Fint hotell med god standard og veldig sentral beliggenhet rett ved Via Grande. Bra restaurant. Et minus er at et kulturmøtested for ungdom ligger rett over gaten - det medfører en del støy fra ungdomsfest på ettermiddager og kvelder som kan være plagsom.

Vi hadde for andre gang et fint opphold på dette hotellet og kommer til å velge dette hotellet ved neste besøk i Madrid:-)

Very close to the hotel is Juan Carlos Park, a wonderful place for families or individuals to spend a half day. Free bicycle rentals and gorgeous. It also has a golf course and several special gardens. Only saw locals there. There is also a large Mall nearby (15 minute walk) but otherwise the hotel is in a residential area close to the metro.;

We arrived on a late flight to Madrid, and Aparthotel Barajas ended up being a great choice. Nice neighborhood, convenient local cafe. Roomy, comfortable but some evening noise from street. We had an unexpected kitchen, fridge, in room free wi fi. Street parking for car rental. Easy to airport.

We booked the Aparthotel Barajas Convencion because having a kitchen for an extended stay makes it possible to eat breakfast in and keep beer, milk, and leftovers in the fridge. Also, we enjoy having a separate room to sleep in so that our three year old isn't in the same room. I think half of the hotel is being renovated (July 2011). The furnishings […] appear to be from the late 1970's. The two elevators are really very small, so only one person could fit in with the luggage cart. There are a couple restaurants/bars within walking distance, and we have no regrets for choosing to stay here. Would stay again. I can't really say that this is a four star property, though. Les mer

Hotel looks a bit old and dark-colour themed, but everything is fine. I like the fact it has a kitchen with fridge and washing basin (but no cooktop oven or any pots or utensils). Please research the location of this hotel before you go there, it is NOT the train station 'Barajas' one stop from the airport station, it's on another line. "comfortable and convenient to Madrid airport"
The room was a one bedroom apartment. It was distant from downtown, but the metro was only 1 1/2 blocks away. Severel good restaurants were 1 block away. The hotel provided transportation to the Madrid airport which made departure very convenient. I will stay at this facility in the future the night before departure flight.

"Aparthotel Convencion Not as Presented by Hotels.c"
The property is supposed to be at the airport. Over a 10 minute ride in a hotel van to a property not at the airport. Half the property is under renovation. The open half needs to be renovated. We had two rooms that were supposed to be airconditioned. Neither worked at all and it was 90 degrees. The apartments were furnished circa 1970/80s with appliances […] that were late 80s or early 90s. Refrigerator worked questionably and the microwave was filthy. It was supposed to have a furnished kitchen. Well there was stuff piled in a heap on the counter...a few mismatched dishes, silverware, etc. Beds were very hard. Given that the AC did not work you wanted to open windows which you really couldn't because the property back up to an open air bar which was quite noisy till well into the early morning (this is Madrid afterall). Staff was ok, but not overly friendly or helpful. Location was convenient to the metro stop which took about 30 minutes and 12 stops to get downtown. Les mer

"Apartment style hotel."
This hotel was only two blocks from the downtown metro. Very convenient. If you would like to have your own kitchenette, then this should work for you. Did not have their AC on yet. Very warm. TVs are small and the remote did not work.

"Clean but Old"
My wife and I needed a place to stay overnight by the Madrid airport and this seemed like a decent enough place. It is about a 15 minute shuttle ride from the airport. The hotel neighborhood is not so great and there is not much to do around there. The fencing around the hotel indicated that the neighborhood was probably not that great. The hotel was […] basic but generally clean. Our only issue was that everything in the room seemed very old and some of the furniture was stained or damaged. We got the breakfast buffet included, but had to walk down the street to a neighborhood restaurant to get the breakfast. The selection was not too bad and they cooked everything as you order it so it was fresh. Breakfast was nice. Overall, this hotel did the job for one night but I would not stay there again. Les mer

This is our third overnight stay at this very convenient hotel. As before, everything went well and the pricem is a big feature. The free shuttle came quite quickly, and the room was clean and quiet. "Good airport location"
This is a neighborhood hotel close to the airport and metro. We ate breakfast and dinner at a neighborhood restaurant and it was GREAT! We would stay here again if we need to be near the airport.

The room was older but had plenty of room. could have been a bit clener. But for just one night we were by the airport an had a shuttle to and from so over looked that. Metro was just around the cornor so we were able to go into Midrid and see a bit of the city.

The hotel is very convenient to the airport and the Metro. The free airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, and it takes about 10 minutes to get the airport. Very easy and convenient. The rooms are huge, and have a full kitchen and living room area. This would be great for a long-term stay. The staff was helpfull, the location ideal - 15 minutes from the airport, 2 minutes from the metro to the centre of Madrid. The room spacious clean and comfortsble. Nothing fancy, just clean and simple, more than suitable for a short night's stay. And take advantage of the shuttle service and save yourself about 10 euros in cab fare.

I love that the room we had has a kitchen and living room area. Everything was clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle was a great convenience. Also, the fact that it's situated right near a metro stop makes it wonderful for going downtown Madrid. "The Greatest End To Our Vacation"
We absolutely loved this hotel!!! It turned out to be a small apartment with a refridgerator, freezer, microwave, stove and large kitchen. I asked the front desk if they had any silverware and they brought everything from pots and pans to dishes and silverware. It had a large bathroom, seperate bedroom with 2 beds, a living room with couch/bed, extra […] seats, 2 tv's and a great view of Spain. We were very pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They directed us to the closest grocery store and restaraunts. hôtel très confortable, mais grand manque au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine, pas de tire bouchons, pas de vaisselle... et si vous êtes fumeurs pas de distributeur de cigarettes or c'est très courrant en espagne dans tous les endroits publics. loin du centre ville mais pratique car très proche de l'aéroport.

De verdad fue excelente, muy limpio, la persona del hotel cuando llegamos fue muy atenta con mi pareja y yo; nos explico en un mapa que nos regalo sobre donde quedaban las partes donde deseábamos ir. Una locación inmejorable para ir al aeropuerto, con transporte gratuito. Si quieres ir al centro, el metro se encuentra a unos 100 ms y te lleva directamente en unos 20 minutos. - Personal del hotel muy amable. Aunque al leer el folleto en la habitación ya sabes que tienes que pedirlo en recepción si necesitas alguna vajilla etc., quizá deben colgar […] una noticia a este efecto dentro de la cocina, y posiblemente dejar por lo menos un par de platos, cuchillos, cucharas etc. en la cocina sin tener que solicitarlo! - Desayuno en una cafetería muy cercana (aunque no muy agradable si el tiempo es mala) En todo, una experiencia muy agradable. Nunca había estado en un aparta hotel, pero este formato me parece mas útil para una zona céntrica, por poder estar estancias de varios dias y vivir como en un apartamento, que en una zona aislada, próxima a Barajas e Ifema, que ahí, la mayoría de las ocasiones serán estancias cortas

We hebben nu 2 keer in dit hotel overnacht, een aanrader. De kamer is groot, aparte slaapkamer, schoon en een goede gratis wifi verbinding. Hele snelle shuttle service van en naar Barajas Airport. Beide keren kwamen ze ons halen binnen 10 minuten. Ook een prima locatie voor stadsbezoek. Op 300 meter afstand een metrostation met een directe lijn naar […] het centrum, reistijd ongeveer 30 minuten. Vriendelijk personeel. Hotel staat in een woonwijk, zeer rustig. In de directe omgeving wat kleine winkelcentra en restaurantjes om wat te eten. Het is een aparthotel met keuken maar zonder "keukengerei" dit moet je zelf meenemen. Les mer

La habitacion era comoda y luego de que llegue el tema de limpieza estuvo bien.Al momento de entrar si note que la misma no estaba bien ventilada, habia un poco de olor a encierro. Lo mejor ...el transporte desde el aeropuerto al llegar gratis y el wifi gratis. ideal para estar unos dias. "un très bon valeur"
En tant que famille avec les jeunes enfants, c'était bien d'avoir un appartement au lieu d'une chambre d'hôtel, car une fois les enfants sont couchées, nous n'étions pas restreints dans notre temps ensemble. Ce sont deux lits simples dans la chambre, et nous avions un lit supplémentaire et le canapé qui sert comme lit simple dans le salon. L'accès Metro […] est 3 minutes à pied, avec l'accès par ascenseur, qui est génial pour nous car nous avions une poussette. Épicerie et boutique pas cher 5 mins à pied, et nous avons compté pas moins de 4 terrains de jeux pour les petits enfants (glissade, balancine, etc)! C'est loin du centre ville, mais le Metro nous y amène sur une ligne directe, et le prix des billets n'est rien comparé à la différence de prix pour les hôtels du centre-ville. Tout le monde à l'hôtel était très sympa, prêt à nous aider, et nous étions très content avec la navette gratuite pour l’aéroport. Il faut dire que les bruits résonne dans le couloir et les chambres ne sont pas très insonorisées. Donc, s'il y a des voisins bruyant, ça pourrait rendre le séjour difficile, ce qui n'était pas notre cas. Bref, si nous retournons à Madrid, nous resterons à cet hôtel. Les mer

Udmærket hotel, dejlige store rum med åbent køkken, hvor der dog stort set ikke var noget service... - spurgte til dette - svaret var, at det blev fjernet, når det kun var en enkelt overnatning...? Vi kunne godt have brugt noget alligevel. Der manglede nogle håndklæder, da vi checkede ind, men de blev hurtigt leveret. Meget få restauranter i nærheden. […] Tæt på metrostation. Lo encontré limpio y en una calle muy tranquila. Está muy cerca de la parada del metro y hay al menos dos restaurantes cerca del hotel. No es de lujo pero para pasar una noche o dos es perfecto.

El hotel se encuentra muy cerca del aeropuerto y ofrece servicios de transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto, lo cual es muy práctico. El hotel es muy limpio y bonito. La atención es muy buena y está muy bien conectado con el centro de la ciudad a través del metro que está a la vuelta de la esquina. El precio es accesible y la zona es muy bonita.

La habitación es muy amplia y está bien dotada, puedes hacer de comer, tiene una cocina amplia y completa. Creo que el servicio en la recepción puede mejorar, el personal es poco amable y no hay predisposición para guiar al turista.Pero las instalaciones como tal están bien; lo mejor que está muy cerca a una estación de metro y queda muy fácil llegar […] a cualquier sitio de la ciudad. "próximo ao aeroporto"
É um apartamento com serviço de hotel. Muito espaçoso e confortável. Fica próximo do aeroporto e tem traslado de graça. O metro também é muito perto do hotel e dá pra ir caminhando até lá. Fica uns 35 minutos do centro de Madrid ( usando o metro).
