Vi reiste 2 voksne og 3 store gutter ( 11-12 år). Det var lett å finne frem, lett å komme til og fra Tuben. Stor matbutikk 2 min unna. Masse små koslige spisester i området. Helt flott:) Rommet var rent og pent. Frokosten ..... vi spiste ute;(

Et fint hotell med veldig sentral og god beliggenhet. Rommene er små, men både rom og bad var ny oppussede. Vi spiste ikke frokost på hotellet.

Vi hadde tre døgn med Arran som base for et familieopphold i London. Vi kontaktet hotellet på forhånd og fikk et greit rom, med eget bad. Dette var trangt, men fungerte fint. Vi brukte i tillegg fellesbadene, som var rene og godt fungerende. Hyggelig betjening og et rolig strøk gjorde dette til en mer positiv opplevelse enn vi på forhånd fryktet, etter å ha lest en del negative ting om hoteller i London. Frokostsalen var veldig liten og den ene dagen måtte vi vente på tur, men det gikk fint. Grei mat og rent også i spisesalen. Alt i alt var både vi voksne og barna fornøyd med hotellet.

"Ett hyggelig besøk"
Tilbragte 4 døgn med to barn. Ett hotell absolutt å anbefal, mest pga beliggenhet nær undergrunn ( 2 min gange ). Noe skuffet over frokosten........mer folk enn mat. Veldig sene med å etter fylle. Rommene lyse og trivlige, noe trafikk støy men ikke sjenerende. Rent og pent over alt, med vennlig staff. NB! Ved ankomst måtte vi betale ett depositum på […] £ 50. Ikke opplyst om dette noen steder. "Supert hotell - 18 min med T-bane til sentrum."
Vi er veldig godt fornøyd med hotellet. Avstand til undergrunnstasjon er 200 meter, og det tar 18 minutter inn til sentrum. Rene, komfortable hotellrom, god service og hyggelig betjening. Vi reiser gjerne tilbake dit.

Hotellet var fint , veldig rent, veldig fint rom/bad, luftig resepsjon med hjelpsomt og høflig personale. Kunne glatt gått for å være norsk standard! Hotellet ligger utenfor sentum og alt du skal gjøre må beregnes ut fra Central line (stasjonen ligger rett bakom hotellet). Tar ca 15 minutter inn til de fleste severdighetene i central London. "Excellent cleaning and service. Tube 1min away"
We were allowed to check in even though we arrived to early. Thats good service. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are great. The tube is a 1 min walk away. And there is a Tesco and a couple of eating places right outside the hotel. Overall a big recommendation.

Var veldig spent på hotellets beliggenheit og standard før avreise frå Noreg. Hadde lest på Hotels.com at det var blitt anbefalt og det var slik sett det einaste utgangspunktet eg hadde. Hotellet ligg ein ca 200 meter frå undergrunnstasjonen North Acton, og du vil ikkje ha noko problem med å finne det! Ein ca 25 - 30 min reise med undergrunnstoget til […] alle dei viktige plassane du vil sjå, t.d Buckingham Palace, Big ben obs. The hotel is located just a short walk from the tube stop North Acton, in a quiet area with some restaurants, a pub and a tesco. The rooms are clean and spacious considering other London hotels. "Nice stay with two children"
With the Central line 2 minutes from the hotel room, anything was within reach within few minutes, even for a mum on vacation with a 9 and a 10 year old child. Nice, clean, perfectly ok breakfast, very nice bathroom and neutral colours. The view was not something we will remember, but we liked it and definately recommended it for anyone who can stand […] living 15-20 minutes away from Piccadilly circus. "Rolig område."
Helt greit hotell som ligger i et rolig område utenfor byen. Nært til undergrunden så det var ikke et hinder at hotellet lå uten for byen. Kjempe hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Frokosten var ikke noe å skryte av. Ekstrasengen hadde meget dårlig komfort!! Bor gjerne igjen på samme hotell tiltross for dette.
"Hotell i London"
Ligger litt utenfor sentrum, 8 stoppesteder med undergrunnen fra Bond Street. Likevel helt perfekt!!! Stille og rolig område, 1 minutts gange til undergrunnen, og 15 minutter med toget inn til innerste gryta!! Har vært i London mange ganger, og jeg skal garantert bo her ved neste besøk. Billig, og superbra!!!

"Helt greit hotell"
Helt greit hotell kun for overnatting på tur i London. Lett å finne frem, rene og greie rom for en ok pris. Litt kjedelig frokost. Fint flislagt bad. Kort vei til undergrunn som tok ca. 20 min til sentrum.
"God valuta for pengane"
Hotellet var overraskende bra i forhold til prisen. Hotellet var enkelt og finne fram til og det ligg berre 200 meter fra tube-stasjonen "North Acton". Frå denne stasjonen kan ein følgje "Central line" austover og då er du berre eit kvarter frå dei fleste attraksjonar. Rommet og badet var bra størrelse på og det var veldig fint og reint. I senga var […] det dobbelt sett med puter der ein kunne velje mellom mjuke eller harde. Frukosten var ok, men mangla litt pålegg. Einaste pålegget var sånn single-pakkar med syltetøy og marmelade. Men til gjengjeld var det eggerøre og pølser, eit utvalg av frukostblandinger og god kaffimaskin. I respesjonen var det alltid tilgjengelig frukt som var lurt å ta med seg i sekken. Les mer

"Billig, men bra"
Alt i alt et veldig bra hotell etter prisen å dømme. Savnet minibar/kjøleskap på hotellrommet. Var helt genialt med undergrunnsbanen like bak hotellet, som gikk rett inn til sentrum av London, dog litt vanskelig å komme seg dit hvis du kommer til London etter at undergrunnen har sluttet å gå.

Rimelig og rent hotell med fint baderom og enkel frokost. Beliggende i roligere omgivelser enn London Sentrum, tilnærmet litt ut på landet. Matbutikk i umiddelbar nærhet. Negativt: Noe støy fra bygg under oppføring på andre siden av gaten. Det hjalp å lukke vinduet. (Rommene har air-condition). Super beliggenhet rett ved siden av t-bane stasjon. Rolig nabolag. Rene, pene, romslige rom. God frokost. Valuta for pengene. Kommer helt sikkert til å bo her ved mitt neste besøk i London.

Very clean compared to other hotels we've stayed at in London. Only negative, was that the room was booked for 3 people, but when we came it was only set up for two people, but they fixed it (though forgot the third blanket) when we asked. "H.I.E."
The Holiday Inn was very comfortable yet quite a distance from prime locations. Easily a 30-45 minute trip to the city, though only minutes from Notting Hill and the best place of all, Shepherd's Bush. Not much is around the hotel except a Tesco Express, a gas station, a car wash and a pub across the street. The breakfast buffet was astonishing and […] yummy: eggs, sausage, beans, and more! Internet is a problem: it's 5 lbs. a day, though you can go to the pub across the street for free internet. The hotel is right next to a tube stop and bus stop, so that's good. The service was exquisite thanks to Chris and Sheeka, though beware of this other Indian girl - she's cheap! But Chris, Sheeka and the others will give you directions and help with bus/tube stops. The cleaning ladies are very hospitable - they threw away our collection of bottles everyday. Also, look at their vacuum for a good laugh. Overall a good stay. Les mer
"Right off the Tube stop, can't miss it"
Situated on the Central Line (I believe, well it was the red line lol) you literally get off the train and the hotel is right there on the hill. Not far at all from London. Before while I was reading hotel reviews I worried about the distance from the airport and the distance from London, never again will I fear! You take the tube from Heathrow to […] get to the hotel and you take the tube to get to London, easy as pie. The time it takes is probably 30 minutes, but they go by so fast it didn't seem to matter. The room was decent, we booked the full size bed with a pull-out couch. The television was fun. Didn't pay for their wifi, you can find wifi zones in London itself. No complaints with the room. The staff were ok. No raves or grumbling complaints. Though, I'm sure if you needed them for something they would've helped out. The only time I asked them for something was if there was a laundromat nearby, of course she wouldn't tell me yes so I asked the guys at the pub and they knew there was one close by. The surrounding area is nice, as well. I loved the fact there was this pub right there on the corner. Had the nicest people working inside! We were really excited, being new to the U.K. to eat in a real pub haha. There is also a laundromat close-by, probably 10-15min walking that is easy to find. So I used that instead of paying crazy money for the hotel's service (since I was backpacking to 4 different countries for this trip). Les mer

Hi, We've stayed in the Holiday inn Express Park Royal Hotel for 9 Nights - and we can't complain much... for the realistic price we paid we recieved a great room - not very equipped - no valt or small refridgrator, but sufficient if your looking for a place to put your head down at night . The bed was a little bit uncomfortable but OK, and breakfast […] was always the same, no diversity. Hotel was on the central tube line and very convenient for getting into townHotel was excellent Good breakfast.I did order a twin room and thety only had a double but apart from that it was good but not as near to wembley arena as the literature states.

The staff at the hotel (in particular Sarah) were fantastic and provided excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and roomy. It was easy to get in and out of London city on the tube, which was a two minute walk away. Would stay here again.
"perfect for a london trip"
We stayed in the Holiday Inn Express at the weekend as we had tickets to see The Wizard of Oz. The hotel is on the Central line so within 15 minutes we were there. Room was lovely and clean, hotel was in a quiet spot. The shop next door was great for sweets and drinks for the journey home and the tube station was behind the hotel - perfect! Breakfast […] was good - help yourself. Although, a few more options at the hot breakfast section would be good. They had to offer egg, sausage & beans! Thats my only criticism & thats from my partner not me! I had toast, yogurt, juice, cereal so there is plenty to choose from. Very well run hotel. The room was very well maintained, modern and clean.The service staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast was vey satisfying. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends when they come over to London. "Good value"
The location is VERY convenient to the North Acton tube stop, and the tube station is very well maintained, with a very nice garden at the entrance. The room was typically small, but roomy enough for the two of us to move around. An iron was provided, but not an ironing board. Strange... Lot's of construction across the street, but the double window […] arrangement blocked most of it. The hotel is next to a bank and a grocery store. The complimentary breakfast was fine, with the selection of newspapers provided by the hotel an added touch. Not a lot of eating options near the hotel. Polite and courteous staff but a little too cozy with taxi operators....paid 36 pounds for a ride that would have cost me 24 pounds....very conveniently located to a train station (tube) and located in a safe area.

Booked this hotel when going to see Take That at Wembely, as advertised as being very close. Was not that close at all, and not good enough areas for three girls to walk through. However, hotel staff very friendly and helpful, especially the chap who gave us a transport plan to get to the concert. "ideally located hotel"
I stayed at the hotel for one night. about 2 min walk from tube station which was brilliant. There was major building work going on opposite the hotel but the noise wasnt too noticable and not the hotels fault. There was a broken light in our room and some bits looked like that hadnt been dusted in a while but apart from that i was impressed. The only […] other thing that let it down was the breakfast which was included in the price of the stay. There was a long queue when i went for breakfast and the reason being that it looked as it there was only one member of staff clearing the tables and bringing new food out. We had to wait 5 mins for cutlery then when we got that some of the hot food had all been eaten so we had to wait another 5 mins for the food to come out whilst the other hot food that we did have on our plate got a bit cold! Saying that it was a very nice breakfast so i whether its like that every day or whether it was just that day they were short staffed i dont know. This is a perfect option for the budget concious traveller. The hotel is modern, clean and bright. Request the side closest to the train line for quietness because the windows will block all the noise. The buffet breakfast is perfect to get the day going with a selection of cooked dishes as well as cereals, toast and croissants. The station is only […] a 3 minute walk and the line takes you directly to the heart of London in about 30 or 40 minutes if you need to change along the way. The staff are super friendly and obliging. My only point for improvement is the bed - the matress was a bit hard to my liking but I've had worse. Five stars from me. Les mer

We stayed here so that we could access the tube easily for the Royal Wedding the parking food service and welcome we received were all excellent.The tube is less than a minute from the hotel and although the breakfast was basic we really enjoyed our stay. "Holiday Inn Express North Acton"
We were in London for the Royal Wedding and stayed two nights. We couldn't fault our accommodation. The location was fantastic, we got off the tube and the hotel was in sight of the station (although there was no noise). The breakfast (eggs & sausage) were lovely and the staff were very accommodating. We will definately be going back.

We stayed for 2 nights and one thing I can recommend to upcoming guests, the convience of it especially to the metro station which is just 2 minutes walk, supermarket, italian restaurant, cafe and local pub is just opposite the hotel. will surely want to visit this hotel if even I come to london again....

"A great low budget hotel"
It was nice to stay at this great hotel for two nights. The underground station is next to the hotel, the area is safe and not far away from the city centre. It really worths the money we paid. Strongly suggested, especially if you travel from London Heathrow. It is just 20 min by taxi from Heathrow.

The staff at check in could not do enough for us, letting us know about travel disruptions and even looking up specialist shops for us when we asked, location is ok, but there is nothing to do near by but convienient to get to city centre Breakfast and room were ok Bed was lovely and comfy

Good Points Easy excess to Subway. Friendly hotel staff. Bad Points Rooms are small by Holiday Inn standard. No fridge/mini bar in the room. Extremely poor selection of TV programs in the room. With nothing much in the neighbourhood you won't want to be spending much time in the room.
The Holiday Inn Express is so centrally located that it is hard to believe I haven't stayed there before. Right outside North Action tube station it makes going to and from central London a cinch. The staff here are outstanding, the breakfast (which was included in the price) was just perfect and set us up for the day and our room was one of the cleanest […] I've come across. As for the beds, I wish I could have taken mine home. Need I say more - I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to any of our friends or familes and would hope to stay there again sometime. "Excellent for our London show stop over!"
We arrived at the hotel quite early as we wated to make the most of our weekend in London. We were advised that we were a bit early to check in to our room, but that was fine as it was only 10am and check in was about 2pm. The man on the desk was very helpful and very pleasant, he even offered us breakfast before we went on our way. We were able to […] park in the car park (chargeable) but it was very small and there are no guarantees. We came back around 8.30pm and went to our room. We had booked a family room for myself, husband and daughter. The room was clean, modern and confortable. A sofa double sofa bed had been made up for our daughter. The windows were soundproofed. In the bathroom, which was very clean, was Dove branded wash and a shampoo/body wash in the shower. There were also tea and coffee facilities in the room, plus a hairdryer. The only thing which let the hotel down slightly was the breakfast. Whilst there was plenty of continental pastries, toast, jams, yogurts, cereals etc, the cooked food was only scrambled eggs and sausages. I'd personbally liked to have seen a bit of bacon, as I am a coeliac and sausages have wheat in where as bacon doesn't. All in all though a modern, clean, quiet hotel with tube station being 2 mins walk away in zone 2 on the central line which was perfect for getting straight into the centre of London (around 15 mins). "Fine for 1 night"
Recently stayed here during a flying visit to London. Hotel is in a good location with regards to local tube station- our room was at the front and we could hear the buses until late. Room was clean and tidy- very comfortable bed and shower. No additional blankets or pillows in the room, which we could have done with as it was good. Pretty expensive […] but expect nothing else in London! Good breakfast too! Recommend the croissants- yum Les mer
