"Good experience for the most part"
We were pleased with all this hotel had to offer, its location, and its amenities for the most part. We were confused and not-so-pleased with one thing in particular, though. Our room was not cleaned for one of the days early in our trip. We thought it was because we had been in the room a little later than usual. We were out of the room earlier the […] following day (a Sunday), but the room still was not cleaned by 3 - 4 P.M. We asked when the person was going to clean the room, and we were told they clean the rooms that had been permanently vacated first and then the rooms where the guests were staying on. We thought it should be the other way around, since we wanted to go back to the room and take a nap before meeting up with family again at 6 P.M. Les mer

"Get what u pay for"
Overall i was happy with the hotel. My stay was comfortable. I didn't get a big five star visit but for the price I paid I felt that it was well worth it and I will definitly go back agin.
"Felt very unwelcome"
I am a profession women of color and they went out of their way to make me and my neices feel unwelcomed. I think if I would have booked my rooms directly through the hotel and not through Hotels.com they would have told us that they were booked and cancelled our reservation. I was appalled by my treatment from the management down.

"Affordable, Great Location, Quiet"
This hotel was priced very reasonably, easy to find & close to many family friendly activities such as the zoo & aquarium. Amenities included a in room refrigerator and microwave ( both of which were a bit dated) but worked, which is a plus if you have kids. The hotel also has a nice size pool and hot tub. We were very pleased with this hotel. It was offered at a great price and had all of the amenities we needed. Our oldest son loved to the pool area. "Sharonville/Cincinnati Location -close to I-75"
The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and the condition of the hotel was good. Excellent price for the cost of the room. You truly get your bang for your buck.

I stayed at this hotel on March 17-21, 2012 and it was the worst stay I ever have had. I will never stay there again or never recommend it to others. The staff was rude and snooty, except for one young, black- haired man at the front desk. The housekeeping didn't do their job as for room cleaning, light bulbs were out, no toilet paper in the bathroom […] the floors weren't vacuumed, no trash cans in room. The front desk staff rude, not helpful. I asked for a yougurt because I forgot to bring enough and it was very late, he told me no. I also was scolded like a child for bringing the kids to the breakfast area with just their pj pants and their hoodies. I was told to have them dressed. Thats ridiculous. They had clothes on. The gym and pool area was old and dirty. The pictures on-line make it look big and new and clean, but it's far from the truth. Future occupants be warned. I went to complain to the manager and he was disrespectful and just as rude as his emoployees. Maybe the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. "Great pool...beds have a bit to be desired"
We have stayed here on 3 different occasions now. We live fairly close and this is our hotel of choice when taking a mini getaway to Cincinnati. We stay here because of the great pool and the fact that they have breakfast. The breakfast isn't the best but they have a few hot choices which is a step up from some others. The beds and pillows seemed more […] worn out than in our last 2 visits. Not horrible but not great by any means. On our next visit to Cincy we'll likely stay here again. Les mer
"Good Overall"
Our room was clean, the armchair was worn, staff was nice, pool and spa were clean (more pool towels, please), breakfast was filling, and the gym was small but adequate for a short stay.
"Great location and great for families"
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was close to everything zoo, children's museum, mall, water park and Ikea. The indoor pool was great and so was the breakfast although the breakfast options were more limited on the weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and quiet. The only thing wrong was when the heater kicked on it made a loud noice and kept waking us up.

"hotel maintenance"
While staying at the holtel got a call from the front desk stating that the air conditioning unit needed to be cleaned. I felt that they could have waited to do my room until I checked out the following day.

This hotel is right off Exit 15 on the north side of Cincinatti and is a great place to stay for the price. We would definately stay here again.

Very nice for cheap per night rate. I was surprised, but the hotel lobby is nice, the room clean, good size pool area and hot breakfast. Best deal I've had in a long time at a hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

While Sharonville isn't a must see city, it isn't far away from what Cincy has to offer. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of a La Quinta and the quality of my room. I used the pool, which was pretty nice, but according to some regulars the spa jets had been broken for some time. That was the only hiccup in […] a very pet friendly hotel. I brought my dog, which the staff was very welcoming to, and to the loads of other dog owners and their dogs. If you don't own a dog, don't worry, I never heard a one bark. Beer cans on floor, used toothpick on bathroom countertop, and hair on the sheets. I won't stay in La Quinta ever again. Everytime I do I am disappointed.
"Disappointing service"
Check-in was quick and easy. I had asked for a room that was not near elevators or vending machines. They did fulfill my request. When I arrived in my room, I found the following: 1) dirty shoe prints on the bathroom floor, as if someone had walked on it while it was still wet, 2) toilet paper and a hair in the toilet bowl, 3) a lamp that looked like […] it hadn't been dusted in at least a month, 4) a dusty headboard, and 5) a sizeable cobweb on the drapes. After noticing the toilet bowl, I called the front desk, and they did send a housekeeper up. She flushed the toilet and disinfected it. The front desk called just as she was leaving to see that the toilet had been taken care of properly. The next day, I caught my housekeeper in the hall and pointed out all of the other problems. Upon my return that evening, I did find the room properly cleaned. Another problem was with the ice machine room. It was small and not well ventilated and smelled badly of mold or mildew. I called the front desk to report the problem and to explain that the tray beneath the ice dispenser needed to be cleaned with bleach. The woman said she would get up there right away to take care of it. Given that it was almost 11:00 p.m., I didn't think she meant it. Sure enough, the next evening, the tray hadn't been cleaned. I called the desk again, asking to speak to the manager. I was told he was in a meeting. Given that I had just seen him in his office two minutes previously, and that it was a little past 5:00 p.m., I wasn't sure I could believe the desk clerk. I explained the problem. The desk clerk said they'd take care of it. The next morning before I left to do some sight-seeing, I checked the tray, and it still had not been cleaned. When I went to the front desk, the manager was there. For the third time, I explained the problem. The manager said all the ice machine rooms smelled that way because they're small. As long as your 21, you'll be fine. I made reservations here because no where did it say that I needed to be 21, but although it did not say 21 apparently you have to be there were issues wtih me checking in as I'm 18. Hotel was clean though and breakfast was good.

"Very comfortable hotel"
The staff was very accommodating. The bathroom tub appeared to hold water while taking a shower. We notified staff while leaving for an event. When we returned, the drains were clear. Black mold around rim of toilet bowl, towels and wash clothes stained, pillows were lumpy rags, and shower head wasn't installed properly and was spraying ceiling. Was not a pleasant stay.

Nice Hostess welcomed us to our stay. Was very pleasant to be greeted with a smile. They were in the process of cleaning the rooms and switched us to another room so we wouldn't have to wait. "LaQuinta - off I75, exit 15 - good location"
Close to the highway ... easy exit/entrance ... within 10-15 minutes of all of my destinations. Very convenient. Staff was pleasant/helpful/courteous. The room was very comfortable and clean - pleasant. The only thing that keeps me from giving the room a 5 on cleanliness is some fuzz I found on a chair that I believe came from a prior hotel guest, and […] that the housekeeping staff missed. Not a big deal. The indoor pool was nice ... pool area clean - spacious. Pool temp was perfect. Breakfast in the morning was more than adequate. I absolutely would go back to this hotel again. Compared to other hotels I looked into, the rates here were very reasonable ... no charge for parking which I appreciate. And as far as I could tell, the neighborhood appeared safe. This may not be a luxury hotel, but then, when I've stayed at luxury hotels at 2 or more times the cost, I haven't really enjoyed any of the features - like restaurants, gift shops, etc. And frankly, the room at this hotel was as nice as the more expensive hotels, Les mer

the appearance of hotel was nice. check in took less than a few minutes but we had to wait 30 minutes to go to our room since it was being cleaned. the front desk clerk radioed the maid and she said it would be 20 minutes, the clerk turned to us and said "oh wait about 5 minutes then go up" we heard what the maid said, so we waited 20 minutes then headed […] up, the room was still not ready. we had to wait an additional 10 minutes. upon entry to room, an electric outlet cover needed replaced which was done within 10 minutes. the bathroom had a urinal smell to it. I had to spray cologne in there just to use it. The hot water was not hot, it was lukewarm. The bed was old and not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy. At check out, i wasgoing to let them knowwhat we experienced but the clerk did not ask how our stay was and definitely at that point all it would have been was lip service. i cannot give a rating better than a 3 at this point. i was going to stay at the country inn and suites but this place had a better rating. i should have booked country inn and suites.... My stay was great 1 night only. One bump in the road...I called the manager prior to arrival and he assigned me a room with a king bed. On arrival...my room was given to another. Sad...I ended up with 2 double beds. I myself will never stay at another LaQuinta. John.

The hotel was a nice place to stay. But the sofa bed matress was nasty and we did not sleep on it. The king bed had a big saftey pin in it with the end of it was burned.
