The Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Airport was very comfortable. The hotel was clean, linens were fresh and staff was very pleasant. I would stay there again.

high priced for what they offer. You have to add parking at 14CAD a day + breakfast so at the end you're nearly at 200CAD per day for B&B

I enjoyed my stay ( business) and was particularly impressed with the level of staff they had on for breakfast. Excellent service.

The food in the restaurant was not very good.

Good. But it's off the beaten track, and difficult to find. It was quoted as being less than half a kilometre from the airport. When challenged, the desk staff admitted that it might be half a kilometre from the end of the nearest runway, and qualified this by saying that it depended on whether it was winter or summer, which left us scratching our  […] heads. Room was spacious and clean. Double sink in the bathroom and pressure was excellent in the shower. Room has a mini fridge/safe/coffee pot and microwave. There was only enough dishes for one. The room had 2 tv's which was a nice option however with no wall seperating them it was dumb. Queen beds and the linen was excellent. Pull out couch looked like […] sheets had not been cleaned and with only an extra blanket in the closet. The cleaning lady so slow getting to the room I made the beds (x3) myself, picked up the dishes from room service. I was pretty grossed out to see the maid washing the glasses in the bathroom sink (no soap), yuk! Room Service: French onion soup was awesome, Penne pasta entre was average to poor and deserts were cheese cake (saggy & dry). The apple strudel a-la-mode was quite yummy. Breakfast was expensive and really was awesful and cold. 60$ a bit steep for middle of the road food. Coffee was cold and the apple juice was terrible. The food was terrible in my opinion and I'd put more effort into going out next time. Would be nice if the lady at the front desk staff was more helpful, but in her defense she checked me in quite quickly. There is a pool that didnt seem to get much use but it appeared to be well maintained. The exercise room was modern and room clean. All I found on my floor was an ice machine, would of been better if there were soda/water machines or even a munchie machine. Llittle bar in the lobby, honestly ladies, lots of guys :) Les mer

Nice comfortable hotel, very close to Montreal International Airport. Good rates, with all the features you would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn.

This hotel was ok by 3 star hotel standards, but certainly not the posh Hilton we would have expected. We've stayed at Comfort or Quality Inns that were more up to date than this hotel. If we're paying Hilton prices we want Hilton quality. That being said, I need to comment on location and the restaurant. We chose this hotel for proximity to the airport […] as we had a very early morning flight and were displeased to find that although they advertise being close to the Trudeau airport, they were actually a 10 minute shuttle away. The Best Western, Marriott or Sheraton would have been a better choice as they were basically on site at the airport. Secondly, the hotel restaurant was HORRIBLE. The food is of course overpriced (to the tune of $15 for a burger) but the worst part was that it took over 45 minutes to deliver a burger and a pizza to the table. Good thing we didn't opt for room service which would have been double that time. The wait staff was terrible, not delivering food that was ordered, we had to get our own water refills, etc. What a disappointment this hotel was. Les mer

Everything was very good except the front desk. When trying to use the business centre printer, it was out of order. The staff was aware of this and when asked why they just don't put a 'out of order' sign on it, they said the manager wasn't there. Why does it take a manager to put up a simple sign. The location is in a middle of road construction (july 2012) it was hard to reach! And its far from the city's attractions. But the room was nice and clean.

my receipt showed a charge for 2 nights but my credit card was charged much more. My work does not want to reimburse me for my travel expense report due to this and i am not very happy with the hotel.

The overall cleanliness & maintenance of the hotel was good. However, what made the overall experience the best was all the little touches. When first came in there was a welcome plate with some chocolates & a white rose which was really nice. Then the manager called to make sure everything was good and wanted to know if there was anything that he could […] improve on. had to go to next door, hotel for lunch! Their dinner menu very $$$$. major road construction in area for the airport. looks like all hotels have access problems.

The hotel itself is good. Room was clean, service at bar & restaurant was very good. BUT the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing else in the surrounding area which means you have to drive on very confusing one way roads to do anything.

The hotel is excellent for business travelers but you are very limited to restaurants and shopping in the area.

The room was quite nice and the greeting chocolates were lovely, but there was something very disconnected about the staff and the feel of the hotel. The food at the restaurant was tasty, though the service was spotty and the prices very high. I wouldn't go back.

We stayed at the hotel because we were going to the U2 concert at the Hippodrome. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the nearest subway station and picked us up again at the subway station after the concert...now that's great service!

I always stay at the Hilton; the shuttle is always prompt; and the hotel is close to the airport which is what I require and the room is very comfortable and clean.

Très beau séjour un peu loin des commoditées et les fameux travaux de construction qui était juste en face. Mais apart cela bel expérience.

Mais un peu loin des centres commerciaux et de l'aéroport. Par contre les lits sont super confortables et la restauration excellente.

Hôtel parfait pour une nuit ou deux en transit. Proche de l'aéroport, à 20mn du centre de Montréal. Service hôtelier de grande qualité qui nous a permis, à ma femme, mon bébé et moi même de passer une très bonne première nuit canadienne après la fatigue accumulée pendant le vol, en répondant à toutes nos attentes.

Nous étions pour 2 nuits au Hilton Garden Inn, le samedidi matin j'ai trouvé dommage de se faire réveiller à 8:15 hrs par la femme de chambre qui voulait faire la chambre. En vacance ont peut se premettre de se lever plus tard et le vendredi, elle n'avait laissé qu'une seule débarbouillette dans la salle de bain alors que nous étions deux.
