The hotel had minimal amenities, but it was clean and was within walking distance to the Disney parks. Perfect for a short stay.

If you are just looking for a place to spend the night , this is the right place. its location is wondefull righ in the heart of disneyland . i do recomend this place . eating places are very very close from chinesse . mexican. loquior store . food mart. dennys. i do recomend you get a double bed room those are big and confortable. thank you

My sisters and I took our mom to Disneyland for her 79th birthday (upon her request). We arrived early, had no problems with check in and then were off to Disneyland. We ate dinner on the way back to the hotel then utilized the jacuzzi for a great night. We would definately return. The staff was friendly and very accomodating.

Leaking battub faucet, iron imprints on carpet, world's cheapest quality and poor condition towels - everything was low quality, except that the maid was good.

Internet service not work for the complete stay. Motel is old and need of upgrades. This is a no frill motel and you get less than you think.

Disneyland was the only good part about this hotel. They charge you extra for little things. I would never go there again. The lady at the front desk was rude and looked like she didn't want to be there. Horrible.

Great hotel for a great price. Loved the hottub!

There was no indication when we booked the room that there was remodeling going on. There was no hot water in the room and the carpet was in need of cleaning. The pool was not very inviting to use and the hot pot changed the color on clothes. We asked for more towels and didn't get any. There was mention on the website of there being a continental breakfast […] provided and there was none and when we called about it the person at the front desk was really rude about it. There was also mention of the hotel having its own shuttle to Disneyland and there was in fact no shuttle. Les mer

It was okay for what we needed it for - a basic lodging to crash in for the night, plus showers - at a good price. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, so we were satisfied because our decision was dependent wholly on location (walking distance of Disneyland) and price (one of the two lowest available at the time). When i drove up the outside doesn't seem to bad. My 1st room i booked was kinda horrible in a back corner that was kinda scary. The front desk was nice and didnt give me problems switching and upgrading rooms. I would not recommend this place to anyone, cheap still doesn't begin to describe it. Reasonably close to Disney, but a free-standing safety hazard! Door won't open, key cards and lights don't work, no breakfast and staff not helpful! ...need I say more?

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. As soon as we got our room the door was already open, no key needed. Once in the room I realized that I paid for a king but only received a queen size bed and to make matters worse our bed was wet! The roof over the bed had a lot of visible water damage. The shower was AWFUL super cold and […] never warmed up and sandpaper towels to go with it. When we tried to leave our room our door wouldnt lock so we went to tell the hotel and they moved us rooms. In our new room the key the gave us wouldnt open the door. It took us three times to get a key that would work and that was only if you swiped it about 20 times. The new room wasnt as bad but still had a rock hard bed, cold shower and itchy sheets. You would think for a place so close to disney they would take better care of their property. I would only recommend this hotel if you will be there for one night but even then there are so many choices I would go somewhere else. Les mer

Didn't have hot water to take shower in am. Room smells strongly of baby powder, that I had to open windows. Plus is that it is great walking distance to Disneyland.

its true you get what you pay for!, knowing what i know now, i would have paid hundreds for the 1 night to stay anywhere else. my husband and i left in the middle of the night because we couldnt stand it anymore we tried to tough it out. the shower dripped so did the sink, we were in front of an alley that was noisey all night, the tv buzzed (you get […] maybe 3 channels in english), long black hair on EVERYTHING towels, sheets, counter tops etc. needless to say neither my husband or i have black hair. and once we found the dead cockroachs under the bed and in the drawers we left. i should have demanded a refund but honestly we just wanted to get out of there, i dont suggest this hotel to anyone, especially if you have children. the best thing about the hotel was it was so close to disneyland...but so are a lot of other hotels Les mer

I rented it because I was short on cash but it wasn't worth even what I did pay. Chipping paint and ugly bathroom!!! Was not a good experience.

The Alamo was a very convenient location right across the street from Disneyland and Denny's was just a hotel over. The only thing that I was dissatisfied with was our hotel room, we found multiple ants in our bed and bathroom. The bathroom could have been cleaned just a little bit better. When we called the front office about the ants the clerk seemed […] bothered didn't apologize only offered a room move but considering we checked out the very next day it just seemed like an inconvenience, this alone left me feeling uneasy. Again when we checked out in the morning the clerk didn't say anything we handed over our keys and let her know we were checking out. She only took our keys and didn't ask how our stay was so I didn't bother to let her know of the multiple ants we kept finding. The Alamo was good considering price an location but that's about it. I've stayed at the Alamo for years because of how inexpensive it is. I'm an annual passholder at Disneyland and live 4 hours away so it's a great place to stay for a weekend or a night! Definitely can't beat the price!! Beds are stiffer than I like but when you just need a place to sleep its a no brainer!!

The Alamo Inn is convenient located across from the entrance to Disney downtown so we can walk to the Theme Park. However, the hotel is pretty old and not well maintained... 1. It usually takes us more than 10 tried to open our door. 2. We found roaches in our bath tub 3. Although there are 4 SSID available to connect to the hotel's wireless internet, […] only one will work, and at a very slow speed. 4. The number of towels will change after room cleaning (one day there was 4 and another there is only 2) 5. Dispensable drinking cups are not supplied after we used them up 6. If you're looking for an inexpensive hotel you'll be better off booking a room at Super 8 Motel. This hotel is not as close to Downtown Disney as it claims to be, so I wouldn't say it's convenient. If you'll be rooming with others in the same room, make sure you're the first to take a shower, there's only enough hot water for one person. First room had a dirty tub, marijuana roach and lighter left in room, and broken curtains. Room looked old and not well maintained. We were moved to a different room that was a little better. Hotel was fine for a economical place to stay. Hot water never worked in the family suite.

Room was very dirty, one of the lamp shades was completely burnt, there was only one light bulb. The towels in the bathroom were "brown" and they were supposed to be white. Carpet in the room was dirty. Shower head was broken, it would completely come off the wall. The cover for the toilet tank was cracked, and the toilet paper holder was broken. Not much to say. Yes, the towells were thin. Yes, it is a little run down. Yes, the bed is hard. But, no bugs, it was clean and for the price and this close to Disney Land... NO REASON TO COMPLAIN.

never seen such a discusting room, wall paper hanging off couldnt get in the room to start off with had to go to the lobby 3 times even the lady couldnt get it , it was a joke , know its a cheaper hotel put come on , no hot water couldnt even turn the shower on , my advise is DONT STAY HERE unless you want you holiday spoiling

I had an idea about the quality of the hotel based on the low price and I was right. Although it was fairly clean it was really run down. The bed was rock hard. The door was difficult to unlock with the key card and the "privacy" lock didn't work at all. It was conveniently located near the convention center which was my primary reason for being there […] (plus a quick trip to Disneyland). Based on the price it worked for me but I wouldn't recommend the hotel for families who might be going to Disneyland. It's a shame that so many of the hotels near Disney don't bother with upkeep since they know people will stay there no matter what, especially if it's cheap. Les mer

Walking distance to Disneyland, great price, rooms aren't that bad considering you're only sleeping in them. Denny's is next door, very convenient location! Definitely will return again in the future.

Honestly, I don't look for much in a hotel/motel...but it was a really terrible room. There were tons of cockroaches, refrigerator froze everything that we put in it. If you stay here, I'd recommend requesting a room off the ground floor...and don't bring stuff that needs to be refrigerated.

The hotel was in a great location and had quality service, the front desk was always kind and glad to help. the maintenance of the hotel wasn't too great and the cleanliness wasn't perfect. Overall the hotel was work the low rates and was a place to sleep and keep belongings while experiencing the local attractions.
