Det som kunna vært bedre her er madrassene og overmadrasser i sengene! Og lakene var meget tynne og slitte i vårt rom iallefall! Dette betyr faktisk SVÆRT mye. Ellers ingenting å utsette! Meget sentralt og fint hotel i hjertet av Cap Cod.

Bath robes were a nice touch. Room was clean if in need of some updating. Balcony was awesome for enjoying the morning coffee.

The hotel had just opened, and was short staffed. Melissa at the front desk was great; the room cleanliness was not as good as it could have been. Towels had stains, floor was not vacummed etc. I called the front desk three times before I got an answer because Melissa was the only staff available and she had to go to another room. Housekeeping must have been off the Fri and Sat we stayed there.Don't get a first floor room with a family of kids above you. (Especially if they're running and bouncing balls all night long).

Overall I would rate my experience below average. The service at the front desk was good, and the bed was comfortable. I did however notice a lot of dust in the bathroom vent while showering. The other main issue with the room is the fact that the windows do not open... they are screwed in shut so the room was very stuffy and I had a difficult time […] sleeping since I like fresh air when sleeping. Perfect location for ferry travel, sightseeing around Hyannis and Hyannisport. Great local restaurants nearby ( The Black Cat our favorite). Staff was helpful, nice outside seating and indoor/outdoor pools. We were there in October, so it was not the season, but it was great.

The hotel served our purpose perfectly. It was central to all that we wanted to do in Hyannis. It was a huge advantage to have the Ferry Terminal to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard just across the road. The Hotel staff kindly allowed us to leave our vehicle in the carpark until we returned. The hotel was was in a very good location, right across the street from the ferries, good resturants. It was near the beaches and easy to get to. The room that we had was across the parking lot from a very noisy bar. We had to run the AC all night as to not hear it. The AC also helped with the heat, we were right above the laundry. End of season so facilities closed down, felt more like a motel

Good room and location next to the harbour. Room was spacious and clean and comfortable. It had a balcony, but overlooked a parking lot, so wasn't too tempting. The place was let down by a couple of things. First, the receptionist was unfriendly and didn't make us feel welcome. Secondly the indoor swimming pool area smelled of mould, so was very unappealling […] and was made worse by the fact that we had to walk through it to get to our room. Hotel is near great restaurants (Black Cat and Albertos) and across the street from the Ferry to Nanctucket and Martha's Vineyard which is perfect. Room is somewhat musty but confortable.

No real complaints but the room smelt somewhat 'musty' and the overall 'fabric' of the hotel seems a little 'tired'. Extremely well situated for our purposes though which was a nightstop before boarding the Fast Ferry to Nantucket. Would stay again!

One of the beds in our room was tilted toward the wall making for a dreadful night sleep. The pictures on the internet looked beautiful - the room was a bit disappointing.

Cape Cod and Hyannis is beautiful, the hotel was within walking distance to everything. The food in the resteraunts were wonderful. The Hotel was another story. We were there for our Honeymoon. The first night we were there, we called and complained about the room above us, from midnight until the wee hours of early AM, it sounded like a heard of cattle […] above us, we thought they were going to come thru the ceiling. We complained at midnight and management did nothing. We were woken up early every day because of the pounding on the floor from above us. We complained several times, only for the front desk to do nothing. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because of the outdoor fire place, when we asked about the night time fires, we were told it was broken and there wasn't going to be any fires the rest of the season. Needless to say, we were very dissapointed at lack of involement from the management and staff. Next tile we go to Hyannis, we will find another place, we were not happy at all. Les mer

Hotel was clean, location couldn't get any better. Right downtown Hyannis, everything is walking distance. The private balcony off our room seemed a little old and rickety.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the outside pool & hot tub and restaurant were closed for the season- and let me tell you, that pool was beautiful as well as the landscaping & all the seating areas throughout the yard. We walked across the street for breakfast, walked along the pier & checked out the fishing boats which the kids […] loved. It was lit with lights around the poles and trees at night. We were about a 2 blocks walk from the shops on Main St. Had lunch at a place called BBC- it was a British Pub Styled place and the food was fantastic and reasonable with a huge amount of options. We were about 2 miles from the beach which was also closed for the season, but we walked the shores in the pouring rain and picked some of the most beautiful seashells. It was a slow rainy weekend so it wasn't crazy busy, the front desk at check in upgraded our room at no additional cost to a beautiful suite with & upstairs with a spiral staircase & a deck on both floors, tons of room. It seemed like there were thicker walls because I didn't feel like my neighbors were sharing our room, it was pretty quiet. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the indoor pool, it looked like a prison pool, it was dark and had a tall iron fence closing it in, but it served it's purpose on a cold rainy fall day. It was fine but compared to how beautiful the rest of the hotel was it didn't seem to fit. We would definitely stay again!!! Les mer

Big Motel at the Hyannis harbor. It's rather quiet there during the night time but not easy finding an open restaurant as soon as the holiday period has gone. Rooms are clean and spacious. Pool (in & out) available.

Perfect location. We could walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Hyannis. Our favorite was the Black Cat located next door-excellent food. Also convenient location to get the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. You can walk over and avoid big parking fees for the ferries. Located right on the harbor. Overall, it was ok. Lots of rif-raf hanging out behind hotel late at night. Room was on main road and traffic was loud. I think they were doing construction @ 8am in the room above me.

Queen at front desk is robotic in her speech n talks over the guests, like she just wants to get thru her speech. When asking about directions she is useless. Another hotel staff who was leaving for the day helped us out. The maids are friendly n hard working. We've stayed there once before this time with no issue but this time ruined it. I had read guests reviews prior to booking this hotels so I had some idea of what to expect. The most disappointing things were that the Restaurant & Bar had closed as of Labor and we weren't aware of that. Also the fire pit was "having mechanical problems" on the chilly night we wanted to enjoy it. Other that that the location is great, right across […] from the harbor & ferries and a few blocks from Main Street which has great shops & Restaurants. Our room did not have a "water/harbor view" as we requested however we did have a balcony with a nice view overlooking the courtyard/garden (Room 409-two queens w/balcony). FYI the only rooms with partial harbor view are the rooms on the 2nd level overlooking the pool at the front of the building. Our room was nice, comfortable, and clean. Front desk checked me in to room 104 and I felt I was staying at a Motel because of the door being on parking lot, asked to be changed, and got an attitude from staff. I paid Hotel Price and that was the reason why I booked at this location. I am a traveler for business and need comfort and peace to sleep well. I didn't like the staff attitude.

This hotel filled our needs for a 2 night stay for a visit to Martha's vineyard couldn't get any closer to he harbor. I rate our room as a deluxe motel room and a dissappionted hotel room.

Stayed at Hyannis Harbor over Labor Day weekend and it was a nice hotel, but not the best value for the amount of money we paid. Clean, very friendly staff and close to restaurants/bars.

The location was great-right across the street from the ferry, hotel looks great, nice pool, grounds, and lobby. However, I was very disappointed once I opened the door to my room. Great location in Hyannis. Walking distance to the beach and right in the heart of the harbor near the ferries and many restaurants. Also close enough to Main Street to walk. Either indoor or outdoor pool and hot tub is open at any given time depending on the weather. Night time fire pit is relaxing. Any kids staying there make it annoying. This is […] not a good place to bring kids. There is nothing for them to do so when they get to the pool, they run wild. They also seem to do this in the hallways. Do not take children to Cape Cod - they will be bored and make your stay and everyone else's annoying. I had a room next to an entrance. Ever ytime the door slammed, the walls shook. Every time someone walked up the stairs it sounded as if the building was gonna fall down. I was also near the indoor pool. They do not shut the doors, so the heat from the indoor pool makes the hallways very humid and steamy. Les mer

We were so satisfied in our stay in Hyannis , cape cod . The weather was awesome , we went to craigsville beach , and we went to Martha's vineyard .the food was fabulous , we had only seafood , the food was great actually . I recommend everybody to go in Hyannis . The place is a peace of heaven .

The location is the best part. The housekeeping was very, very bad. The best wheelchair accessible room is 144. The manager was very helpful.
