Cancún Resort - Las Vegas

Hadde 1 soverom med sovesofa i stua. Veldig fornøyde! Fullt utstyrt kjøkken, veranda, 2 tver og 2 bad og boblebad. Utmerket! Flott utsikt til The Strip. Matvarebutikk like ved. Barna på 11 og 10 likte skliene veldig godt! Kan absolutt anbefale dette leilighetshotellet, iallefall til barnefamilier!

It was just perfect!! The hotel was super clean and staff was friendly. Not too far from the strip so there was no hastle, pool and bar area was amazing!!! Overall I would really recommend this hotel to a friend!!!

Good and spacious accommodations, definitely an 'off strip' location. Great for a quiet and relaxed stay. Make sure you have a rental car, dining / entertainment is not in this area (yet).

Great for the price. Quiet area at far southern end of the strip, which is just what I wanted.

It was good for what we needed it for, downside is everything closes at 6 pm and pool use closes at 10. You would think okay i just use my jacuzzi tub in my room.... Nope! You can't even use your whirlpool tub in your room after 10. Not that many channels to choose from and the tvs are way too small in the bedroom. I have a monitor for my computer bigger […] that tv. The one in living room was fine but the location and size of tv in bedroom was terrible. The activities for kids was really cool. It is a family friendly hotel. Les mer

The VERY BEST experience I have ever had. Top notch accomodations; service excellent.......wish I could have stayed there forever!

I would change 2 things in this property. 1 check out time @ 10 AM in Vegas?? make it 12:> 2 needs a casino close by. It's nice not having one on the property when you are in a family vacation but close by.

the entire facility is top quality, great rooms with bedroom,bath,living rm kitchenette/dining area. being a large person find the bathtub with jacuzzi large enough for two people,a big plus.

I really don't want to do this review because I don't want anyone else to find out what a treasure this place is. I am afraid that it will become to busy if they do. I visit Vegas about 6 times a year and I always stay at this location. The rooms are like little apartments, the beds are comfortable and the parking is close to the elevators, unlike […] the big box hotels that make you walk forever with your bags from the parking lot through the casino floor to the registration and then another mile to your room. This place is a little off strip but for me that is a plus as when I am done watching a show, gambling or whatever I come back this place and relax in a quiet large apartment like suite. Please don't stay here, but if you do you will be very happy. Les mer

We were overall pleased with our stay at the Cancun Resort villas. The rooms were perfect for a family of five. It was great to have a kitchen to make some meals (especially breakfast), and having two full sized bathrooms and two bedrooms was awesome! The rooms were not fancy, but they were very modern, comfortable and clean. Our only disappointment […] was that the pool was only open till 5:00 (it was off season in February) and the restaurant hours were limited. There are, however, many restaurants and stores, including grocery stores, very close and in a nice neighborhood. The hotel is located 2 miles south of the strip on Las Vegas Boulevard, so you do need a rental car. However, parking is free and easy to find on the strip. Once we were there, I was glad we were NOT staying on the busy strip, since we had 3 kids ages 10 - 17 with us. Overall, we were happy with our stay and accomodations! Les mer

very nice room/suite. love the large bathtub with jaccuzzi. every thing is clean, to me it was better then embassy suites

We were able to sleep 6 people comfortable. It has a full kitchen and a grocery store right across the road! It's just a couple miles down on the south side of the Strip. Will stay again!

I enjoy staying at this location each time I visit Vegas. The location isn't too far from the strip and if you have children the pool area is awesome! The only thing that disappointed me on this stay was the Margarita Pizza was no longer available. Each time stay at this location we love the room service and absolutely can not order it without the Margarita […] pizza. Button this trip we were told that they no longer make that type of pizza, but the room service menu still had it on the menu. This pizza is a guest favorite so I couldn't imagine why it would be removed from the menu. And if it's no longer on the menu then it should be removed from the room service menu. I hope that it returns to the menu because not only my family but other guest love that type of pizza too. Other than that, I always enjoy my stay at the Cancun. Nice 2 BR suites with small kitchen. Great pool and water slides but they have limited hours and the large pool was closed for the season (February). Although the smaller pool and water slide were heated, they were not warm enough for the ambient temperature.

I love this hotel! The staff is friendly, the hotel is very clean and nice looking. The pool is wonderful! Very inexpensive.

We arrived to the resort and started the check in process. My confirmation clearly states two king beds and free breakfast. They offered me one king bed and one sofa that feels like sleeping on metal pipes. I confronted them about the confirmation clearly stating the two beds and free breakfast. They told me sorry we have no rooms avaible at this time. […] I asked to speek to a manager he refused to come out of his office and speak to me. I suffered on the couch pull out bed for 5 nights. The resort refused to honor my reservation just at it was clealy stated on the paperwork and email print out. Les mer

This place was awesome. Great for the kids, great for Mom and Dad. We had our own vehicle so travel around Vegas was easy, but there was bus service outside the villa as well right to the strip. We will definitely make this the only place we stay while in Vegas.

This hotel is absolutely great. Service was excelent, room was the best I have ever been in. I would stay there anytime I am in Las Vegas.

We have two boys, 12 and 8, and they love Vegas!! We usually stay on the strip but decided to stay here over New Years and we are very happy we did. This place is great if you have young kids and want to save money by utilizing the kitchenette. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We will stay here again!!

Hotel was a timeshare but there was no pressure at all. Good location, just far enough off the strip to be quiet and the pool/hot tubs were still operating in December. Good incentive. The hotel staff was great. The room was great except for the dishwasher didn't clean at all. I would recommend this for a traveler that has their own car or in Vegas […] for an extended period on Business. Les mer

This is a quiet, clean, and comfortable resort. Great for families and has the most comfortable beds.

Our stay of 5 days at the Cancun Resort was great. The room was nice, the pool area and rec room were very clean. My only complaint was with the front desk staff. I spoke with one young man who was very polite and helpful but the rest of them certainly needed some customer service training. Check in was slow but the entire stay after that was wonderful. […] I would stay there again. Les mer

After spending a couple of weeks at two other timeshare "hotels" in LV we had something to compare with. The pool area was great, very good if you have children. We had a one bedroom, nice with two bathrooms you could easily stay two couples or a family as the sittingroom had sofabed + you had a sliding door to that room. The kitchen was well equipt! However […] we were suprised to se that they charged 35 cent per minuite to borrow a computer/internet. A shuttle to grocery store was $ 6 each way + you had to pay for using the washing machine. All of this was complimentary att our other hotels. You need a car if you are staying here, if youlike to see a bit of LV: Les mer

The resort was very nice, we enjoyed our stay there the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay if you want something close to the strip, but do not want to stay in a casino. Very restful stay we had there. The pool area is really great. Great place for family. Want to go back again soon.

With as many times, I have been to Vegas, I had no idea this resort existed...but boy was I impressed! The rooms were well decorated and so much like home. The beds were so comfortable that even though I set my alarm, I missed my flight because I slept so well! We were surprised how comfortable Cancun Resort was. In general hotels are noisy and not comfortable place to be. In general, our biggest complaint is the noise from ac. At Cancun, we experienced very little noise and the bed was firm but comfortable. Street and pool noise was non existing, we were on 4th floor. We definitely will come back again and […] we will recommend to others. We usually stay with my sister at Worldmark. Do to a larger group, we were forced to get another place and we are happy we did.. Cancun is better than Worldmart. Les mer

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful. The room was clean and the view of the Strip made it even better. If u order room service, make sure to try the Margerita Pizza; Mmmmm good!!!

Our only disappointment was the check-in. Check-in was stated as 4 p.m. but we were not able to get the keys until 5 p.m. If check-out is at 10 a.m., why were rooms not available until 5 p.m.? Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Love that it is located down from the Las Vegas Strip so you don't get caught in any traffic. Made for great time management. The […] kids loved the pools, especially the waterslides. The kitchen is smaller than it looks in the pictures but we overcame that and it fulfilled our needs. We definitely plan to return to Cancun Resort in the future. Les mer

unfortunately the water slide was closed which is 1 of the reasons that we stay there. The "swim in movie was great.

Loved this place!!! Great for families! Grocery store right across the street, and staff was very friendly!! Waterslides close a bit early at 6 pm??

Our stay was wonderful! I could have stayed the entire time at the hotel. There were daily activities offered, an adult lounge, a kid's arcade, a delicious restaraunt, a great bar with yummy smoothies. The pool was incredible. I felt like I was at a resort in Mexico. The waterslides were so much fun, for us and the kids. The hotel is immaculate. I honestly […] have nothing bad to say about our stay. I HIGHLY recommend The Cancun Resort Villas!! I must admit, this has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect.

Our Family has stayed here several times and have not been disappointed. We have 3 girls an 8, 21 and 25 year old and all love it... Only thing missing is BBQ facilities...We also hope the resort returns shuttle service to strip :(

The hotel was above average. The pool area was very nice. My three kids had a lot of fun. One disappointment was the service of the front desk. I called to delay my check out by 1 hour but the front desk person refused and hung up on me. i call later to speak to the supervisor and he apologized and gave me late checkout.

The pool area was about the only best thing at the place. The customer service was pretty terrible and my stay was not worth coming back to.

Excellent hotel for the price. Hotel staff very courteous. Pool was great but I hope there's a kiddie pool. There is no shuttle bus to the strip so you got to have a rental car or you can always take a cab to the strip. Pretty good location though.. close to a grocery store, restaurants and outlet.

We needed a place for a short stay in Vegas for my family of five and this place worked out great. We had way more room then a standard hotel room wihich made it more comfortable. We were not into the Vegas strip with the noise and all so this quiet location was good but we were a short car ride from it. We did have dinner at the strip so I felt we […] had the best of both worlds by staying here. My son who is 21 said he would choose this place when he comes back with his friends. We had a great time staying at Cancun Resort. The place is beautiful, the pool and the room. Clean and spacious. I will definitely come back hopefully next year for my husband's 60th birthday and I will recommend this place to all so they will experience this wonderful paradise in Las Vegas. Great for family vacation!!

The rooms are luxurious and it makes your stay in wild Vegas very relaxing when you want it to be. We had a group of 6 and had 2 small villas with a king master and a sofa sleeper (very comfortable) in the living room. It was nice because there was a room divider in the living room giving those guests privacy as well. You can't beat having 2 restrooms […] to allow the group to get ready all at the same time. The pools are fantastic allowing lots of room for all the guests to relax and enjoy the sun. The game room is great although we didn't make time to enjoy it this trip. I was afraid the location, especially without shuttle service was too far south on the strip, but it actually works out very well. There is really easy access to stores and restaurants all around you and really easy access to Hwy. 15 making getting to your specific destination on the strip or elsewhere very easy. You can also get to Hoover Dam and Red Rock reserve very easily without always having to drive through the crazy strip to get there. Les mer

This hotel was great, with 3 exceptions: 1. They had STOPPED the complimentary shuttle service to the strip in January (though Hotels.com still had it listed as available in March) , which meant a $26 taxi ride each direction. 2. Part of the pool and the 2 larger waterslides were closed for maintenance. 3. The internet didn't work at first, and we never […] really got it to work consistently, even with calls to tech support. Even when it did work, it wasn't free... Other than that, it was a great experience. The rooms were really nice, kitchens complete with everything we needed, and the grocery store across the street enabled some savings on eating at restaurants. When I needed a phone charger, the staff even took me to the lost and found to see if I could use one that had been left by someone else! Overall, if you're comfortable with being off the strip (ie - if you have a car or don't mind cabbing it if you're going somewhere), it's a great price for a beautiful place. Les mer
