Overraskende bra rom for så lav pris! Absolutt å anbefale for de som er på farten og trenger overnatting like ved flyplassen i Madrid. Hotellet kjører gratis til og fra. Ca 5 min.

Maten var veldig dyr, men god. Det var ikke med frokost på rommet vårt og det var et stort minus. Vi ble gjort oppmerksom på at når vi bestiller rom gjennom .com så er det uten frokost. Ellers var hotellet en del slitt, spesielt badene.

Vart ikkje imponert over hotellet, det var litt slitt. Spesielt romma. Det stod bærbar data på romma men den var så treg at den var meir til frustrasjon enn nytte. Sur og vanskelig betjening og priser på frokost var noe dyrere enn det som vart opplyst ved innsjekk. Pluss for gratis transport til flyplassen, men den kjøreturen må bare oppleves. nice staff, close to airport. rooms were ok for one night. the beds were hard, pillows small and the aircondition didn't cool down the room very much.

The shuttle from and to the airport was very helpful and free...the room and bath were comfortable and clean ...and included a computer with free wifi.. the buffet breakfast cost 9 euros but had a reasonable variety of food and great coffee ...I would return to this hotel when in Madrid for an overnight connection..

Not a very nice hotel, but nice staff. The hotel is old and there is a sign that does not say "Petit Palace", but rather "High Tech Hotel" with most of the lights burned out. Excellent Italian restaurant nearby.

The location of the hotel is quite strange. It's pretty close to airport but you need to have a car or get a lift. There's bus shuttle from the hotel to the airport and back and it's free. The subway line close by is not very convenient as it goes to the centre of the city not to the airport. The room was clean and big enough. the furniture in the lobby (red chairs) were so worn and dirty that i was very shocked to see them in a 4 star hotel. the hotel rooms have the thinnest walls of any hotel i have stayed at. the neighborhood is very residential and quiet, however, the guest in the room above us, made up for that and then some. we stayed for our last night here and thought […] we will have a quiet night prior to our trip back to the states. Well, at about 4 in the morning, our neighbors upstairs decided to have some sort of party, we could hear every footstep, every laugh and if we knew their language, i am sure we could have participated in their conversation. it was terrible. I chose this hotel for it's proximity to the airport as I was getting a connecting flight early the next morning and reasoned that it would save me taxi fares... Wrong! The Taxis at the airport charge a minimum €35 fare which no amount of arguing could change, unfortunately it was dark & I had no idea where the hotel was (1.2 km away) so had to pay, […] I know this has nothing to do with the hotel but thought I would warn others. The Hotel itself is a nice suprise, reasonably modern with friendly staff, so far so good. The room looks lovely really clean with a 32" lcd tv & Dell laptop for all your internet needs. But & it is a big BUT the bed is the hardest thing I have ever laid on and I have slept on concrete floors before! To say it is uncomfortable is a big understatement, I kept waking up in the night with dead limbs and a whole body ache, just perfect for my 11 hour flight the following morning! So to sum up a very attractive reasonably priced hotel. Great for visiting monks who feel that there cells are a little to comfortable. Les mer

We were looking for a last minute family break somewhere hot over Christmas. The resort is safe and clean with plenty to do. The pools are not warm at this time of year although there are some that are heated. The food is great and we were able to cook and eat on our patio should we wish. We were a bit apprehensive when we pulled up and saw the neighborhood. We had to wait an hour for the shuttle. They do not tell you the shuttle does not come on demand but on a fixed schedule. The blinds in the room were patched with duck tape. There were no directions for the computer in the room, and it was not plugged in at all. The bed was not terribly […] comfortable. We stayed there one night because we had an early flight in the morning. The lobby was funky and not very "high tech"... The room was cramped and dated. The wifi was a hassle and even then didn't really work. The desk staff was helpful and nice and the shuttle worked out well too, although it was not obvious that you needed to reserve a seat. The breakfast […] was barely bearable and the pool setting was unfriendly and exposed to the hot Madrid sun. The neighborhood was less than desirable, but more like a huge clustering of hideous, fenced-in, housing projects. Reserved by Expedia because our plane was arrived too late and we did not have correspondence. Great location to visit Madrid. Near Subway serving "La Gran Via" and "Plaza Mayor"! Computer and internet free in the bedroom ! Free shuttle to the airport from 6 am to 0:20 am. Staff very pleasant and available. Arrived late for a two night stay and was great we could still get food in bar until late, hotel in great location for the airport and free shuttle bus service was great. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly, free shuttle bus was convenient just make sure you ring the hotel when u arrive or U'll be waiting a very long time for a shuttle bus. This hotel is only good if you want to be close to the airport, there is nothing to see around the hotel.

Great rates, nice area and 300 meters from Subway to get you downtown in about 25 minutes. Loved the free internet, computers provided in the rooms. Also loved their modern glass bathrooms. Depending on how you book, breakfast is not included, so expect an additional 10 euros. Shuttle pickup and delivery to airport is fantastic.

There are pay phones at Madrids airport. We called the hotel and they send a shuttle to pick us up. Didn't have to wait long at all. We ate our dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was small, but very nice and the food was satisfying. The people working at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Our room was great!! We arrived in the evening. From the airport hotel bus station I have to phone the hotel to pick us up. I was expecting that since they already have our arrival time they should already have the hotel bus waiting for us but I was wrong. To reach the hotel we have to pass a narrow road with lines of parked cars owned by local residents whose huge and […] high and long building is located in front of the hotel and some parts with graffitis. We reached the hotel reception and there was only one person working plus the bus driver equals two. On our way to our room on the 3rd floor the hotel corridor was so dark and I wish we brought a flashlight to be able to see where to push the hotel card key (saving electricity maybe) I did not feel safe as being a foreigner I expect a brightly lit corridor to walk. I was just thankful that our room was only five steps to the elevator. Inside the room we want to order room service but the menu was mostly sandwiches and pizza. The hotel room is very small - my daughter and I have to walk each sideways to go to the other side of the bed. I opened the window and I saw this over towering residence building in front ot us hence nothing to look at! Took my shower and I ended up flooding the whole bathroom as there is no shower curtain and nothing to step into but a shower installed in one corner of the bathroom which was not even elevated hence caused the flooding. This place was absolutley pitafull. Zero wireless internet and absolutly terrible hardwire int. The beds were bruttally back breaking, shower was rediculously over the top with rediculous jets and 2 shower heads that dont all work simultaniously, nor did we have any idea on how the hell to turn it on. Staff was super unhelpfull and rude. The main reason […] i chose this place was becuase of the resteraunt that was open for 3 hrs a night. We bad to go to the next hotel over, ( hotel dyana - way better) to eat both lunch and dinner. The airport shuttle was late both picking us uP and dropping us off. And to top it all off we had to pay for what was called a complimentary breakfastof yogurt bread n cereal. This is not a stretch of the truth. This place is absolutly miserable. I've stayed at a number of High Tech brand hotels in Madrid during the past few years. With most of them I've had an incredibly positive experience, with this one the experience was somewhat blah. I got to the hotel by metro. It's about a half kilometer from the metro station, but the walk involves weaving through a residential neighborhood. The hotel […] is located on a small street next to a number of apartment complexes. The room was spacious and comfortable. The included laptop though was brutally slow which has not been my experience with other hotels of the High Tech chain. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had a great variety of food, but it is not included in the room price. Dinner service was really really slow, but the food was decent. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was a great service, but it's first come first serve and the slots fill up quickly. The hotel is not really conveniently close to any major Madrid landmarks. If all you want is a place to stay before making the final jump to the aiport then this place is for you, but if you want to be close to the sights of the city then look elsewhere. Les mer

and then you have to sign in (the sign in process takes about a minute) - seriously! Convoluted usernames and passwords. Otherwise, besides the rather belligerent service, it was quite ok. The wifi was a serious irritation, nothing is worse than wifi that doesn't really work.

Everything was amazing...except for my TV not working. They had issues with their satellite. The restaurant was excellent and the front desk staff was A+.

The good: We arrived at about 10pm and the shuttle picked us up at the airport 15 minutes after we called which was exactly what they promised. The not so good: The walls were paper thin and there was a crying baby next door. The "queen" size bed was really 2 twin beds with separate sets of bedding pushed together (weird). This is a very odd hotel. Family rooms have glass doors with see-thru glass to the bathrooms. The gym has very limited hours - the pool is closed until June (no mention on website). There is NOTHING around the hotel. Save your money and stay at Holiday Inn Express instead!!

The staff was helpful & nice and proximity to airport was great. Other than that, the hotel is nowhere and there's no way to get from the hotel anywhere but the airport. The "fitness room" was a basement closet with a treadmill that appeared to be a few decades old. The restaurant was way over- priced and the food was not edible. We had a wonderful experience with this hotel and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. In fact, we made sure to bring home information about the chain so we can book with them wherever they are--we enjoyed the stay that much. It is a great place to stay while going to or from the Barajas airport. but it's location is not ideal for your […] entire visit to Madrid because it's too far off the beaten path. You will find the rooms to be modern, spacious, and inviting. It was more comfortable than the other three hotels we stayed in while in Spain. Unlike some other hotels, you can trust the pictures they post online--their rooms and such do look like the pictures. The rooms were well equipped: king size bed, exercise bike, steam vallet, and best of all free wi-fi AND a laptop in your room. Since we did not bring our own laptop on our vacation and most of the other hotels we stayed in did not have free wi-fi/computer service, we found this amenity to be a huge benefit. We specifically booked the hotel because it offered a free shuttle to the airport. The times of the shuttle were clearly posted at the reception desk, and the shuttle left right on time. The driver was curteous and efficient. The staff was amazing. They were incredibly professional, considerate, and helpful. They helped us get our check-in documents printed so we could leave in the morning. The only thing you should perhaps consider is this hotel is really only accessible by taxi. Les mer

When you arrive at the airport you HAVE to call the hotel to be picked up. After we called, it took another 35 minutes for a van to arrive which is outrageous. The front desk was very unhelpful. The shuttle vans to the airport only run in the morning, 40 minutes apart! We stayed here for the convenience to the airport but it was NOT CONVENIENT.

The hotel serves the purpose of a quick overnight near Madrid airport. It's not very clean and is very run down. The wifi/internet was so slow it was almost unusable. One positive: the bar in the hotel is small but the people that work there are excellent.

Good quality of service & facilities. Very quiet even though it is near the busy Madrid airport. High tech glass and chrome decor unusual but nice. Great shower, once we figured out how to use it! Price was reasonable for location. Only German stations on TV was disappointing; no Spanish, no English channels.

Arrived early and able to check in, Able to call hotel shuttle for pickup at Madrid Airport, very convienent. Room very comfortable, great location and 5 minute walk to Metro Stop . Good overall hotel experience
