Dette hotellet er et meget flott hotell. Her opplever man luksus og topp service i en rolig atmosfære. Hotellet ligger litt utenfor sentrum men det er veldig bra for de som ønsker ro og fin atmosfære når man er på hotelle, samtidig er det kort avstand inn til byen. De har europas beste Spa avdeling her (kåret i 2011). Dette hotellet kan anbefales på det beste.

Fantastisk opphold i Roma på et hotell med uforglemmelig service! Som et eksempel kan nevnes at en i reisefølget fylte år mens vi var der, og helt uforberedt ble vi i frokosten den gjeldende dagen servert musserende vin og hjemmebakt kake samtidig som betjeningen sang for hun som fylte året. Ellers, kan nevnes velutstyrte rom og sjeldent godt utvalg i frokosten.

Kjempebra hotell som ligger svært godt til i forhold til opplevelser i Roma. Var veldig fornøyd med hotellet, det eneste som drar ned er at sengene var litt for harde. Ellers super service. Har aldri opplevd at rommet blir ordnet 2 ganger om dagen før. Og så fikk vi sjokolade og en oppdatert værmelding til kvelden. Veldig bra hotell :-)

"Hoel Turner i Roma,- lite men storslagent!"
Hadde lest litt varierende rapporter om dette hotellet, så jeg psyket ned familien litt i forkant. Det viste seg å være helt unødvendig! Veldig trivelig stab, god sevice og fint (lite) hotell.Vi var veldig fornøyd både med frokosten og rommene. Det eneste som ikke er helt topp, er beliggenheten litt i utkanten av byen ved Porta Pia. Til gjengjeld hadde […] vi en bussholdeplass rett utenfor døren, så det var bare noen minutter til sentrum. We were a couple staying here for three nights. We had a superior double room, and were happy with it. We didn't spend much time at the hotel,but the staff was very helpful when we needed it, and our room was cleaned adequately. Was a bit surprised that the room didn't have a water boiler as standard. You can probably get one if you ask though. There […] were maybe a bit too many sweets at the breakfast. A bigger selection of "salty" food would have been nice, but the coffee was great! "Great hotel and not far from main sights"
Hotel was located north of the City and had a bus stop right outside with different buses going past frequently to various tourist sights. If you want to walk its about 15 - 20 minutes walk to the sights and as Rome is such a lovely City it is nice to walk. Check in was quick, all staff were polite and very helpful, the room was clean, very nicely decorated, […] tidy, comfortable and bathroom was very nice, clean, always hot water - only slight niggle was the location of the room inside the hotel meant that there wasn't much natural light coming into the room, plenty of lights though. Breakfast was a continental affair and also had hot scrambled eggs and bacon, always plenty of food, places to sit and polite staff. Would recommend. Les mer

"Wifi connection"
The wifi connection was not good, so if wifi is a necessity, this is not the place to stay. It worked well for shorter periods, but kept falling off.

We booked a Superior room and were really happy to stay in room 534 it had 2 King Size comfy beds, mini bar, small walk in dressing room and desk area.. "Good does not deserve four star status"
I had a single room. Location is good. A bus stop right in front of hotel which is around 2 stops from Roma Termini. The smallest room I have ever stayed. Bathroom had a stench probably due to bad ventillation. Shower enclosure was so cramped up I could not bend to touch my legs. There was no hot water. The hotel buiding is quite old and hence it has […] some problems. The hotel is quite aesthetically decorated. Service and staff were good. As I was travelling most of the time the hotel was fine with me. But bathing was a very uncomfortable experience. Les mer

"The Hotel Turner in Rome"
Hotels.com pre paid room rate did not include an extra 6 euros for city room tax. Which started the beginning of 2011, the hotel wanted to collect during checkout time.
"Nice open surrounding area, fancy old fashion"
Conviniente location for buses stop that will take you almost everywhere to touristic attractions. Hotel was clean and neat. Friendly staff. Great breakfast, just gets a little crowded. Surprinsly clean and smelling good for being an old building. Could only freshen bed sheets a little more, but we love it!

"1 star, not even!"
When the concierge opened the door of our room it was damp, smelly and unbelievable. The bathroom fixtures used to be gold ages ago, now they were all scratched, and worse than that the water would barely come out of the faucets. The shower was one of the cheap ones you can find better versions of it in motel 6 or alike...Can not believe how they can […] claim 4 starts, while the quality of the room was next to zero star. The hotel is walking distance to the central train station in a quiet neighborhood. The property is well maintained, clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a disappointment. The wireless internet (free) did not work. There were dirty towels in the room when we checked in. the shower did not drain properly, you could not turn the water fully on. There was no safe in the room. The smoke detector was covered with a red plastic cap. There was no emergency exit plan posted, I still don't know […] where the stairs are located. Breakfast was to start at 7 AM but was not ready until 7:15 AM (important when you have a plane to catch). The breakfast was on the lower end of quality. The male front desk staff (three of them) were perfunctory. Each time there was a question they gave the distinct we were bothering them. They also charged a room tax when the confirmation clearly stated all taxes were included in the price. Nice decor but this does not warrant the hotel having a 4 star rating. Les mer

If you like aggressive gilt and bordello brocade (and I do) The Hotel Turner is an excellent choice. It's clearly a hotel that has seen better days, but the rooms are clean, the bed comfortable, the towels fluffy and the decor fabulous. Don't expect the wifi to, you know, "work." The neighborhood feels like the Upper East Side and Washington DC had a love child, but I suppose even Rome needs to put its Ministry of Agriculture somewhere. Turner hotel was a lot less nice than I'd hoped it would be. It looked really good for the price when I booked. However: - there were bugs in the bed! I acquired about ten pretty big and conspicuous insect bites in bed over two days. Three days on they're still there and painful to the touch. Yeah. - The internet was almost non-existent. There was […] a pretty cumbersome username/password scheme to access the wireless, but the big problem really is that the connection speed was worthless, (and the connection kept dropping) even to check email. Forget about anything more bandwidth intensive. - The location: it's not too bad, but you should be aware that this place is at the north/east edge of central Rome where all the sites are. From it to Palatine or the Colosseum (southern edge) is about 3 km, while St. Peters or the Vatican museum (eastern edge) are a bit more than 5 km away. Mind you, the walks involved are quite pleasant and take you through the heart of Rome, so if you enjoy walking it's a perfectly adequate place to stay. Still, if you prefer being more central you should pick something else. - The good: the rooms actually do look nice. Marble and gilded panels and such. The breakfast is sumptuous. They don't hit you with hidden charges. Overall, I'm pretty sure you can find something better / more central at this price. Les mer

I was not amused by the Turner hotel at all. Yes, the location is not bad, but it could be better. Yes, it has free internet, but it can be quite moody and it's on and off. The hotel was certainly well priced. The room had the basics and was clean. I was disappointed that the promised WiFi did not work in my room. To their credit the person at the desk had a bellman walk me to a few other rooms to check - and was willing to move me if one was better - but none was. "When in Rome"
We we're delayed getting a flight out of Rome and needed to stay an extra night. Turner Hotel Rome was an easy solution close to the train and very affordable. Enough that we had the time and Euro left over for a nice dinner and even better, a last minute ticket at the Borghese Galleries, plan ahead and don't miss this site! The Turner was pleasant […] but may be suffering economically. The room was clean but not as sparkling as accustomed in Sicily BnBs. An earlier review of the Turner noted a remarkable hearty European breakfast. I was satisfied but fresh fruit was substituted by fruit cocktail from a can, juice was from concentrate, and pastries were not quite fresh. Recommended but not to enhance a Roman holiday. Les mer

I stayed at the Turner for 4 nights when I was trvelling in Rome by myself and I was very pleased with my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a map and a list of the buses that would get me to all the important sites. I stayed in a single room that was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing!! It was easy to get into […] the heart of the city and near all the tourist attractions using one of two buses that stopped a 30 second walk from the hotel. "Horrible In Rome"
This was not a 4 star hotel except for maybe the wallpaper. We had 3 rooms. We had to change our rooms because the air conditioning was not working. We moved but the room was hardly better. The other 2 rooms were hot, hot, hot. We were very disappointed with the 4 star rating.

"Stylish Turner Hotel in Rome"
Just back from 4 nights at the Turner which we thoroughly enjoyed. Chandeliers and silk covered walls give a period feel to the bedrooms, whilst marble, mirrors and gilt adorn the dining rooms. When there is so much history to enjoy in Rome we liked the historical style of the Turner, plus the fabulous memory foam beds ensure a good night's sleep after […] a long day sightseeing. Our first night was in a room looking out to a ventilation shaft - not ideal - but we were able to move the following day (confirm you have an outside window if that is important to you). Staff were helpful. They provided hot water and milk when we came back at tea time but I'd recommend taking a kettle. Buffet style breakfasts catered for all tastes. Buses stop outside (direct routes to the Colosseum and St Peter's, plus others)or its a 15-20 min walk to the Termini. Hotel is undergoing some redecoration work to public areas but this didn't cause us any problems. There are a few eating places locally - the Giggetto was excellent. Fresh pizzas (and other dishes) in a non-touristy restaurant, with better prices than the city centre. Rome is a fabulous city and we are determined to go back - having thrown our coins in the Trevi Fountain we should make it and we would happily stay at the Turner Hotel again. Suitable for couples, singles, families but not wheelchair uses. Les mer
"The Most Disgusting Place I Ever Stayed"
The hotel or at least my room was in a state of disrepair, and very dirty with faded and worn wall coverings with holes in the Taffeta, and also worn furniture, dirty bathroom walls and floors, shower door fell apart. I had a "YUCKY" feeling all the time I was there. I took pictures to prove it.

The Turner Hotel is in a good location, two stops on the 90 bus from Termini station and has good reasonable local restaurants and bars. The room we requested was a twin room but it was a double we asked to have this changed and the manager was a bit unhelpful at first but relented and changed it to a twin. The bathroom was the most disappointing though, […] a tiny shower triangle, where you could barely turnaround. Hotel Turner has free wireless internet. The hotel location is acceptable (within 2 bus stops to Roma Terminal - about 10 mins), not a bad starting point to local attractions. Godt. Men hotellet var under restauration, så en del faciliteter var tydeligvis midlertidige:Reception på 1.sal, baren på terassen ikke installeret, elevatorknakker virkede kun delvist (skulle trykke ned, når man mente op)
"Café Fantástico !"
Um dos melhores cafés da manhã ! A localização não é tão boa, mas nada que comprometa. O atendimento foi muito bom e a decoração do Hotel vale a pena. A vista do quarto é bonita.
A água do banho era quase fria. O quarto dava para um saguão que estava cheio de lixo.
