money. We ended up paying additional fees when we first checked in. They stated we made the wrong move by using ONLINE services. That […] was the ONE and only fault and of course it was upon arrival. This place was great, It was like a condo with 2 bdrms each with thier own bath. The unit we had was a 2 level, and the first level had a 1/2 bath in it with a full kitchen with all utensils and supplies. each bedroom and the living rm had 42" tv's. it was right down town off Duvall st where all the action is. pool was great I am definitely going there […] again, this time for 4 or 5 days to enjoy it. Beautiful, spacious modern apartment rooms inside Art Deco style buildings. It felt more like South Beach, Miami than Key West. It's not too crowded - only 20 or so apartments. Fantastic asian / sushi restaurant on the premises.

We only stayed for two nights, but wish we could have stayed longer, everytime you arrived back and walked back into reception you were greeted with a welcome home from who every was on duty at the time, the little things like the ice cream in the freezer and the chocolates on the bed, make it home from home, the suites are so fully furnished, it is […] almost like being at home. "Santa Maria Suites - Enjoy the beach and Duval St"
My 2 sisters and I stayed at the Santa Maria Suites to celebrate one of our sister's birthday. The concierge , Nardi... was wonderful and gave us many hints and suggestions on where to go and how to see the Keys in the short time we had there. The Hotel is ideally located near beach and events. I will definitely go there again.

"Santa Maria - Everything that you could ask for"
The resort and staff were excellent. The hotel is a little far from all of the action but its a short cab ride or walk to all the action. The rooms are very large, we had a one bedroom which included full kitchen with wine fridge, laundry room, living room 1st floor half bathroom, patio facing the pool, patio access off the kitchen. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect, the rooms immaculate and clean, the amenities out of this world, and the absolute finest staff we have ever encountered. We loved everything about The Santa Maria Suites, the rooms are beautiful and spacious we had a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen washer and dryer all the comforts of home. The Santa Maria Suites were AMAZING. At first I was a bit off due to the price but once you step into the room you have everything at your fingertips: a washer and dryer, ice machine, fridge, freezer, utensils, pots and pans, living room, pantry, kitchen, bathroom and a beautiful bedroom. This place is worth the extra mones. Great location. Large rooms with spacous master bathroom. Beauitful kitchen with perfect area to watch tv. Every room has a great view of the pool, where they have daily happy hour with free wine and snacks. If you go to Key West this is the perfect place

We found the hotel one amongst many when looking on hotels.com for a last minute trip to Key West. We chose it because of the high user rating, and boy were they all right! It was like having an apartment that was modern, clean, comfy, very upscale and near to everything - but far enough away from the noisy part of Duval St. to make it a real oasis. We enjoyed our stay very much. We wanted to stay longer! Perfect destination for two couples. The condo was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and free smoothies. Not too far from the night life on Duvall.

We stayed here for three nights in April. It was our first visit to Key West and we are unable to imagine having better accommodations. The suite itself exceeded our expectations, a delightful modern and spacious apartment with every possible convenience and luxury. The staff outdid themselves to ensure all needs were met. beautiful hotel suite. More like a townhouse. Washer, dryer, granite counters,sub zero fridge drawers, free smoothies and wine at the outside bar . Great free parking. A tropical paradise. Super modern and clean. Great value.
"Accurately depicted online - just what we expected"
We had a two bedroom suite (queens, multi-level) which had a great layout and was nicely appointed with modern decor. Perfect location for us. Close enough to walk Duval Street, but quiet & tucked away from the craziness. We didn't go to the beach so can't comment on that. Nice touches like complimentary smoothies & happy hour, chocolates on your pillow. […] Private parking lot was nice too. Made the $15 resort fee seem OK for us. Only small complaint was cleaniness. It was clean "enough" -- pretty much same standards I see elsewhere, but I really like things clean so I would have appreciated a bit more. (eg. 1-2 stray hairs in bathroom, drips of juice under wall at kitchen counter, floors seem swept vs. mopped). Mentioned at check out and they gave me discount on future stay -- a nice gesture of service. Les mer

We checked in about 4:30, dropped off our stuff and were out the door by 5:30, when we returned at about midnight, we noticed someone had come in to "turndown" our room, however, towels are unfolded and not where they should be, our shower had "private area" hair in it giving the impression that someone had used the shower. absolutely gross, when we […] told the front desk about it, their response, not exaggerating anything was, "oh, well I'm sorry, I will have to talk to housekeeping about that, is there anything else" Is that supposed to make us feel better? we were NOT looking for compensation, maybe just some sympathy and corrective action! we were down in key west for only a short time researching beaches, hotels, and sites for our wedding coming up in september, maybe if they would've known that they would've been more helpful. would NOT NOT NOT recommend this hotel. Nothing was wrong with the hotel and it was very spacious and clean. My disappointment was that it wasn't all that romantic of a hotel for my 25th anniversary and that breakfast wasn't included. I looked at so many places on line I must have confused it with other bed and breakfast and small inns.

A beautiful facility with an outstanding outdoor pool area. The facility was well kept and suite was clean and well appointed. The only problems were the very small bedrooms and noise from a vent on one night of our stay. We literally had about 1 foot of clearance on the sides of the bed and about 4 feet at the base. We really enjoyed the Santa Maria Suites. The hotel was clean, very smart and comfortable. Pool area was excellent, plenty of beds and complementary drinks. The hotel staff couldn't have been better, they were all very helpful and friendly. Location is good, about 15 mins stroll / 3 mins taxi to the nightlife in Duval.

I found the Santa Maria Suites clean and tastefully furnished in an European deco- including pull out freezer and refrigerator drawers and cabinets. The suites are very clean and the pool grounds well maintained. The hotel staff facilitated an easy move-in experience and helpful logistics for exploring Key West. There was attractive but narrow beach […] access provided at southernmost point hotel, with beach chairs included. This was most satisfactory but would be more challenging to access during the height of travel season. For negatives, our bed mattresses were average in comfort; the bedrooms are small and the low lying bed frame and narrow pathway alongside the bed can be a potential hazard. My wi-fi access was only accessible from the balcony of our suite; the staff advised us at checkout that ethernet cables are provided in cases of poor wi-fi reception. I used my own 5e cable with no avail for wired access. Les mer

This is the best hotel in KW. Nice staff, clean, great pools, quiet. One must go to get the flavor of a great hotel. KW is what it is (great) and this hotel lacks nothing. Whatever one writes about this place is not enough. Should one go to the Santa Maria, one may have to enter rehab to kick the Dove Ice Cream bars and muffins habit. These treats are […] placed in your suite nightly and are addictive. This was our third trip to KW, and while other hotels were fine none compare to this. It's a bit of a hike to Mallory Square - about 1 mile - but a $6 cab ride will get you there. You can Duval Crawl all the way back. The neighborhood is quiet at night and we felt safe. There is a small beach a couple of blocks away, and show your hotel key to get a beach chair. Scooter and bike rentals are just across the street. The sushi restaurant at the hotel is very good, too.
