Synes Crown Plaza er et greit hotell for noen få dager kort.Grei beliggenhet. Hvis dere skal vare flere dager, hadde jeg tatt et hotell med flere aktiviteter for ungene. Og som ellers i Orlando er du nødt til å ha leiebil.

Vi kom til hotellet og ble så positive. Det lå så fint og så så fint ut. Men når en blir møtt av de to damene i resepsjonen, har en bare lyst å skrike høyt og be de få ræva i gear. Det er det mest tragiske. Men det er det eneste som var minus med dette hotellet. Ellers var alt helt topp. Gode rom, gode senger, billig og bra frokost buffet. I tillegg til et helt greit basseng med gode solsenger og god plass.

The scrambled eggs with beef and cheese was overcooked and did not look appealing when presented. The muffins were great and the juice fine, but soft scrambled eggs without any other ingredients would really be nice. Othewise, my stay was outstanding.

The hotel was beautiful and it had excellent prices. However the staff at the registration counter were not pleasant at all. I felt as though you were bothering them. What I found most disappointing was the complementary breakfast. The eggs were hard and way overcooked. The female staff worker was very rude. I actually saw her scold a father and son […] for not coming into the breakfast area on time. She would shut off the lights exactly at 10:00 am even while guests were still eating. "Nice Hotel, but hard to find"
We were only here one night, but it's a nice place - clean, up to date rooms, clean bathroom, nice amenities, fair price, and a very nice complimentary breakfast. My only complaint is that it was hard to find, and the location on the map from Hotels.com was not accurate.

Excellent quality all around...walking distance to great restaurants & night spots. Easy drive to Sanford Airport. Absolutely great breakfast. High quality at a reasonable price.

Everything was well attended and friendly staff
The only thing that I did not like was the $5.00 charged on the next day after left the Hotel. I do not know why the charge. I do not like to be charged for something that I did not know.( I still do not know the reason)

What a great hotel. It was fully occupied and the staff was still friendly and smiling. Everything was clean and well kept. We were very satisfied there. We will always pick a Hampton Inn where available!

Hampton Inns are very reliable; we've never been disappointed. This hotel was difficult to see from the road, but once we found it, we didn't have to leave the area. There are many nice restaurants an easy walk from the hotel, even a cinema. Breakfast offered something for everyone.
The rooms in this hotel were smaller than others I've stayed at but were very clean. My daughter slept on the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable. The maid was quick and even changed out our ice bucket. We'd stay here again

Located right off I 4 and had the convenience of a grocery store, drug store within walking distance. 20 miles or so from downtown Orlando
"Excellent Stay"
We chose this location for the easy access to I-4 and the surrounding area and we were not disappointed. It was convenient to shopping, restaurants, movie theatres and a short drive to Orlando. Our wonderful hotel stay was exactly what we have come to expect with Hampton Inn.

This is the nicest hotel we have stayed in coming and going to Florida for the last 15 years. Staff was very nice and informative, complimentary breakfast was very nice and the room was clean, large and comfortable. My husband said he could live in the room, which was a two queen bed suite. We were very pleased.

"Great Location!"
Bedding was to die for! Unfortunately we had a plane to catch at 7:00 a.m. Hot Tub, Pool were a hit with our family. Close to shopping plaza and highway. Took advantage of location and drove to Daytona Beach for a final trip in Florida before heading home. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience and stay at the Hampton Inn in Lake Mary. Having several children, the room we had was very spacious, even with the couch bed pulled out. It was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. It was also wonderful having a refrigerator and microwave in the room, again with children and staying for 6 nights.

My stay was fantastic. The receptionist was very accomodating and helpful. The first room that I was assigned to, the air condition didn't work fully, she didn't have an attitude about changing me to another room and also told me to get whatever items I wanted from the mini-store for my inconvience. The breakfast was nice and the parking area was nice […] and secured and also the room was next to a shopping center and easy access to the interstate 4. You could not ask for a better stay for the price that was available. By the way I was there during Bike Week and it was still comfortable even though it was crowded. The staff treated us like family. The breakfast was great. The location was perfect with shopping just around the corner and only 2 blocks to I-4. Although the hotel is surrounded by a lot of activity, the rooms were extremely quiet. I would recommend the hotel anyone who has business (or pleasure) trips to the Orlando area.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were nice and they had a reasonably good breakfast. Very close to places where you can eat and drink. Good value for the money.

This hotel was very nice and had a great breakfast. The only thing that happened while we stayed there was some kid pulled the alarm at 2:00 a.m and everyone had to leave. It then went off again at 5:00a.m. to reset it.

This was a clean and comfortable hotel. The desk clerk was helpful in recommending a place to have dinner. The hotel was next to a lovely shopping area with many shops, restraunts, and movies. Lovely place to spend an evening.

Staff personnel were always cordial and friendly. The rate was great!!! Breakfast was always hot and good. The housekeeping personnel did a good job keeping our room clean. Definitely we will stay at this hotel in our next visit to the area.

"Recommended"
It was great. The room was like new. The staff was courtious and helpful. They even had a corkscrew at the front desk when I needed it. Good breakfast bar. Only problem was we had trouble with the wireless internet. We kept losing the connection. That may have been a problem with our laptop.
