Herlig klassisk hotell inntil en av Brugges kanaler, med restauranten i kjelleren, medieval dungeon, fascinerende og koselig. Rommet mitt var som en tidsreise til fortiden. Her var det ikke noe elektronisk plastkort til rommet, men en god, gammeldags nøkkel. Badet var av nyere sort med badekar og dusj. Veldig hyggelig betjening, fin bar, herlig knirkende gulv med tepper. Dette hotellet skal jeg tilbake til! Eneste negative var ustabil WiFi da jeg var der. Be om rom mot kanalen. Fint å sitte med vinduet åpent på kvelden med kanalen rett nedenfor. Kort avstand inn til senter av byen.

"Brugotel - great clean trendy hotel"
Great hotel near Brugge. Looks amazing. Nice rooms. Breakfast was great. Would highly recommend. It would be even better if wifi reached the rooms and if there was a safe in the room for valuables.
"Needs some improvement"
The main complaint during our stay was the poor standard of cleanliness in the room. The bathroom tiles were dirty with some mould or scale in the grouting, all it needed would be a bit of bleach. One of the bedside shelves was hanging off the wall, again a very simple repair job required. Perhaps it wasn't noticed because it wasn't cleaned properly, […] if a room is cleaned daily to a good standard, any damage would be spotted and surely repaired. Cobwebs behind the curtain tell me that this does not happen in this hotel. The breakfast was the best bit, plenty of choice. The only member of breakfast staff must have had a death in the family recently judging by her face. Les mer

"Outside of the city"
The hotel is about 2 km. away from the city, so you need to rent a bike to get there because it's very hard to park a car in the city. The hotel is more a two star than a three star hotel.

Easy to find by car -no horrid city centre driving - straight off the main road and with parking. Can hire bikes from the hotel and cycle out of town eg to Damme.

Nice facility out of city, however directions to get there very poor, on top it is very tricky to get there even as a local, a French gentelman went out of his path to show us the place Vive La France they are getting polite Thanks!!!!!!!! Just stayed 3 nights in May. Very modern, clean, friendly but professional staff. Quiet area..ideal for a relaxing break. Were really pleased with the 'Trendy Room'....bed was a bit soft but everything else great. Bonus of the bar being open till 1am if you fancy a quick drink and not too expensive...and the continuous elevator music will ensure you […] won't stay there all night. If you really don't like walking there is a 25 minute (honest) walk into central Bruges. It was a pleasant enough walk and burned off some of the beer and frites! Les mer

"Recommend"
Very nice room. Perfect for our stopover to the ferry as on the outskirts of Bruge so good parking. Good for us as 20-30 minute walk into the centre, we like to stretch our legs after driving. An easy route into the centre. Hotel very good as provided us with map without having to ask. Also recommended some good restaurants.

The common areas of the hotel were very relaxing and spacious. The guest rooms were a little smaller than we expected. Also we could hear everything that was going on in the hallway and other guest's rooms. The walls were pretty thin. The staff was very helpful and professionally polite. Overall Brugotel was a great two night stay hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Brugotel, which had great service and average quality of building and furnishings. The staff were always polite and helpful. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. The location was a little out of town but quite walkable and on a local bus route. Free parking was the main driver for booking […] this hotel and for that reason it was quite handy. I'd recommend it but don't expect anything special, other than the polite and friendly service of reception staff. You probably should try to stay in the centre of Brugge unless you need the parking for free. Les mer
"very convenient to get by car, close to the centre"
We booked this hotel for a few reasons, main reason was its very easy access to get there by car even if you have never been to Belgium before (like myself) without a sat nav. The price was very reasonable, we checked the map and the distances and so we booked it. The staff were very good and helpful, no problems to speak in english to any of them. […] The hotel is very clean throughout. The breakfast was fantastic, not very cheap but it well deserves the money you pay for it. Great variety of delicious breads, cheeses, hams etc...and also salmon and prawns! The location is good if you go by car, very easy to get to/from the motorway. Its about 10-15 minutes walk to the train station through a nice and safe neibourhood with lovely houses around. Another pus is that there is, just if you cross the main road, a burger restaurant (fast food) and a grill restaurant. This is a plus because most restos are quite expensive in the town centre, so you can east something there and then go the the town for coffee or to enjoy the brilliant belgian beers. Also there is a big supermaket (about 2mins by car) so if you are returning to the UK you can easily take dozens of Belgian beers with you. The room was not very big but we fitted very well there for 3 days. Very clean throughout and the size of the bathroom was good. There is also free wireless internet but only in the bar/living room by the reception, however it is very confortable to sit there for a relaxing drink (you dont have to buy anything though) and surf the web. Highly recommended for car travellers, if we go to Brugge again by car we'll go there again. Les mer

rate was good. hotel very clean... Everything was very very good. oe thing i didn't like was that free wifi was only available at the hotel lobby - wifi at the rooms was charged. I would go back again for sure....

The public facilities were modern and clean. The personnel were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. The room was very small!! No air conditioning for those warm days/nights. The location was removed from city centrum and required a 10 minute walk to the bus stop (not great for handicapped).

My wife and me had a very pleasant stay at Brugotel. I would recommend it to anyone. It's perfect for anyone driving or who don't mind a bit of a walk in the morning. The hotel does provide discounted taxi fares and I believe there are buses too, but we didn't try either. The room we stayed in, although not big, had a good sized bed, tv, desk, night […] tables and good sized bathroom. Everything was clean, working and no complaints about the room at all. Ok, having a view to the parking lot was not too exciting, but we didn't hang around much in the room anyway and it was quiet and felt safe at night which is the most important thing. It is located 10-15 minutes walk from the train station in the opposite direction of the town centre (another 10-15 minutes walk). There are no nearby shops, banks (the train station has cash machines, storage lockers and there is a shop just outside the station) or resturaunts, but the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We were there from Wednesday to Friday and with the meticulously perfect houses and gardens with practically nobody around it was like being on a film set. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a bar with the usual and a few belgian beers, but it was somewhat expensive like most hotel bars. We really enjoyed our Eurostar trip to Bruge and would love to visit again! Les mer
"Brugotel on outskirt of Brugges-Perfect for travel"
This hotel is perfect for anyone travelling by car from Zeebrugge to beyond but wishing to visit Brugges. The hotel is easy to find just off the expressway and only a short distance from city centre. Hotel is modern and very clean with friendly staff who speak perfect English. Taxi arrangement provided by hotel to and from city centre.

Brugotel is located just a bit outside of central Bruges directly adjacent to the main motorway, which is what makes it desirable to business travelers. Brugotel was a 10 minuted taxi ride from the Train Station. The fare was almost exactly 10 euros, which i would consider fair. there is a fairly easy walking route as well, which will take you along […] motorways and through residential neighborhoods. It's a reasonably pleasant walk and will take roughly 20 minutes. The hotel itself was well maintained, the staff were friendly and courteous (even to a bleary eyed, ragged looking backpacker) and the room was quite comfortable. the first floor of the hotel features free wireless internet, however i don't believe the signal is available on the upper floors, so if this is a requirement for you, make sure to request a room on the first floor (as close to reception as you can, for higher signal quality). the place is a little on the pricey side, but not completely unreasonable. The staff are all helpful and willing to provide free maps and brochures for the area, and will do what they can to make your stay pleasant. The walk to central Bruges is about 30 minutes, but there are buses nearby which offer service to the center of town. I would recommend Brugotel to business travelers arriving by car, or to those who do not mind the occasional walk to get to the local attractions. Les mer

We had a great experience here. The room was clean and very nice. It was a little small, but plenty of space for 2. Very modern and a little trendy. Desk staff were very kind and more than helpful. 20-25 minute walk to the center of Brugges. Easy access to buses to get there from the hotel as well.

Bien qu'un peu excentré, l'hôtel se trouve à moins d'une demi-heure en bus du centre de Bruges dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et très propre. Le personnel a été d'une grande amabilité et nous a fourni tous les renseignements nécessaire à l'organisation de nos journées (horaires des bus, conseil sur les activités à Bruges). "町の中心まで歩くには遠いです"
中心入口まで、徒歩で30分、市内中心まで徒歩で20分ほどかかります。結局、車で町まで行って、駐車場に止めました。ホテルの駐車場は無料ですが、どうせ町中に駐車することを考えれば、市内のほうが便利だったと思いました。ホテルは綺麗でしたが、地上階の部屋で、狭く、バスタブの清掃が不十分だったように思います。

"Goed hotel voor kort verblijf of stop-over"
Hotel geboekt voor 1 overnachting tijdens een motorrit. Iets uit het centrum, maar goede verbinding met taxi. Prima voor een kort verblijf of stopover. Langs een drukke weg (rondweg) maar daar niets van gemerkt, ondanks kamer aan de kant van de weg. Goed ontbijt, standaard, maar prima te doen.

Très bon hôtel, facile d'accès. Les chambres sont propres, confortables ; seul petit bémol, celles situées côté Route Nationale sont un peu bruyantes. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est copieux et varié. Nous avons également apprécié la gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel de cet hôtel. A recommander !

"überraschend comfortabel und gut"
Das Zimmer liegt zentral - direkt an der Schnellstraße, war daher sehr schnell zu finden und man kommt schnell und direkt überall hin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Frühstücksbuffet waren wir sehr angenehm überrascht denn für die Hotelkategorie war es sehr üppig. Die Zimmer sind weitgehendst sauber, sicher könnte man finden, […] wenn man was finden wollte. Wir waren jedoch sehr zufrieden. Achtung: Das Hotel bietet einen Fahrradservice zu 8,00 € an - Super ! Einziges Manko: Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Fenster zum Parkplatz und Schnellstraße - wir mußten daher darauf verzichten, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Simple, classic, le personnel est acueillant, à 30 minutes de l'hyper centre à pied. Plus que satisfaisant. De plus quelques conseils utiles du personnel dès notr arrivée. Ex: parking à côté du centre à 2.5€ la journée...
