Very noisy motel. People walking or talking anywhere in the motel echos throughout the room.

Had worker who was staying/living at the hotel knock on my door to ask me to stop walking around so the could watch tv because the floor creeked.

arrived and had to wait for our room. we had been booked into a room that was already occupied. desk clerk was unable to correct this on the computer so she sent us up to our room. For the most part, this is a nice affordable place to spend a night. This motel does have one employee who is so rude, my wife and I actually thought he was funny. The poor fella is better suited to be a night watchman at a cemetery, not working the front desk at a busy motel. dogs barking in night wake you up will consider staying in motels that do not allow pets in the future.

Noisy. It was next to some parking lot where semi trucks idled all night. The VERY bright lights from this parking lot kept me awake. The black out drapes weren't large enough to darken the room. Breakfast was the minimum necessary for them to be able to claim "Breakfast"

Room 226 needs the windows washed, vacuuming around the edges of the room, loveseat vacuumed, overall thorough cleaning. Continental breakfast was disappointing, Not much selection.

Our stay at Super Eight in Jamestown was comfortable, convenient and A+!! The young man at the desk on August 20th and 21st was especially kind and helpful!! The over-all service was excellent.

We were in a basement room for 2 nights. The floor/ceiling above us squeeked every time anyone walked across the floor above. If you chose this motel ask for the second floor. It looked like they'd re-painted the walls, but the frame to the bathroom door was rusted. The maid didn't empty the trash in our room.

Very comfortable. Noise from room overhead was very loud but after everyone settled down it was ok.

Overall a good 2 nights sleep. 2 queen beds and a sofa. Only complaint is we set the alarm clock for 5am and it didn't go off because the outlet is so worn out that the plug didn't make a good connection. We started out 2 hours late on our LONG trip home! I won't stay in another Super8. The motel was mediocre at best and the breakfast was far from satisfactory.

Nice place, friendly staff. Disappointed that they dont have a pool. Also disappointed the shower water was only luke warm. But pleasant enough after issue with reservation got corrected.

We only stayed one night, but everything was satisfactory. There was plenty of towels and toiletries. We stayed here to go to a concert in a neighboring town. Staff was polite and helpful. Room very clean, bathtub sparkled!

Property is located in very homely location; next to vacant lots and dusty. Worst was the smell; they must use some sort of cleaning product or attempt at deodorizing that is very sweet and cloying. Very annoying and inescapable and probably unnecessary since it is basically kept clean and reasonably well maintained.

Basic hotel. No extras, room isn't that big and hallway smelled like deoderizer. But the price was good enough and the breakfast offered a good selection so my family was satisfied.

We spent one night this past week at the Super 8 Jamestown. From the moment we checked in we were treated extremely well. After a long drive of 14 hrs, I arrived late at night in this motel - good location, on the highway, and next to several restaurants etc. Good, friendly staff, decent breakfast, and decent rooms.

Nice quiet, easy accessible location. Although not downtown, easy driving distance to Jamestown downtown. Next time passing through, we'd book here again. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

My husband and I left to visit with relatives after checking in. When we arrived back at the motel around 11 p.m. it was about 50 degrees in our room--heat was off. We turned it on and it quickly rose to above 90 degrees or warmer and would not cool off, turn off, nothing! We sweltered all night. We were extremely satisfied with the stay at Super 8. The room was large and comfortable. It was such a nice surprise to see the large jacuzzi tub. At the end of a long trip. The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. And, helped with all our requests. The continental breakfast was delicious. And well set up. Just an all around great stay!
