La Quinta Inn & Suites Hesperia Victorville - Hesperia

I usually stay here when visiting the area and it was never as it was this time around. The two women at the desk were more concerned with their persoanl conversation, didn't greet me nor look up at me when I approached the desk. Their manner was very curt and they never smiled or were friendly. This is so inconsistant with the lady I usually see at […] the front desk on prior stays. In the room, the bedspread had a big stain of white matter on it and the desk had shredded cheese under the lap desk. The chairs were stained and the carpet felt grimey underfoot. The noise was loud enough that I had trouble falling asleep. The bed was hard and I awoke with an achey body and felt unrested in the morning. The breakfast was good, however, with an assortment offered of pasteries, cereals (hot and cold), eggs, sausage, waffles and toast. Also offered was fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee and tea. Seems as if the quality control is lacking and is definately going downward. I will be looking for a different hotel to stay in for next visit. Les mer

Have stayed here many times as a halfway point in our travels. Great rooms, friendly people, very friendly towards dogs! Freeway noise not a problem. Several moderately priced restaurants close by.

Great room! Great price! Very convenient to freeway, and several eating establishments. Hotel staff very friendly!

We were in the area for a wedding so we only spent one night at the La Quinta Inn, but it was very comfortable. Check in was fast and efficient - our room was very clean and nicely appointed and the bed was quite comfortable. We grabbed a quick breakfast as we hit the road the next morning, which was convenient.

The staff was great. The rooms are small and walls are thin. All I heard were doors opening, closing and Hearing the noise from the other rooms. You Dont feel you have privacy because you can Every bit of noise from the rooms next to you.

The addition of scrambled eggs and bacon to the more common waffle only hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Staff was exceptional.

Easy access,close to freeway & dining.Everything was clean,staff was friendly,check in and out was fast.The room was very comfortable.Will stay again.

The woman who greeted us at the front desk is what everyone hopes to find, and what every manager dreams of. She was polite, enthusiastic, accommodating to the extent possible, and just so welcoming you had to feel good about being there. The internet connection was really high speed. The room was clean, but more amazingly, it was clean in ways that […] could go unnoticed. There was absolutely no lint at all on the hair dryer! The shower head was also free of anything that might clog things up. These little details send the message that the place is cared for beyond what one normally sees and expects. It speaks well of the staff. The breakfast was pretty decent, and the eating area was kept clean and well stocked. Overall, the place is a gem and I would certainly recommend it to others. Les mer

This is a very clean hotel and the people are nice. It's located in a quiet area. I would stay with them again.

Can't complain about a thing...everything was purfect.

Very friendly staff, very clean room. Lot of highway noise but you have the convenience of being right off the highway.
