Good location. Don't take the photographs on the website seriously. This is a very dirty hotel. Very noisy do to renovation, scheduled to last many more months. No phone, few hotel sevices. Hotel is run as cheaply as possible and it shows. Moving hotels was a hassel. Property next door scheduled for demolition and rebuilding.

Pros : location. It's close to shops, ocean Drive, Lincoln road. Cons: hotel condition is awful. There is no room service besides trash collection. Bed sheets were dirty. Shower was dreadful. Water would barely come out. It's being renovated and noise was constant. What's unbelievable is that in one occasion as the trash was being pick up, the owner's […] dog came into my room. Now, how weird is that? On check out day the owner would enter the room to get the bed sheets to be washed (do they really wash them?), with me still in the room. Les mer

For a hotel under renovation, the Sherbrooke is a pretty good deal and very convenient to both the beach, restaurants and the airport shuttle. The concierge Mitch is a great guy and makes it easy for a good visit. Really appreciated that it wasn't a party hotel.

This a small condo in the middle of everything.It's old building so do not expect too much such as brand new elevator. There is no front desk .You dial "000" at the front door and get You whatever You need . You will get 2 keys (no cards) one for the room ,one for the main door. towels are replaced and trash picked up everyday.There is no bed sheet […] replacement everyday unless You asked for. We had a large bed room with two beds (memory mattress) , small kitchen with all you need including coffee machine,small dinning area with kitchen table, and a bathroom . You need luxury place and like to spend $$$, don't go there. But in south Beach , You need a place only for 3 activities : sleep,change your clothes and take shower. Les mer

No bugs. Some mildew in the shower. There was a kitchen but I dared not use the fridge or stove or the microwave. The dining table had folding chairs!?!? The towels???...I bought 2 towels. There was Direct TV and a safe. The hotel is 1 block from the beach and around the corner from Ocean Drive hot spots. Scooter rental and tours sales are offered in […] the lobby. The windows and blinds were dusty. The bed was very very basic. AC was extra noisy. Overall, excellent location and friendly staff but very basic accomodations which were below my personal travel standards. A student looking for a place to crash and shower after a night on Ocean Drive might not care about my concerns. From what I've heard you can do better for the same money. I will be back to Sobe but I will not return to this hotel and I do not recommend it. Les mer

You get what you pay for! I enjoyed my stay, it was a convenient location and the room was clean the only disturbing moment was seeing a burnt stuffed animal in the kitchen area that was kinda creepy, but outside of that, my and my girlfriend weren't in the room too long, and it was pretty quiet when we returned in the early morning.

If you are looking for great location, this is it. I dont spend a lot of time in hotels while on South Beach, but if you do then this isn't the place to stay. Basically, it served its purpose somewhere to lay my head and shower. Definitely, not a suite!!!!!!!!

The hotel is very well located with many facilities nearby, the room is big, it's safe and quiet. The only unpleasant thing I'd like to mention is about the cleaning of the room. It's not disgusting but needs improvement.

This visit to Miami I was playin host to my girfriend who has never been. After reading the reviews I was a bit leary. BUT ALLLL WAS WELL. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. I've stayed in the bigger hotels in the past myself so I guess those who rated this place low are spoiled by the frills. Great location. So what there's no cable...ITS MIAMI...GO PLAY OUTDOORS! […] The kitchen and fridge saved me a ton of money too! We ate our own meals and entire day ..our own drinks and snacks too. Saved a ton. Mitch was always there and he's really laid back but was always worried about us being comfortable. I'm definitely returning. Les mer

The location is great but the room needed a major cleaning. There is no maid service but they do give you clean towels every day. There are no phones in the rooms so you can't have a wake up call. I never really pay attention to any of the reviews or rattings that other guests give because we all have different opinions and depending on what your trip is for you may have different views. I went to relax but also work. I didn't have any notion of spending much time in the hotel so it didn't really matter to me. My flight was extremely delayed […] due to weather. When I got there after 12am, Mitch was still very welcoming even though I know he was tired. He checked my I.D., handled me the keys and that was it. The hotel is low maintainence, there is no front desk, you let yourself in and out, just like an apartment building. Miitch comes around to take out the trash and change the towels. I really cant say anything bad about this place because I was barely in the room. Overall, it was ok for me. Les mer

Very bad hygiene experience. The "hotel" promotes untruth facts: No housekeeping, just removal of trash cans. No change of sheets and pillowcases. Not once in a 9 nights stay!!! No clean up of bathroon because they dont have housekeeping personnel. No front desk 24/7, is just a intercommunicator connected to a cel phone which is answered by the "manager". Das Hotel wurde gerade saniert. In unserem Zimmer waren provisorisch 4 Metallstangen mitten im Raum befestigt, die die Stabilität des Daches unterstützen sollten. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist leider durch die dauernde Lautstärke stark beeinträchtigt. Insbesondere in der Nacht war es sehr laut (Straßenverkehr, feiernde Leute). Durch die starke Lärmbelästigung […] war ein Schlafen ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht möglich. Weiterhin war das Zimmer nicht sauber, schon auf dem ersten Blick macht es einen schmuddligen Eindruck (starke Verschmutzung in der Küche, insb. Herd; Socken vom Vormieter unterm Bett gefunden; starke Verschmutzung im Bad - Kalk, Rost. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt: der Hotel Manager geht jeden Tag um 12 Uhr ins Zimmer, auch wenn man das nicht möchte! Jedoch wird dann das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, nur der Müll wird entsorgt. Wir können von diesem Hotel nur abraten! Les mer

E um hotel/aptos, não há serviço de recepção. O quarto é super amplo, confortável, com TV,Fogão,Geladeira e Microondas que funcionam. Deixa a desejar no quesito panelas. A localização é muito boa, pois está perto de lojas,farmacia,supermercado, praia. O preço é condizente com que é ofertado. Em resumo atende muito bem ao fim proposto.
