Vi kom litt skeptiske til Miami. Er dette noe, liksom. Men etter dagene der, er vi hel frelste og det er takket være Ocean Plaza Beach Resort. Du kommer der og blir møtt av folk som tar bilen din og setter den i garasjen. De tar ut kofferter og åpner dører. Inne er det verdens hyggeligste mann som vil ta koffertene opp til hotellrommet. Og i reseptionen er det bare smil å se. En føler seg så tatt vare på av alle som jobber der og når stranden hotellet ligger på er verdens flotteste og sjøen er lyse grønn, ja da er livet herlig:-)

Et fantastisk charmerende sted med en fin frokost og hyggeligt samvær med andre gester. Kan varmt anbefales hvis du ønsker en ekstra oplevelse i Savannah. Er beliggende meget sentralt.

All perfect, except housekeeping that was a disaster. I had two connecting rooms, and had left one pice of cloth on one of the four beds. Housekeeping left a nice note on the bed that they were not allowed to move private items so the room could not be cleaned. First time I have experienced such an attitude.

The room was awesome a loft.jucuzzi didn't work was a reason I chose this hotel pool down 2 days.vending and ice were down had go to other side of the hotel .staff had a oh well attitude.would not go there again .hotel needs to keep people updated with the hotel painting and work.

It really is a great hotel to bring your pets just make sure that they don't bark cause we had people complain. Overall it was a great hotel, well worth the price.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The accommodations were like home. Location was close to restaurants and 5 minutes from the beach! We enjoyed our stay and will go back!
Although we did not use it, the full kitchen was very nice. Very pet friendly.

Got a below normal rate thru Hotel.com with a last minute reservation. Park Lane is not near the beach but otherwise is conveniently located. Stayed during off-season to attend a business meeting nearby. Pool and outdoor hot tub were closed despite upper 70s temps. Room was standard and fully equipped. Noise was minimal. Only maintenance issue was a […] slow draining bathtub and bathroom sink. Did not try the free breakfast. Lobby staff was very friendly. I refused maid service due to only a two night stay but room was clean. Free HBO was advertised but didn't come in on the lower-end LCD flatscreen TV. Overall, a good value for the price. Les mer

"Honeymoon"
My new husband & I stayed here for our honeymoon & we were very pleased. The room was exactly as the website said it would be. The only complaint I have is that there is no where to keep luggage in the upstairs loft. We were stumbling over our bags all week. "Great Pet friendly Area/Hotel"
My husband and I were traveling with with our two large dogs. The hotel was very accommodating to them. The area was very Pet Friendly. The whole experience was excellent; I would recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with your pets.
Really nice hotel, perfect biking distance from beach. only complaint is that it was spring break, 75 degrees or warmer every day and they consider it "off season" so the pool was not available. Not sure what time of year it opens, but would have been nice to have use of pool and hot tub.

I thought the room was good and I was not happy about paying 10 bucks a day when the Jacuzzi was shut down for the winter and the stairwell next to my room was closed for service. I asked for an adjustment and the very nice man agreed to half. When I was paying my bill, they were going to write him up. This hotel has an excellent location to go either direction to enjoy the island. The hotel is in good condition, and the staff is great. My only complaints center around the carpet not being clean & the fact that I requested the tub be looked at due to slow draining. I ended up buying a plunger and unstopping the drain myself.

The hotel was very nice and I would stay there again. I did not understand why they added a "Reservation Fee" to my room rate, when I thought I had paid for the room in full before my arrival. Wonderful hotel!! They have a very friendly staff. Hotel is up to date. Excellent place to stay! I love the location of it and it's easy in and easy out. The vending machines in the halls are great because almost the whole island shuts down at night. I will definitely stay here again. Great room at a great price!

My husband and I stayed here to have NYE out on the town away from the kids. The rooms were very spacious and the location is a $10-15 cab ride to anywhere you would want to go on the island. Hotel service varied widely depending upon which employee you dealt with. The continental breakfast was disappointing. The room was ok for two people, as long as you just slept there; and the bed was uncomfortable. Security was non-existent in that some keyed doors did not work. Would not let people in the pool area,kept gates locked.I was told the reason was because the boss said so.It was the week after Christmas but it was 60 and sunny,could use the hot tub or just sit around the pool.Paid the daily spa fee,why?

I stayed here for a couple nights over New Year's and was very happy with my choice. I contemplated booking a hotel closer to the beach, but this turned out to be perfect. The bi-level loft is an awesome setup, with a full kitchen, sitting area, and full bath downstairs, and a queen bed and a full bath upstairs. Having 2 bathrooms would make this ideal […] for a small family, and having the kitchen was great. It was stocked with enough utensils and plates, etc for a few nights and has a dishwasher and dishwasher soap if you need it. Yes, the hotel is showing its age a bit, and yes, the "deluxe" breakfast is nothing to write home about (mostly bagels, bread, and a few pastries/muffins). But I got an incredible deal on the loft and it was definitely worth it for what I paid. I'd stay here again, even if I had to spend a little more money. As for location, it's very centrally located and convenient to a lot of restaurants and shops and such, just not really convenient to the beach. But if you like to walk, as I do, it's a nice walk down to Coligny Plaza and the beach on the bike path. It's probably a little under 2 miles one way, but I walk a lot so it didn't bother me. It's an easy drive if you don't like the idea of a long walk. I recommend eating at Truffles Cafe on Pope Avenue (on the way to Coligny Plaza) - great food and great service. And Stu's Subs in Coligny Plaza has subs with delicious bread and fantastic cheesy bread! Les mer

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Park Lane very much. The room, with a kitchenette, was lovely and very affordable. The service staff was very accomodating. We liked the location because it was centrally located to the places we wanted to visit. We will definitely stay there again if we return to Hilton Head.

The room was clean and well designed. I have a special diet so having cooking facilities was a great convenience as well as a large refrigerator. Even though there was alot of furniture in the room, it all served a good purpose. The table and chairs for eating or chairs at the counter. The couch, coffee tables and end tables for watching TV or reading […] made it comfortable to do so. I would stay here again or recommend it to a friend. "Nice area lumpy beds"
The hotel was not maintained well, the beds were wore out and not comfortable. we found a roach in the bathroom and a spider in the bed.I think house keeping done a good job considering the condition of the hotel . I will not stay in this hotel again

They didn't have any hot foods on the continental breakfast, I was told they would have pancakes and waffles.They also had no cereal. It was rather upsetting. Our fan in our bathroom didn't work. I think they should have more lighting at the entrance to the parking lot to help see the road sign. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed four days, housekeeping did an exceptional job in their cleaning of the room. The room fulfilled our needs, like others we found the bathroom to be rather tight and there was no light by the couch to read with. The kitchen is a full kitchen and had everything we needed. In prior reviews, the resort fee has been an issue and I have to agree. […] I would rather it be in the price of the hotel. In the off season, the pool and pool area was closed, the tennis courts had debris on them and the continental breakfast was predominately prepackaged items. That is definitely not a breakfast in my opinion. We either made breakfast in our room or went down the street to Stacks which has a great breakfast. I have been coming to this hotel for quite some time for an annual golf weekend. Some time ago it was renovated but it is starting to show its age again.
