The hotel was gorgeous, the service impeccable and the location perfect. Our standard room with 2 double beds had a beautiful walk in closet, a fireplace and couch and a huge, beautiful bathroom. It was not 'standard' by any means. Perfect for a romantic getaway, a family trip or a girls' weekend.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The service is beyond incredible. The ski concierge is such a great service and the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Little attentions such as hot chocolate and warm cookies after a long day of skiing, free s'mores by the fire, delicious brownies served pool/hot tub […] side. Everything was amazing! Not sure about some of the extra charges... Like when we used the valet parking the charged us twice at $35 a time and all they did was park the car the day we arrived and bring it back at the end of our stay. There were a few discrepancy's like this we didn't catch till we got home and looked over the bill

Average comparable to other hotels. Below avg for Four Seasons. The ski concierge was a nice service. The rooms were nice, but not on level that would be expected of the Four Seasons if you have stayed at another. They were maintained well - GREAT closet! The lobby concierge was disgruntled with guests on multiple days. Lobby guests could easily overhear […] conversations. Blackcomb Village is really not a village. There were 2 bars that close shop around 6:00ish. The Four Seasons is toward the back of it. The evening entertainment is exclusively in Whistler Village unless you are going to dine and drink within the hotel. Les mer

We go to Whistler every year and normally stay at this four seasons or the fairmont. Over the past two years, we have always stayed at this four seasons because their rooms are bigger - we normally get a large suite for the whole family. I do feel the service quality has gone down the hill. Some staff really don't know what's going on and appeared very […] disorganized. Lots of mistakes, for example, we got calls for car reserved for others, lost our ski gears and had to wait for them to track down,etc. I'm guessing because they are using lots of temp staff so the service quality is hard to guarantee? some of the front desk staff are a bit aloof. Please get off the phone when you have customers waiting in line right in front of you! Restaurants feel a bit old - maybe we stayed there too much. Room service is also very slow. I hope the management really do something about it. I have to really think hard about where to stay next year, perhaps a condo is the way to go if I'm not getting the service I'm paying for. Les mer

Ethan Allen level interiors and clean. Very clean. Lots of storage for winter clothing both wet and dry. Fireplace...dogs loved that. In-room pet service spent three hours with the two dachshunds on walks...they were tired from all the playing after the rest of us came back from a day of skiing. Take the opportunity for world class ski-school for three […] days. Two days at least...three days preferred. Hotel concierge is the key phrase. They will set up the rentals and the ski school...all you have to do is purchase your lift tickets...military discount on lift tickets of 30%....10% for the rental gear. The hotel was world class....as good as the best luxury hotels in San Diego, Dubai, New York, and all the other places I have stayed around the world. You will have an amazing experience from beginning to end. Walking distance is 15 minutes to the village and romantic the whole way. Les mer

I would definitely recommend the Four Seasons if you're visiting Whistler. It has actually improved in the last couple of years and, although expensive, you feel like it is worth the money.

Go to the Four Season Whistler!, We just came back from the Four Season Whistler, I’m speechless with the great service, great location, accommodations, luxury and neat overall , everyone at the hotel go an extra mile for your comfort and happiness, if you are looking for a great luxury experience don’t look further, the hotel is in a great location, […] quiet, short walk (beautifully surrounded) to the village, plus they offer in snow season free shuttle to the mountain and they transport your sky utensils (and they keep warm the boots for you!), I being several times in Whistler in the past, Pan Pacific, the Fairmont and, Legends, but Four Season is the winner of all my stays in Whistler (average travel 6 to 8 times per year), the restaurant and bar have great service and unique cocktails, they prepare exclusively our martinis to suit our tastes, isn’t that great?. We booked on hotels.com at 8am. We arrived at the hotel at noon. We had to wait 10 minutes to check in because the hotel didn't have the reservation yet. They upgraded our room due to our very short wait. We ordered room service 6 times. Everything was delicious. Great service. Great facilities. I'll definitely stay again.

Four Seasons in Whistler was a perfect place for a relaxing chill-out getaway - a warm and inviting room, fireplace, lots of space, nice bathroom, friendly well-trained staff, great gym and pools, free wine & cheese tasting... Excellent. Note the free WiFi is not free if you have more than one device.

Excellent service and very nice rooms. My only complaint would be the room service food. Very average at best. Plate of nacho's came cold to the point the cheese was hard. Pizza came the same way. Real main courses in the restaurant were fine.

The Four Seasons is truly a brilliant hotel in Whistler. The rooms are superb, the location is ideal and the staff are attentive and polished. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and can confirm that this is the place to stay in Whistler if you have pets. They were exceptionally accommodating of our dog and we sincerely appreciate that. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and we used the shuttle service in a couple of occasions. The food in the restaurants was great and service was excellent. Although the hotel is in the upper village, the shuttle service makes it convenient to acces the lower village.

We were really impressed! My husband stays in hotels all over the world and he says that your hotel is first class! The staff was very professional, very accommodating and friendly. Four Seasons was beautiful! And every staff member was pleasant and professional. I am always happy to see that hotels are giving guests an option to NOT have fresh linens every time, but although I put out all the right signals, I still got fresh towels each day. I recently stayed at the 4 Seasons and it was the best hotel experience I have had in a long time. ALL staff was so welcoming and kind and helpful and knowledgeable. I brought my dog Lucy up there and she not only stayed for free, but they provided her with a dog bed, bowld, bottled water, and organic dog treats. It was amazing. I am spoiled with all my prior Four Season's stays, so I was a little suprised by the rough edges on this one. I stayed at a one bedroom suite with my family. As usual, the hotel room was superb and the hotel was one of the best ones in the area. I hit a few rough spots during my stay: One was the disfunctional bathtub and the constantly leaking (super-noisy) […] toilet. The other issue was with their breakfast package. They offered me pre-paid breakfast for two (for $60) at time of check-in. The next day (after I had the breakfast) they left a message telling me that they cannot honor the breakfast offer because I booked through Expedia. I called and asked to talk with the manager. The manager later called me back, telling me that they can now honor the offer for the breakfast I already had but not going forward. It was a lot of back-and-forth for very little money. At the time of booking we requested a crib for our 20 month old daughter, & again re-confirmed this the day before arrival. Upon arrival, there was no crib in our room. This was quickly resolved, & other than that hick-up, the hotel, staff & our stay were excellent.

I've been coming up to Whistler twice a year for the last 30 years and this was my first time staying at the Four Seasons. I drove two hours to get there, and as soon as I arrived, I felt well taken care of. I love the casual style of the staff (so Westcoast!) and the natural, serene decor. I was toatally relaxed within minutes of arrival. Of course, […] the Spa had something to do with that! I thought I might not like being a little ways from the village (for shopping) but it didn't really matter. I could walk, drive down and park, or the hotel car would take me. Either way, win, win. As for the food, it was very tasty and certainly filling. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and when it was time to leave, drove home with a smile on my face. I'll be back! We wanted to get away from the city for a relaxing weekend and found the Four Seasons to be a very nice hotel, the lounge servers were fantastic, they made great recommendations and were very attentive. We had Damien and Andee (sorry about the spelling) and they were the best! We went to the spa and enjoyed our treatments. The one thing we weren't impressed […] with was the glass wear in our room, they were very dirty. Also, would've thought that a complimentary bottle of water would be a nice touch especially since drinking tap water from the glassware wasn't an option. This is not a Four Seasons quality hotel. The hotel is a ten minute walk to the slopes. It does not make up for this inconvenience with an amazing ambiance. The only restaurant/bar is in the basement of the hotel... no lovely lobby bar with views of the mountain and a roaring fire. To get all of this, stay at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. While the sign says FourSeasons, the soul of the hotel is 100% Marriott. Bad location--10 minutes walk to the resort, or ride the bus--sorry, but I don't stay at a FourSeason to commute on some crappy bus to the resort. The location is really terrible. Bad food--I've never had an $20 yellow-lettuce cesar salad...think Applebee's Not family friendly--do […] not bring your children here. It's such a huge hike or drive to any activity. And, there is nothing close for kids to enjoy. No place to play in the snow, pull a sled, ski, ice stake, etc. Hike, drive, get in a crappy bus. Low end. There's a pool, but every hotel in Whistler has a pool. Little Ambiance--every FourSeason's I've ever stayed at has a gracious lobby bar--not here. Go to the basement for a cramped, noisey, sports-type bar. No views/outlook. Our room was very expensive, yet overlooked at a parking garage and had another hotel looking down on us. We could be in Fargo, North Dakota and a Courtyard Marriott--not amazing British Columbia. The FourSeason brand for me has always meant, "you're going to have a nice time". The FourSeasons Whistler "broke" the brand for us. We know have to think twice before thinking, "it's a FourSeasons, it's going to be good". Now, we have to think...it could be pretty average Simply put--avoid this hotel, NOT WORTH IT. Les mer

HIghly recommend. Easy 5 minute walk to the slopes, especially when you use the Ski Concierge services they provide. Everyone extremely friendly and there to help. Large rooms with gas fireplace...very comfy. Sidecut restaurant in the hotel is to die for. One of the best steaks I've ever had. Don't miss it.
