Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Branson 76 Central - Branson

Overpriced. Rooms were samall ,bathroom was also too small.Didn't like how you had to drive into the hotel from Branson Strip traffic.

The hotel was close to all your sights and easy to get in and out. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful . The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

Wow! You wouldn't believe what we went through. Night staff on dec 8 was awesome. very friendly!! Morning staff is a different story. The General Manager rudely informed us to leave the lunch room because a couple of us didn't have shoes on. Then, when we take our food to our room... MOLD all over our begles. I called to inform them of the mold, she […] brushed me off. Upon leaving, she accused us of cursing and flipping off guests, which of course we didn't. rolled her eyes and brushed us off. I work in business, I would never tolerate a member treating a first like this!!!!! Les mer

I needed special shower and handicapped access, the hotel staff worked with me to accomidate all my requests. The hotel is ideally located to shopping, restaurants the Landing and shows. The breakfast buffet was well stocked even at the latest hour. The food items ranged from cold ceral, yogurt and fruit to hot food items like biscuits, gravy, omlets […] sausage and sausage gravy. This will always me my hotel of choice when staying in Branson. All the staff members were kind and considerate. Les mer

I was disappointed in our room for the price of the hotel - I expected better from a Holiday Inn. Our beds were not soft at all, sleeping on the floor would have been just as comfortable. Our room was next to the ice/ vending machine that had a constant loud buzz that we could hear over the "old school" TV. A microwave and mini fridge would have been […] nice. our room a/c did not cool, telephone didn't work, hair dryer was broke, went out on patio to cool off, cigarettes butts and filth everywhere, including the whole back off a/c off and laying there. when we complained, it seemed the employees had an answer for everything (they said their maids wouldn't appreciate having to clean the patio). we were moved […] to a king suite (we needed 2 queen beds) and had only one bed and a pull out with a very thin mattress (horrible to sleep on). the a/c still didn't work, the vent above the bathtub fell on my daughter while she was in the shower. Hotel has a very convenient location to get around Branson highway 76. Staff was very courteous. Room had a broken shower connection for hand held shower wand (handicapped equipped bathroom). Room had no soap on first day and front desk only had bath gel available. Second day still no soap; this time front desk brought up 4 bars. Front desk had candy […] bars for sale for $1.00 vs vending machines that cost more. Signal for in room internet connection was weak and not always readily available. Les mer

Room was clean. Breakfast buffet was good and well stocked. Beautiful view from most rooms and from eating area. Only problem was one of the rooms in our reservation had a loud air conditioner. We should have complained when we found it, but we didn't. When we told them the next morning, they didn't offer any apology. The pool is a great size. Breakfast is overbooked...flow of guest is not planned well or layout of food. The cleaning staff...dont expect details or consistancey or english. Location is nice, if you want to be on 76... Would not stay agian.

This was our first trip to Branson and after reading other reviews we decided to stay at this hotel over any of the others we were considering. The location, staff and pool were great, but other than that, we weren't at all impressed. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking, but when we walked in it was evident that was not enforced. I hated bathing […] our 2 year old in the bath tub because it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the drain was broken. The walls are paper thin, and it was hard to sleep without hearing everything going on in the hotel. If you are considering staying at this hotel, I recommend you don't! After driving around town, we realized there was better options out there, and will learn from this mistake. Les mer

I have been to other Holiday Inn Express hotels that were newer and better, but I was happy with this one. Room was good enough and the breakfast was great. I would stay there again.

When we first arrived our room faced an empty parking lot. I asked staff if they could move us and they did. We went to the 5th floor to a room with a great view and overlooked the pool. The room and bathroom was small for four people but clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, hot and convenient. I would stay here again.

One of the best locations. Close to everything and right next door to WalMart in case you forget something or need anything to make your trip less stressful.

This was not what i would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. It looked more like a super 8. I had a wheelchair assessible room and my client almost fell in the shower. The floor was way to slick. I would NOT go back to this Holiday Inn. But there is another one in Branson, and I would go to that one. Its nicer and cleaner

The facility was clean and room was clean and comfortable. The one thing that was outstanding was the breakfast and the breakfast staff. Many options and good food. Just go early...there was always a line :)

The room was great. The people at the front counter/desk were fantastic and very helpful with recomendations for meals and shows to see as well as ways on obtaining show tickets. This made the stay very pleasurable. Thanks for the great time. Jim

The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean. If you can't park at the front of this hotel, rear parking is on a slope. So icy conditions would not be the greatest. The breakfast area could be a little larger and the arrangement of the countered and food deviced could use some improvement. Very nice fast check very friendly folks was very easy to relax very clean. Will want to stay there again great bargin. Great hot breakfast. Ice machine and vending machine convenient.

Very nice hotel overall. Upgraded to a king suite at no cost. Very nice room, extremely clean. Excelllent hot breakfast every morning. Staff very helpful, always willing to give directions or suggestions. No noise from the hallways or the adjoining rooms. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony each evening. Hot coffee is always available in the dining […] room and some nights there were fresh baked cookies. The hotel is a little hard to spot as it is located behind a restaurant along the Branson Strip and they share a common entrance. This was our first time at Holiday Inn Express and Suites and we will be staying there again in the future. Les mer

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Branson 76 Central in Branson Mo. was a good experience. Check in went smoothly and we got in to our room early which was nice. The room was clean, comfortable, and was cleaned well every day. The breakfast that was provided each day was more than we needed. Good selection and well kept up. The hotel […] staff was friendly although we had no complaints or requests from them. The location was right on the "strip" and fairly close to dining and the theaters. Was our first time staying at this hotel. People were friendly, room was clean. The worst part was the beds. It was like sleeping on feathers. If you like soft beds it's great. However my back was killing me the next morning. We were looking for an economical place to stay that would also come with the pampering associated with a hotel. The Holiday Inn Express was great! It's not a palace, but the service was excellent. The staff responded to our every need immediately.
