Our stay in the hotel was extremely comfortable. Each time we returned from Disneyland, our room was in order. They even go grocery shopping for anything you may have forgotten or need. You only pay the cost of groceries, no surcharge or convenience fee. There is a laundry room in case you need to wash clothes, and the swimming pool is heated. There […] is a kids pool, but fair warning, it is not heated. Each morning there is buffet breakfast of waffles, eggs, potatoes, muffins, fresh fruit, toast and juice...no additional charge! Would have loved another couch in our 2 room suite, but still worked out great with 4 adults and 2 children. Would definitely return for our next visit. Les mer

Great hotel for a family of five with one handicapped child in a wheelchair. Public transit to Disneyland comes right to the door and the drivers were awesome! Hotel promptly addressed any concerns (very few; minor things like extra blankets and towels). Superb and friendly staff. This hotel was very nice, staff was very polite, pool was great, the breakfast could have been better.
I was hoping the hotel would be closer to Disneyland, it was a mile away and the ART took about an hour to leave/return it was very inconvenient but the hotel was lovely. I really enjoyed the suites with full kitchens. The ART really has nothing to do with the hotel but it took such a long time.

I will definitely stay here again. I was truly happy with most everything about this hotel. The staff was very nice and was happy to help in any way they could. The room was a little cramped with the king bed in it, but was enough to move around it. The room was a little worn, the dresser drawers stuck when opened and the night stand was very wobbly. […] The room in general was very comfortable and was nice to come home to. The breakfast was great. We were able to have a hot nutritious meal to start our day. We were able to choose from scrambled eggs mad 3 ways and some breakfast meats i.e. sausage or bacon, potatoes and waffles. Juice coffee and soda was also available. The hotel was very close to Target, Big 5, and some restaurants. The Disney bus was ok but a little unreliable on time. The pool and hot tub was nice but it closed at 10, it would have been nice to get in hot tub after we got back from park at midnight. All in all, I will be coming back again. Les mer

Ideal hotel for families for a Disneyland stay. Our family suite was perfect with the third room with bunk beds and their own bathroom and TV. Morning complimentary breakfast varies daily but has all the standard necessary basics for those with routine breakfast needs.The dining area is run amok with kids who seemingly are unsupervised with a hotel […] staff that appears tolerate and even engaging to the little ones. Starbucks is strategically located in the hotel behind to meet the needs of those who partake in coffee. Pool area large with large hot tub, kiddie pool and regular pool. Even a basketball court! Only downside was the distance from Disneyland and now required pay-for shuttle that was unexpected but appears to be the trend to squeak out a few more dollars here and there. Disney parking was across the street and probably less than using the city transit that substitutes as the once "free shuttle" service. The distance is the same for the hotel and now far placed lots, too, requiring shuttling. The question is do they, too, charge shuttle service to and fro from the park? Target is just across the street, too, conveniently, some restaurants nearby. The kitchen in our suite was nice, unfortunately, not as needed for our 2 night stay, but nice to have. This would make a nice hotel during longer stays, especially with the pool and bbq available. Les mer
"Great family hotel for Disneyland"
Got the suite with 2 bunk beds, fold out couch and bedroom with king. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in this large and economical room. Hotel is very family friendly, great breakfast and pool area. We have stayed in many Disneyland hotels and this was the best, far better than the super expensive Grand California. "great place to stay!"
This was a great hotel, it was easy to find & when we got there, we found the staff very helpful. Our room was on the 7th floor so it was nice & quiet, it was also very clean & cleaned every day. Also, both the room & the bed were huge! There was a kitchen with a fridge & dishwasher. Breakfast was great, there was a variety of things. There was wifi […] in the lobby of the hotel but not in the room. There was a laundry room with plenty of washers & dryers. We parked the car at the hotel & walked to Disneyland & this was nice to see the area & not to worry about shuttle buses, it took us 20 minutes. There were a few good restaurants nearby - Joe's crab shack, The Outback and The Cheescake Factory were all fab! Les mer

This hotel has the hardest beds I have ever slept on the room was older carpet was loose in the room tiles coming off bathroom. Breakfast was great and staff were pleasant. Don't count on shuttle being on time as it only was one time our entire 3 day stay. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Two minor problems: 1.We had to get another room than we reserved, because when we checked in our reserved room type wasn't available. 2. Garbage truck cam each morning 6:15-6:45am. NOT the time I was planning to wake up.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the staff were friendly and helpful.The breakfast buffet was extensive and yummy !-- best we had on our month long trip to the states.For our family of six the unit was a bit tight -- the sofa bed only just fitted in the lounge area making comfort a bit harder. but for a couple of days it was fine.

We stayed at this Family Oriented hotel for 2 weeks and I cannot state enough how excellent this hotel is. Oh there were a few minor glitches here and there, but every glitch was handled with an obvious care for great customer service. The rooms are very comfortable, just spacious enough and family friendly- ie: they are not brand new, glamourous, […] elegant rooms. They are family friendly furnishings and rooms with a few dings that make you feel comfortable having your children there! The kitchens are complete with everything you need to cook for yourself. As well, there is a hot breakfast buffet with the regular staple items and a small number of rotating choices. Enough to not make it boring! Monday - Thursday they also have a hot "small dinner" which on most nights was actually plenty to actually eat for a full dinner. Not tons of choices, but again, enough to make a meal of it. The staff was friendly beyond belief and made our stay so enjoyable that I cannot wait to go back and stay with them again. The surrounding neighbourhood is excellent. Felt safe walking in this area, even at night. Battle of the Dance is kitty corner from the hotel, so make sure to take in that show while staying there. Target is also close by for all your needs, yet the hotel provides laundry detergent free of charge, razors, etc. The glitches I mentioned above. The guests next door to us were quite noisy. We "put up with it" for a few days but once we learned their situation and the hotel learned we were hearing them a LOT, they free upgraded us to a 2BR suite. Nice! The first few days we had to remind the housekeeping that we were 5 in the room cause they kept making it up for 4. No big deal and it was corrected quickly. After mentioned to the front desk that it had happened a few times, it was done perfectly thereafter. The hot tub was malfunctioning a couple of times while we were there. Nice place to stay. Resturants close by. Disneyland just down the street! Curbside shuttle to Disneyland. Good price, parking and breakfast included! Room was by the the elevators and lots of foot traffic but it was quiet! We would stay again.

Even though the staff was very nice, I was extremely disappointed with this property. The rooms are very basic and are in need of some TLC. They claim they are a non-smoking hotel but we had to complain daily because our floor seemed to be the smoking floor! The buffet breakfast was horrible! I give this 2 stars at best!

The hotel was very nice and the complimentary breakfast was awsome. The only negative comment I would have is that the mattress on the pull bed was not comfortable at all. You could feel every spring when you moved.

Nice big rooms! Our family of two adults and two young teenagers were completely compfortable in the room! Nice two bedroom set up with one king and two twin beds in a separate room. Also had a kitchen and small living room area. The continental breakfast was really good as well!

I enjoyed our stay in this hotel The price is very reasonable with breakfast & dinner included. It is very near Disneyland just about 2 miles 10 mimutes by car including the traffic. Stores & restaurants are just across the street where the hotel is located. Parking fee at $8 a day is very cheap compared to others like in Disneyland hotel it is $15 […] daily. The housekeeping took care of our dishes & clean up the room daily. I asked for additional kitchen items like pots & pans and utensils because I had a barbeque party for my birthday. My guests were accommodated in our unit that is self contained with a small living room, dining & kitchen. The pool is big and heated water, the spa is open till late 10 pm. The staff by the reception desk were awesomely friendly. Pets are allowed for $100 fee regardless of how many & how long your stay. I would have loved to bring our chihuahuas if I have known this. We even had a bunch of courtesy choco cips & oatmeal cookies in gift wrapped to our room . Dinner was very good & so was the breakfast buffet serving eggs, sausage, cereals, oatmeal, fresh fruits, coffee, tea , juice,etc.This is a great deal for the price we paid for our 4 nights stay. We were very comfortable and saved a lot of money on meals because of the full kitchen and the complementary breakfast and week night meals served at the hotel. This hotel was all and even more that we expected! Generally when we take our vacations annually, we tend to stay at the Embassy Suites, this year we decided on the Marriot and boy was it a treat. The 2 bedroom suite was great and looked great. Its was like a fully equipped 2 bedroom apt. The breakfast in the morning was great. I have nothing but rave reviews about this hotel! Everyone was very helpful, room was clean and comfy and the breakfast each morning was very yummy. We stayed for 3 nights and had a two bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, perfect for our group. ART transporation to Disneyland is just outside the hotel with convenient pick-up and drop-off every 20 minutes. […] We were given very easy directions to Newport Beach, which is only 20 minutes away and we were able to walk to nearby restaurants for dinner.
