The staff is super friendly and the breakfast buffet is amazing what a great selection. The only downfall was that there was no tub in our room and the bathroom could of have been cleaned better.

We were greeted by a very friendly staff at the front counter. The breakfast was nice, with waffles. They just had a hard time keeping up with the demand that morning. Our biggest frustration was that the beds that were advertised on the website as queen size were actually double instead. We could see that the mattress was smaller than the headboard. With kids in college in Rexburg, we've stayed many times in Idaho Falls lodgings over the past 3 years. This was by far the best place we've stayed at. Fortunately we were able to book through online site so I don't know what they're regular prices are, but if you can afford.....stay at Le Ritz. Close to freeway, close to restaurants, close to LDS temple […] and church building, close to gas stations, close to shopping. Les mer

I have never seen such accomodating staff tht would cater to all of your needs in such a continuous pleasant manner. If one staff was unable to fullfill the request another was appointed toute suite.

Room was dusty ex: chair arm rest and floor corners and bed spread had visible stains on it... also Free hot breakfast was out of most things... so you had to wait for food out of one, than another, than another, and the food was OK.

Very clean and comfortable. Would stay there again if traveling through. Only thing that was bad was the morning breakfast buffet was picked over and the crew didn't refill the food as needed. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helpful as well. The continental breakfast was excellent. I was very pleased with everything.

Hotel was great. Rooms are a little small. Bathrooms are also on the small side. Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub were cold, but other than that, the kids still enjoyed it.

"Decent Hotel"
This hotel was clean and decent. Bed was really low to the ground and you sunk in but wasn't necessarily uncomfortable. If you need a hard bed to sleep on however don't use this hotel. Fast internet access and room was nice. Would stay here again.

We were there for one night only and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the surroundings were very pleasing. Our bed was comfortable.

This hotel is extremely well-maintained. We thought it was a new hotel. Room was very clean and had everything we needed (fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker). The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and very delicious. I would definitely stay here again. Less than 5 minutes from the airport also. Four-star for us.

While the majority of this older (but nicely remodeled) property was in great shape, our room could've used more TLC. Stains visible on inside of the bedspreads was a bit un-nerving, as was finding hair in the tub drain. Coffee maker was left dirty. In their defense, it was an extremely busy weekend in town with many crowded venues, so there was a lot […] of room turnover... staff was pushed to the limit. I will stay here again, but next time I'll be a bit more demanding if I find issues. Les mer

This was a wonderful surprise for the price. The hostesses were exceptionally helplful. The breakfast was better than we expected.

"Good Hotel but needs some Help..."
Very clean hotel.. and extreemly nice staff.. When checking in they didn't have us in their system even though we booked over a month ago but they did work fast to fix it and get us all checked in.. The hotel didn't have wifi even tho it advertised that it did on their website.. The rooms were large and very clean however the cutrins DON'T close... […] we had bright street lights shining in out room all night and there was not sleeping in with the sun shinning in, in the morning. The pool is open 24hr and the breakfast was GREAT.. All in all it was a good hotel just a few things weren't as exspected... We Would stay here again if they REALLY have WiFi... Les mer
