"Very pleasant stay"
the lady at the front desk was very sweet and professional, and although she worked a double shift or turn around shift she was still smiling everytime i seen her as i passed by the desk to get to my room. The Hotel was extremely clean! smelt clean all the way up to my room! even the mirrored elevators were spotless! Loved that they had a little restaurant/bar […] ande lounge in the lobby area.Fantastic food in the restaurant! made it very convenient! The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and bowling alley, and right next door was a miniture golf place w/ rides to go on!!! great for families! I will definately stay here again! This hotel was great adjustable bed. microwave,little lobby store with microwave meals.just a great place to stay.we attended an event here and the meeting room was huge.staff perfect. negative on wine selections no good labels. bring your own. we will stay there again. it has a nice pool too cold for use now. Room was very modern with a very nice LG LCD tv, the bed was a very comfortable adjustable frimness matress.

We stayed over New Year's Eve. The place was perfect and the best part was the front desk staff. Very pleasant and accomodating. Plus they had free cookies in the evening. That rates an A+! :) Would definitely stay again if I needed a room in the area.

The hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. If there was one thing I could find fault with it would be the to options that are available for breakfast. It would be better if the informal buffet style breakfast was complimentary, and the breakfast you ordered, and they made for you was a charge breakfast. We will defiantly stay […] there again. "Hilton in Victorville, CA. - just off the 15fwy"
Hotel is located near the 15 freeway which made it very easy to find, especially after a long day of traveling, Everyone, at the front desk, maids were very pleasant and ready to assist. We will stay there the next time we're out that way and be sure to take advantage of the eating area near the lobby.

The hotel staff was very proficient and friendly/ The accomodations were very nice. Would recomemend to anyone.
It's a lovely hotel and over all we were very satisfied. The only problem was the bedding was so heavy and it was very hot and there were no options other than using just the sheet.
"not up to hilton"
This hotle reminded me of a best western nothing wrong with it. It just did not remind me of a hilton. Hilton are alittle more better. They seem to have more class to them. This one did not. "Hot tub and pool hours"
1.Hot tub and pool hours were good open at 6am and close @ 10 pm.wasn't able to use it when we wanted because of the restricted hours. 2.When we use the hot tub in the morning around 9 we were asked to get out so that the hot tub could be treated this was unacceptable but we did when we got back in the clorine was so strong it burned our eyes.The maintance […] should have ebbn done during the closing hours not during hours of operation. "Awesome"
My stay was awesome. The room was very clean and the bed was great. Breakfast continental style would be a plus. This way it could be quick and easy.

"avoid room 421 on the upper floor"
Overall the hotel was good. My issue was room 421. My first nights stay was in 421 and the room was so loud I could not sleep. It had a HVAC unit on the room that was out of control. The second night I moved to 409 which was better.
Very clean and the adjustable bed was great. Great experience.

"BEAUTIFUL"
A Wonderful Place,the only thing it was thanksgiving weekend so there was lot of noise so it was hard to sleep.
