my husband, twin 1 year olds and i stayed here for the weekend since we were visiting family for the weekend. we got a 2 suite room and it was beyond beautiful and spacious. i was able to request 2 pack and plays without any problems or having to fork over extra money. i never had a better night's sleep than here. i wanted to take the bed and pillows […] home with me lol. i didn't get to use any of their amenities but the pool and gym looked nice. breakfast was ok. there was cheese and ham scrambled eggs, regular scrambled eggs, donuts, danishes, sausage, bread, bagels, fruit, cereals, coffee, juice and teas. the only thing i felt was edible was the bagels, coffee and the fruit was fresh and delicious. however my husband did enjoy the eggs and juice. and it's free, so it's not like i can complain too much. i was really impressed by how nice the staff was. i mean like everyone working there was welcoming, helpful and nice. also the convenience store in the lobby has a nice selection of things, the sodas weren't crazy priced, surprisingly but the beers were. overall, really fantastic stay. this is our official hotel whenever we have to visit new york Les mer

We got a free upgrade to the 2 BR suite for 3 nights, didn't even ask for the upgrade. Will definitely stay here again when we return to White Plains.

I loved everything about the hotel....especially the upgrade. However, upon leaving, I neglected to pack a pair of shoes....worn once, by the way. These shoes were never to be seen again. Were they thrown out with the trash? I doubt that was the case.

Reserved a jr. suite and was given a 2 bedroom suite. Both rooms had bathrooms and there's a nice sitting room between them. The free breakfast and wi-fi makes the difference in rates for other hotels. Lots of entrances from parking lots so you don't have to walk outside for a long time.

I've stayed here before, and this time was no different. When I got to my room, I sort of got this uncomfortable cigarette smell. I called the front desk to see if I could get another room and Steven (I believe that was the gentleman's name at the front desk on Friday, March 15th) was able to do so with no issues what so ever. He was very kind and considerate […] and I appreciate all his help. I stayed at Hyatt for two nights and didn't have any issues at all. One of the best hotels I've visited hands down. I was in town for the bar exam (bleh) and the last thing I needed was to stress about my hotel. This hotel was definitely accommodating and comfortable. I got a 2 room suite, which I didn't need but appreciated nonetheless. The suite was clean and cozy. There was free breakfast, which was great, and on weekdays, there is a complimentary mini dinner. […] The gym is kinda small but clean and adequate. We have been traveling around the country for dance auditions and so having a comfortable place to stay is important. We only stayed one night, but wished we were staying in this kind of hotel everywhere we went.

Great room, great hotel. Two minor drawbacks: 1) minuscule pillows 2) no ice machine - you have to ask reception for ice or wait for the in-room freezer to make some, which overnight only produced 7 cubes.

We chose the Hyatt because it was about half-way between our son and grandchildren in PA and our home in Boston. Two-bedroom suites were ideal for our purpose. The hotel is clean, the rooms are large and the service was excellent.

Lovely suite, large parking lot, wonderful experience. I will definitely consider going back there if I'm planning to go to New York again.

I was in Westchester for a High School Reunion and the Hyatt was a great choice for lodging. Pleasant staff, very clean and big room, an good pricing, all in all, great. I'd come back for sure.

This hotes looks a little worn. I was disappointed that there are no grab bars in the bathroom. I know they have been required for many years so there has been no upgrade in that area. There was noise from a washing machine or similar machine throughout the night and I kept waking up.

The hotel was very clean and updated. We booked a two-bedroom room suite, which also came with 2 full baths, living area, and full size kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc. The staff welcomed us at check-in and were very accommodating to all of our needs. It seemed to be an adult friendly environment, and I am not quite sure what they offer […] for children, in fact I did not see many kids running around. There was a basketball court that we didn't get to use but it looked like it was in really great shape. This hotel was not our first choice because we were looking for something closer to the destination that we were going to, but it was a fantastic switch and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality stay. This hotel is quite close to the highway - making it an easy stop on the way to NYC or if staying in the White Plains area. The hotel looks like it was recently renovated - new carpets, etc. However, our bathroom was old and therefore seemed dirty. There is a free weeknight reception with light dinner - really enough food for dinner, and a free breakfast […] every morning - so you really get a great value for the room price. We were really pleased with the service we received. The hotel is in excellent condition, the rooms are VERY clean, and the general area is well looked after. We are a family of four, and had two bedrooms, a living area (with a sofabed) and a kitchen. All was fine except for our pool experience. We had our grand daughter with us and there was a lot of rough play by pre-teen and teen boys with a lot of throuwing of a basketball in the pool (not a soft ball). She was hit in the head. There was also a excrement episode. Some child had an accident in the pool or their diaper and the parents obviously […] chose not to deal with it. We were told by someone sitting next to us there was xxx floating everywhere and sure enough there was! More supervision is needed at the pool by employees. Les mer

We checked in after a nearby ballgame and the sheets on the pullout were dirty. The front desk did replace them as we requested. The paperwork indicated a reception during the evening and breakfast. Due to the holiday the nightly reception was cancelled. The breakfast was served earlier than the check in info indicated. There was no adjustment for this […] on the rates however. We were told when we went to breakfast that no additional food would be put out but that was rectified when more guest came down to breakfast. The overall stay was ok for a place to crash overnight with a pool but I knew it was in a business area prior to checkin. Les mer
