This was terrible. I had to kick leaves and sticks away from the door to get it open. When I got to my room, the heat was turned off. it was 44 degrees in there. I had to find a switch on the cord that turned on the heat, then it got so hot. The room was so crowded with fridge and microwave and tv stand. The bathroom fan didn't work. The breakfast was […] half thawed egg patties and half thawed sausage patties, My son was there with a school project or I never would have stayed there. We were told they only had 1 room left when we made reservations, and they had many rooms empty. Les mer
"Great experience, but disappointed"
My room was great and service was professional. The only thing was the restaraunt is closed for renovation.

There was mildew in the bathroom. There were animals in the roof that were scratching in the ceiling. The whole place was freaky and we actually checked out on Christmas day. We'd never stay there again. The only bright spot was that the check-in guy was awesome and super personable.

Hotel does not have central HVAC. Window Heater was not clean. May have air contamination. Internet was not working whole night. Breakfast was not good. I would not recommend.
"Mixed Feelings"
So i checked in and the clerk gave me crap over using a third party to reserve the room. He said i should have payed more money to have a different room, rather than settling for the cheapest room. We were woken up every morning to refuse housekeeping because we were still sleeping. There was no toothpaste, so we had to buy some. On the last morning […] the electricity went out, so we had no lights to help us get ready. There was plenty of food for breakfast (when we were up early enough to go, it ends at 9am) but the options werent very healthy, but breakfast was free. Overall, i got what i payed for. There was heat and the location was great! its near great restaurants etc. The hotel served its function. I would return if the price were the same, next time. Les mer

"Don't waste your money at this Days Inn"
The room was very dirty, used lotion left for us to use, ashes from someone smoking in the room, mold around the bath tub, very out dated. For the amount I was paying I know there were many other hotels in the area that I could've spent the same price and gotten a lot better quality.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room and bed was tiny, the bathroom light made a rattling noise when you turned it on and off, the shower was very tiny, you could barely turn around. It was awful, only stayed one night but I'm definitely never gonna stay there again

'I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I got to the hotel after a flight from Wichita KS, on my way to a funeral for a family member. It was around midnight when I checked in. The lobby had others ahead of me and I couldnt help overhearing the desk clerk telling the man ahead of me to just force the door open and it was okay if the lock breaks. […] I should have left then but I am not familiar with the area. There was no heat in this room, the heater did blow warm but the room never got warm. I did not make my way back to the office because as a female travelling alone and being as far from the office as I could get, I did not feel safe at that hour. I ended up slepping a couple hours in my clothes and coat due to sheer exhaustion. I could hardly wait for daylight so i could leave.I was very disappointed! Please remove this hotel from your list and save your patrons from this dump! I should have slept in my car!' Les mer

Please re-negotiate your agreement with this hotel; do not force those who purchase via hotel.com to be stuck in the 400 block of rooms. Light at entranceway not working; security lock broken; wall paper peeling; floor in poor condition-appears dirty; torn bed spread; shampoo half full-already used! I usually like this hotel but the 400 block of rooms […] is for long-term use, and it shows: bug in the bathroom in addition to all the above. Les mer

"Days Inn Henrietta: RUN DOWN AND MOLDY!!!"
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The place was very run down. There was a sign on the marquee above the entrance about an event that had taken place a month prior to our visit. There was no security, as the door to the outside on one end was unlocked at all times. We were not able to operate the door on the other end with our room key from […] the outside, so we had to walk all the way around. The paint was peeling off on the door to our room. Inside the bathroom there was a great deal of visible mold (on the ceiling and on the tub surround). The restaurant was housed in what looked like an old saloon. There were only 4 other cars in the parking lot, so it's not a very popular hotel (which I understand after staying there). We were afraid that our car would get broken into due to the seedy appearance of the hotel. We booked this very last minute from the road and it was a big mistake! Les mer

We really enjoy the convenience of staying in the Days Inn, Henrietta, just off of I-90. It is close to the shopping on Jefferson Blvd and near enough to Waterloo outlets and the Finger Lakes wineries. The bonus now on weekends is that the Honkie Tonk bar off the lobby has closed down because the lease was not renewed. Therefore it is quieter on weekends. Even […] though Hotels.com states that breakfast is not included, it is and it is a hot buffet breakfast with wafflemaker, scrambled eggs and bacon, toast and coffee and buns. The rooms have a coffeemaker and a microwave and fridge and although smallish with a kingsize bed, are clean and comfy. What's not to like? Les mer

Comfortable stopover for a sleep....Golfing (Rochester) ...Front desk is friendly and helpful ........room was comfortable ....breakfast was the downfall....They didn't replenish the foodstuffs during our time at breakfast and we had to make it a go of it with what they had ...The breakfast room was dark and not cheery ...I would stay again but probably […] eat elsewhere across the street . "You get what you pay for"
This hotel had a low rate and met my needs for a brief overnight stay. It had all the basics that we needed. Staff were friendly. They tried to be helpful and make suggestions for dining for us when we asked. It was an ok stay. Nothing fancy. Just the basics which was all I needed.

"Very Satisfied Accomodations"
I like the hotel so much was very quite and also liked that it provided fridge and microwave in each room. Loved staff very friendly. This hotel had everything i needed. Thank you I will recomend this hotel to everyone

The room we got at first was dirty enough that we Lysoled a few surfaces, but they took pretty good care of us during our stay. Run down place (our bathroom had a loud busted fan and mildew/mold on the ceiling), and our hallway was kinda noisy for an early bedtime, but a fine value for what we paid. "Days at Days Unn (and nights too)"
This is my second stay at Days Inn, and each time I like ot even more than the last stay. Clean and comfortable romms at an amazing price! I have stayed in hotels that cost twice as much. Rooms were cleaned daiy, and the complementary breakfast was just enough. What a discovery!

This was your basic dump...the carpet was stained..the room was supposed to be non-smoking but the room smelled of smoke...the air conditioner worked only one way-high. We arrived late (after 12:00 and left at 9:00 am. We were both dead tired so we slept ok. I would avoid this one.

I concur with other reviews that the place has a musty smell in the corridors. If you are sensitive to molds etc. stay away. As others have said, breakfast was fine, but it was busy and the one attendant couldn't keep up with the demand so there was at times a wait for coffee or other items. Bathroom is cramped to say the least and the tub didn't drain […] well, so we showered with an inch of dirty water in the tub. Les mer

Simple hotel, nothing fancy. Rates are good. Location is great for RIT. Restaraunt across the street is good, very reasonablly priced.

It was a very bad experience. 1) when we arrived at 10:30 pm , the room we were assigned had used beds and not cleaned 2) the next room we were assigned to had mildew all in the bathroom and the shower curtain was breaking off 3) breakfast was from 5:30 - 9:30am. I went at 9:00 am and there wasn't food available to have for breakfast cuz they ran out […] and didn't replenish Les mer
"Hard to believe this is a Days Inn!"
First clues-empty parking lot except the weeds growing thru the cracks in the pavement, and broken lobby door! The bolt worked on our door but the safety lock didn't work properly so we propped a chair under the door handle when we went to bed. The beds were comfortable and clean, and I liked the pillows. The hot water was plentiful, but I don't think […] the shower head has ever been cleaned, so water sprayed all over the place. The continental breakfast was so poorly laid out everyone had to stand in a 6' x 6' area waiting to get to the coffee, wait in line for the toaster or to make a waffle. Once I got to the coffee container, it was empty & taken away to be refilled, leaving everyone in line waiting for the next pot. Milk for cereal was in the same place as the coffee so I had to wait in line again for that after I got my cereal. The actual seating area was so limited there weren't enough places for everyone to sit, and when a table became available, it wasn't clean. I never saw anyone clean a table while we were there. Also, you had to try to make your way through the wating crowd to get to the seating and to get back out. I would NOT ever stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone! Les mer

very clean, neat, just a little small room, but all in all, very comfortable, very good breakfast
Carpet had several dirty spots, needs to be steam cleaned. Other than that, the room was very nice.

The room was as expected for the price we paid. The real detriment was the bathroom which had pink mold between the tiles and there was shaving hair around the faucet. Quite a turnoff. The AC kept us from hearing all the trucks pull into the truck stop next door. We did sleep well though.

Arrived late at night and went straight to bed. Found the bathroom in the morning to have mold all over the ceiling and the vent. Only 3 towels in the room for 4 people. Called the front desk and additional towel never arrived. Not worth a low rate.
