Et hotell i den "internasjonale" delen av Seoul, med kort avstand til både gode spisesteder, shopping - og undergrunnsbane. Hotellet er holdt i en gjennomført design-stil, med enkelt og stilfullt interiør. Veldig serviceinstilt personale, og generlt god service. Anbefales gjerne.

Servicen er fantastisk. Fra du ankommer til utskjekkingen. Det er bare et minus med oppholdet og det er maten Maten er litt dyr pga servicen tar avgift. Men maten er meget godt,så det blir et lite minus fra meg

Koreana hotell ligger midt i downtown seoul. Dette er et greit start-punkt for alle turister, men skal man få med seg noe uteliv og litt mer koreansk kultur og mat, må man ta metroen. Dette er derimot bare en lek, da alle steder som er verdt å dra ligger bare noen få stopp unna. Betjeningen er hyggelige, de fleste snakker dugelig engelsk, og de har internett på rommet. (Dette er dog litt dyrt, vi benyttet oss ikke av det) Vi fikk en god pris, og det er enkelt å finne hotellet. Anbefales!
Beliggenhet.
Dette hotellet, Hotel Riviera, ligger i Gangnam-området i Seoul, er familievennlig og nær Bongeunsa, COEX Aquarium og Seolleung Park. Ikke langt unna finner du også Jamsil olympiske stadion og Jamsil Baseball stadion.

I stayed here with my wife before leaving for our honeymoon. The lobby is nice and the staff was cheerful and kind while checking us in. We stayed in a Luxury Double room on the 12th floor. It was a lot bigger than I thought it would be. The room was clean and smartly furnished. The bathroom was also nice and large with a high quality selection of toiletries. "On the airport bus service and good for Gangnam-Gu"
If breakfast is not included, then it's a bit expensive. A few coffee shops nearby, but only a short taxi to all the cool spots in Gangnam-Gu. Room was comfortable, good shower, pleasant service from staff.

"Clean quiet hotel with good location"
Hotel is directly accessible from/to Incheon Airport via Airport bus 6010. Hotel staff are friendly/helpful and able to speak english. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel is near Coex, Apgujeong and Cheongdam-dong. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel for a weekend in Seoul. Stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. Easy walking distance to the closest subway. COEX mall a 20 minute walk away. Highly recommend.

I don't usually write reviews, but I depended heavily on other's reviews or my stay in Korea, so though I should write one. This hotel was very clean and organized - solid 4 star. Most of the staff spoke some English, and they were all quite helpful. The location is not next to any major shopping, night life, etc., but also not far by taxi. I wouldn't […] hesitate to stay here again, or recommend it. "Hotel Riviera Seoul - Great service"
I left my phone in a cab and the staff had it back to me in 20 minutes. Most of staff spoke good english. The only downsides were gym didn't open til 6AM and bed was a little hard. Other than that a great hotel.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. However, the air conditioner would not work at night and the room was hot. When we asked about this, they informaed us that the hotel a/c could not work at night during this time of the year. It was set to only work in the day. We explained that it was extremely hot and we could not sleep. They brought us a small circulating […] fan and the attendant said he was sorry ofr our trouble. "Good Hotel, but not exactly as advertised"
I found the staff to be very helpful and courteous, The overall hotel facilities are very good if a little on the expensive side. I didn't eat at the onsite restaurant, buffet, or pub mainly due to previous plans with friends, but I found the prices to be a little high compared to other restaurants in the area. Based on what I was able to see, the […] food looked to be fresh and well prepared. I did take advantage of the onsite 24-hr massage and spa, and I found it to be a nice break from the hustle and bustle of Seoul. While the massage was very good, I have had comparable massages for much less. The biggest draw for this is the convenience of not having to travel when you are finished. My biggest complaint is that the room was advertised to have a large bathtub, and only came equipped with a shower. The shower was nice, but one of the things I look for in hotels is a place to soak and enjoy a tub. I don't have that where I live in Korea, and I was really looking forward to the luxury. Overall I would rate this hotel at around 3.5 to 3.75 stars. It doesn't quite live up to the 4 star level, but I would certainly consider it in the future. Les mer

The customer service was excellent, from the door men, to the bell men, to the front desk employees and the management. The initial room, in the older part of the Hotel, was rather small. However the manager relocated us to the new part of the Hotel where the room was perhaps 25% larger. This made a huge difference. The location of the Hotel is fantastic; […] near the Han River and only a mile or so from Coax, the fantastic mall. "reasonable price you get what you pay for"
We had stayed at the Lotte earlier in our trip, it was more expensive, but more comfortable. The beds at the Riviera were really firm, kind of uncomfortable.

Comparede to the nearby Intercontinental hotels this is a great option - a little farther away from COEX but great value, great gym - beds are little hard however that is Asia in general though. To save $100 a night compared to Intercon - absolutely!

"Ok hotel, Dull location, hard bed"
I picked this hotel at random. It's convenient for CoEx. Not so convenient for the Gangnam station area where all the action is. The beds are rock hard. It's clean and acceptable but I won't be going back there.

Good hotel with good facilities including the sauna and massage. Convenient location and a very helpful staff. Although it is in the business district, a bit far away from the tourist spots, but 20 mins by taxi to most of the spots in North side of the city across the river. I definitely recommend staying here.

The Riviera is not a "Intercon" and is not resting next to COEX but at half the price it is well worth it. The bed was alittle hard and the desk chair was not the best for sitting long periods on the PC but again for the price and not far fro everything (you can walk to COEX - or a cheap cab ride) I'll be back. everyone at the hotel is very friendy […] and they are not slugging you for basics like internet - great value in Seoul! Check-in was completed in less than 5 minutes. Even though the official check-in time was 12 pm, the front desk allowed us to get to our rooms when we arrived earlier at 10.30 am. Wanted a neat hotel stay with a swimming pool for our daughter. But she had to be 13 of age in order to get in to the pool. Then the purpose on staying at the hotel was at no use. Pitty ...
"Good deal but not for honeymooners"
I went to Seoul for a weekend trip with my girlfriend and stayed in hotel Riviera. The hotel was nice inside with many restaurants and sauna/pool facilities and staff were helpful: we were helped by the concierge desk on finding our way and picking restaurants. Our room was nice size but a bit cumbersome with an uncomfortable bed and slightly strange […] furniture arrangement with a desk in the middle of the floor. the hotel location wasn't ideal with a half an hour train journey to most of the sights we wanted to see. Although travelling using the underground was easy and very cost efficient, i'd recommend staying somewhere north of the river for easier access to sightseeing spots. Les mer

The stay was overall good. The hotel is very nice and clean. We weren't really expecting the hotel to be this great. Check-in and check-out was very quick. The staff was very helpful. As far as the rooms, we had 3 beds in our room and were only expecting 2 which was a plus, because we each had our own bed. The only issue is, the beds were very […] hard, and the lighting wasn't very good. The bread shop downstairs was very nice as well as the sky lounge(very comfortable). We did order room service and it arrived very quickly. The location was also decent. The COEX Mall is just a few blocks down as well as the subway stations. Cabs aren't too expensive either. The Hotel was nicely furnished and in a good area. I had alot of problems communicating with staff as very little english spoken. Had a major problem with Room Temp as the hotel had not turned on the air conditioning and still had the controls set to heat for the entire hotel. "「最大の問題点」 " ONE BIG PROBLEM ""
チョンダム駅から徒歩5分、周りの環境も悪くなく、部屋も快適（乾燥気味だけど）、ホテル自体も綺麗な作りで、偶然芸能人にも遭遇でき、満足できるはずでした。 しかし、第一の問題点は、そこに働く人間達。 第一印象は最悪、無表情、挨拶もなく、心底驚きました。 人の話を最後まで聞かず、上から上から口を出し話され、とても気分が悪かったです。男性も女性も、どちらも態度は同じほど悪かった。最後までこの態度だったので、耐えきれず態度がとても悪いんですね、と言ってしまいました。それに対しても、もちろん無反応、後ろで韓国語で愚痴を言っているのが聞こえました。韓国語が理解できる私は気分がとても悪くなりました。
카나다에서 여행와서 좋은 느낌으로 갑니다. 다 좋았어요 대체적으로 ... 하지만 처음들어갔을때 프론트에 계신 남자분이 좀 친절하지 않아서 좀 기분이 않좋았었어요... 주차하시는분 좀 바쁘셨지만 짜증스러운 목소리로 올라가라고 하시는 목소리가 좀 .... 제일좋았던것은 청소하는 아주머니 친절하심 넘 좋았구요... 담에 갈때는 프론틍 계신분들이 좀 자세히 이용을 설명해주시고 친정하셨으면 ... 거기 외국분들도 그날 많이 오셨든데.... 좋은 여행되었습니다.

クリスマス連休に３泊しました。普段はミョンドンかカンナムのレジデンスが好きですが、とにかく人気のエリアや手ごろなホテルはすべてSold Outで、初めてリベラに。 チョンダムドンは高級ショップなどもあるエリアですが、地下鉄だと他のエリアに行くのは少し不便です。ただCOEXのAirportリムジン乗り場までTaxiで10分程度なので、空港へのアクセスは悪くないです（来る時の渋滞には要注意ですが）。 とくに問題ないビジネスホテル。 でもスタッフは一流ホテルなみに丁寧で、好感が持てました。

このホテルに滞在したおかげで本当にいい旅行になりました。 仁川に到着後リムジンバスでホテル目の前の停留所で降りることができます。ドアマンの男性スタッフもいつも親切で、フロントの女性スタッフも英語が堪能、笑顔も素敵、ハングルが全く駄目な私には大変助かりました。 デラックスシングルに泊まりましたが、一人にはもったいないくらい広く、お風呂もバスタブでゆっくりできます。シャンプーやボディーソープが有料とあるサイトで確認していましたが、ちゃんと準備されてました。歯ブラシはないのでご準備を。 COEXへもシャトルバスが出ているし、TAXIでも1メーターで行けますよ。明洞には遠いですが、おしゃれな狎鴎亭洞（アックジョンドン）や新沙洞、カロスキルにも近く、お買い物目当てで行かれる方にはオススメです。食 […] 事だけ明洞に行きたいところがあったのでTAXIで行きましたが、それでも日本円で1,000円以内。 また泊まりたいと言わせてしまう、女性ひとり旅にオススメなホテルです。 Les mer
