It was ok for what it was, nothing special. Overnight manager couldn't "find" any extra towels. Also I know this is small, but worst breakfast ever offered. Just a few packaged pastries and a container of cheerios.

Staff was friendly, easy check in and check out. Room was ok, looked old, sheets and pillow could have been better quality. T.v. Did not work.... Shower was rusty Should be considered a motel not a hotel For the price, it is what it is...

Management was very nice in accomodating date change and early check in. Parking lot could have been shoveled better & snowy entry to rooms. Room was spacious with valted ceiling.

Front Desk folks very pleasant & helpful. They are always willing to please. Back rooms seem better than front since they are quieter; however, noise was not an issue. Quiet motel for the most part after hours of 10 p.m. Rooms were reasonably clean and sanitary. Good buy for the frugal traveler.

The staff were very helpful. My sister left her purse and they were helpful and accommodating in helping us find it.

Was little older motel but in great shape .. People in office we very nice.

The hotel obviously older but upgraded. The kitchenette nice touch,but we didn't need. The The tub bait worn the toilet functioned but slow. A/C worked well. and balcony, though dirty was a nice touch.

Stayed two nights end of April. Easy and very friendly check-in. Staff very friendly and professional. Our stay at the Classic Suites and Inn were very hostitable. The staff and more so the owner treated us as if we were family and it was appreciated a lot. While the rooms were basic, the staff brought them over the top with their courtesy, friendliness, and efforts to please. When we arrived after midnight, and very hungry from a long trip, all the restaurants in town were closed and they made sure we found a pizza place that delivered to the hotel. There is the most outrageously delicious Italian bakery […] within five minutes, as well as other local markets. As we left, they came up to our car to make sure everything was as we needed and then even chased after our car to let us know that a jacket had been left behind in the room. You can take a basic room, and with service like that, make it a 5-star experience :) Les mer

It is a good hotel, simple but with a lot of room, it has a little refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and safe, it has free wi fi and the front desk people are very nice.

We were happy, overall, with the hotel. The common areas are to undergo some renovations but we were impressed that they had been maintained as well given the legacy carpeting, etc. Staff seemed to take pride in their job which is an unusual characteristic today. The adjoining restaurant was a VERY good choice for two consecutive dinners (unexpected.) […] The amenities in the bathroom are spartan (single use packet of shampoo) but that is what you expect from a budget priced option. Requested a non-smoking room. Was told I was in a non-smoking room. The Lobby reeked of smoke as though smoking in the lobby must be common. The continental breakfast was to be served in the lobby. The hotel room smelled strongly of a cleaner when we entered the room and within a few minutes the unmistakable odor of old cigarette smoke completely overtook […] us. It was so difficult to relax and sleep in the room with the horrible smell. If it weren't so late we would have left to find somewhere else but we needed to sleep before our morning conference in the area. We declined the free breakfast as we could not eat in the smoke filled space. We were so disappointed in this hotel. We did not say anything to them because we saw no point. If they believe they can present such a room as non-smoking, nothing I was going to say would make any difference. Les mer

The exterior of the hotel is beautifully maintained. The interior is terrible. Key points. - The interior reeks of cigarette smoke - The carpets are filthy - The carpets are frayed - The blackout curtains do not black out exterior light - The smoke detector was broken, inoperable - The extra blanket looked like it was straight from a thrift shop - […] The blanket on the bed had cigarette burns - The bedspread was filthy - The breakfast area was small - The breakfast offering was worse than a state penitentiary The staff was friendly. This is a very good 3 star establishment. We were passing through on a 100+ F day. The staff made sure the AC was on before our arrival. They were fully booked but we didn't hear anyone else from our room. The room was clean and there was no sign of any insect life. The one downside: the pool was temporarily closed due to a regulation change, a minor […] inconvenience on such a hot day. Otherwise we were very comfortable for the our one night stay. The Inn has a lot of great qualities. Quiet and comfortable, no hussle and bussle going on all around you. Close and convienient to Worcester and Boston. It has many close amenities like Walmart and many restuarants with very good food. We really enjoyed the hotel manager who made sure everything we needed was taken care of. She was fantastic!!

Start with the pictures on the internet are from 25 years ago. The approach to the office is full of pot holes and no grass, the boards on the overhang at the office were hanging down and missing, but I pressed on thinking it cant be all bad, HA. The room had two corners of the carpeting shredded like a dog dug up 14" of it, the wall paper was hanging […] off the wall over the dresser, black skuff marks on the wall over the TV, mold in the un-scrubbed floor in the bathroom(un-scrubbed for many years, with a build up of black/grey crud), garbage was not emptied daily, BUT, to say something good, they did make the bed everyday. If I didn't pay in advance (and no refund) I would have left ASAP. The sheets were also clean, but, if you put lipstick on a pig, its still a pig!! NEVER stay there-YOU have been warned. Les mer

Pretty basic hotel. The room was clean and it was quiet. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Good value for the money. They have a free continental breakfast which is always nice.

The hotel itself is in good condition, but it is the staff that really made our stay pleasent. The reason for our stay is that our son is a student at AUC in S. Lancaster, which is not far away on Route 12.

Das Hotel ist in sehr guter Lage. Leider läßt die Sauberkeit mehr als zu wünschen übrig. In unserem Zimmer lagen Kuchenkrümel, die trotz Beschwerde nach drei Tagen immer noch nicht weggesaugt waren. Überall ar Staub, alles nicht sehr gepflegt. Als wir ankamen gingen der Kühlschrank und der Safe nicht, nach Reklamation wurde dies umgehend behoben. Leider […] war der Pool außer Betrieb, einer der Gründe warum wir dieses Hotel gebucht hatten. Les mer
