Quality Hotel & Conference Centre - Niagara Falls

We received a good rate for New Years eve stay. The place is well kept. The staff are extremely curtious and friendly. it was a very pleasant stay. we will be back again in the Spring

Rooms are very dated except for new flat TV's. There was a bad smell thruout the hole hotel and the rooms don't have window that open so you could not get fresh air into the room. Parking was an extra $10 dollers. I recomend if you can't aford a nice room at a nice place then dont go to niagra falls.

This hotel was away from all the noise of Clifton Hill and was near enough to walk to all the places we wanted to see in Niagara. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel and I would recommend it to family and friends.

Honestly if I went back to Niagara falls I would not stay here again. The hotel itself was not bad, the room was nice and clean, and they let us bring our rented bikes up to it, no problems. However paying $10 for parking/night at a hotel we are paying for anyway is crazy, especially because the hotel is not even located in a prime area and you still […] have to drive to the better spots and pay for parking again over there. We thought about walking as it would only be a 20 minute walk to clifton hill etc, but the neighborhood around this hotel seemed sketchy and somewhat off the beaten path, much different than if you stayed even just 2 blocks closer, which seemed odd. On the other hand my boyfriend and I decided that if we go back to the region we would stay in Niagara On The Lake... MUCH NICER area than the falls area ..for adults anyway. But honestly if you can find a hotel for $10 more/night with free parking that is closer to the town.. my advice is take it! It will save you money, time, and parking aggrevation! .. Niagara is great though! have fun! ps dont go to marineland.. worst decision of my life (read the reviews!) Les mer

Terrific hotel. Terrific price. Terrific room. My only peeve was it listed the Fallsview Casino as "1 KM Away" so we figured we would walk. WE only walked THERE because it wasn't a simple 1 KM walk....we took a cab back and cab fare was $8 Just be prepared if your plans include time at the casino, as is isn't as close as listed...maybe in a a straight […] line it is, but not if you use sidewalks.. We booked 2 bedrooms from Aug 14-17 for a family weekend getaway and they were very nice. The rooms were modern and comfortable. The rooms we got were located at the back of the building so there was no view of Niagara Falls and the attractions but you are able to see the skywheel when going up and down the elevator (depending on the floor you are on). […] The TV's had lots of channels for the "down times" during our vacation which was good. It's about a 15 minute walk to Clifton Hill and a 20 minute walk to the falls which for us was not too far. It is a family friendly hotel. During the time that we were there, there were quite a bit of children in the outdoor pool and checking in and out. We used the indoor and outdoor pools and found them to be clean. The outdoor pool was heated so it wasn't freezing. Neither pools are very large but they are a good size and lots of room for people to swim. There is no gym and the jacuzzi was not available to us during our time there. Their breakfast is very limited. It is more of finger/light food and there is nowhere to sit however there are lots of all you can eat breakfast buffets on Ferry Street and Stanley Avenue. When doing research for this hotel, they failed to let you know upon reservation or on their website that the parking is $8/day and the fridge is $10/night (the hotel only has 5 mini fridges). The fridge is on a first come first serve basis so when we were told that we got the last fridge we were excited (the front desk did not let us know that there was a charge for the fridge, which they should have done). We thought it was complimentary. We found out there was a charge in their black info book that they leave in your hotel room 2 days into our trip. The hotel did not want to reimburse us our $30 so we took it to head office, where we did get reimbursed. Our stay was for one night, the room was great, jacuzzi was a little noisy but eh still a good feature in the room. King Bed was really comfortable. Negatives were the breakfast which offerred juice and muffins, oh and an apple. Not a great choice but it was free I suppose. The hotel was a good 20 minute walk to the falls. Overall for the price […] we paid I would recommend the hotel. If you want a hotel nearer the Falls with a room similar to the one we had you would be paing double the price probably. Les mer

When we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the room we had for the price we were paying. Unfortunantely, we were hit with an $8 parking fee that we did not expect because when booking they did not mention any such fee. We have never paid for parking in the past when staying in Niagra Falls. A big factor in our decision to […] stay at a hotel is the inclusion of breakfast. The posted breakfast sign indicated breakfast was served until 9AM. We arrived at 8AM only to find the breakfast room closed. When we inquired at the front desk we were told that they were unsure what was going on - the kitchen staff didnt show up or something was wrong in the kitchen. The guest standing behind us then let us know that he had stayed the night before and the same thing had happend! 2 days in a row is unacceptable as far as I am concerned. Since breakfast is considered 'complimentary' there was no reduced rate, but as I said continental breakfast is the main reason we book where we do. They were unwilling to offer anything other than their speculation as to why there was no breakfast. Disappointing. Les mer

The hotel did not meet our satisfaction. Upon check in we were charged for parking at the hotel. They said that parking was not included in the room rate. The jacuzzi and some of the vending machines were not working. The continental breakfast (to be available from 7am - 930 am): Our first morning was not available. They put up a note saying "The continental […] breakfast will not be avialable today, sorry for the inconvience" (someone wrote on the note under where it said continental breakfast, "If you are lucky". Then the second day by 8am there was barely anthing left and they were not and did not refil anything. The walk to the attractions was farther than expected. Les mer

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and furnishings, and the bathroom. It was a good deal for it's price. Areas of improvement: 1. The room was very musty, smelly, and hot when we entered it. Room service should have aired the room and turned on the A/C prior to guests arriving. 2. The hotel itself is nice. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was nice looking. The area around the hotel isn't the nicest looking but wasn't bad enough to be of any concern. The only small problem that I had was that the hotel charged for parking. I do not remember reading anything about this and considering the price of the room I would think […] that parking would be included. That aside I think the hotel was nice. Les mer

For the price room are good but only thing i did not like they charge parking fee and u have to find parking space your self some times hard to find parking space location is not bad bout 15min walk to the falls

I thought that parking was included in the price. NOT AT ALL. Breakfast was from 7:00 to 9:00 and when we came down at 8:00, there was no milk, no bagel, no muffin, no jam, no butter. Only available items were bread and black coffee. Not a good way to start the morning.

we were very pleased with the hotel room, for the price it definitely exceeded our expectations. The jet tube was awesome, the decor was modern contemporary and there was a flat screen tv. The breakfast however, was pretty lame, all it included were slice bread, mini muffins, cereal, oats, coffee and juice (but it was free so who am I to complain). […] The hotel included wireless internet, but had to be by the window to get a good connection. Some things to note are that parking was $8 a day and the walk to the falls took like 10-15, walking down wasn't too bad but walking took some effort lol. All in all, this is a hotel that I would definitely stay in again! Les mer

Gostamos muito do hotel e da localização, mas o café da manhã era muito ruim. Além disso a internet wireless não funcionava no quarto, só no lobby.

Hotellet består af to bygninger, selve hotellet og det der ligner et lille motel ved siden af. Jeg fik et værelse ude i moteldelen, hvilket ikke var specielt godt. Værelset var mørkt og slidt, og døren lukkede ikke helt tæt, men det var dog ellers rent og pænt. Der var gratis morgenmad med i prisen, og det var totalt kaos. Udvalget var dårligt, og der […] var ikke nok ansatte til at sørge for opfyldning. Les mer
