I was so pleased with my stay, the property managers were great and I was impressed with the quality for the price. Great view and nice and quiet. My room, however, was very hot as the air conditioning didn't fully cool it off. Maybe something can be done about that...

NICE VIEW, NICE PEOPLE, TERRIBLE PARKING AREA THEY SHOE-HORNED TOO MANY PARKING SPOTS INTO AN AREA THAT ISN'T LARGE ENOUGH. DAMAGE ON THE CARS BECAUSE YOU COULDN'T OPEN THE CAR DOOR WITHOUT HITTING THE CAR NEXT TO YOU. WE HAVE STAYED IN MAUI MANY TIMES FOR FAR LESS AND NICER PLACES.

We stayed in room 401, so I can only rate this room, as each owner maintains their own unit. This unit is on the top floor, so it had a great ocean view. We had some difficulty checking in, it was a Saturday, no one was working in the office. You have to call this after hour phone number and they give you some code for the front door. Instruction was […] not clear enough. Once we checked in, things went well. The unit is older but clean. Very close to the ocean and quite. It was not far from some shopping area. Excellent!! Everything was perfect. We received a warm welcome upon arrival.The condo complex is facing the ocean and the view was great from our balcony, especially the sunsets.

We always stay at this Condo since we started going to Maui. We have never had a bad stay here. Its in a quiet area, away from the traffic. Every room has a view of the ocean.

Our condo was very spacious and the view of the ocean from our lanai was amazing. All properties have the same view which is reassuring. The property itself was comfortable and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel because the setting and location were great. Aside from a few other guests and residents, it was quiet and right on the water. All amenities were close by, although the beach in front of the hotel wa not great for swimming. The average rating given was due to the condition of the condo. I stayed in and every condo is different. […] This one needed some updates and more attention to cleaning. Trust me, this condo was spectacular, centrally located, close to everything. The kitchen was fully equipped. This is better than the hotels near lahaina since this is much closer to haleakala, hana, Wailea beaches.

The location of this condo is perfect - close enough to get to the stores, yet far enough away that you hear absolutely no noise. Tennis courts out the front; pool too! with nice comfy lounge chairs. Absolutely the cleanest condo we have ever rented. The condo contained almost everything one could ever need, even a dishwasher - but, no teapot, trying […] to find one was impossible!! Bill and Paula (the managers) are the friendliest and were very knowledgeable, even with a few suggestions. Sitting on the lanai was a perfect place to watch the windsurfers and surf boarders - sunsets were breathtaking!! A nice home base to all the things one does in Maui. First time at this location and was delighted with the amenities and condition. Beautiful ground floor view and clean accommodations. The guest book provided by the owners of the condo was very helpful and informative. Would love to return to this unit at some future date.

Nice place to stay. Family was staying at the Maui Schooner right next door, so this location was perfect. The area is a great central location for the entire island. This area is a more laid back region of Maui, a short drive to all the popular beaches and attractions. Very close to grocery stores, and many nice places to dine. This place has a well […] stocked kitchen which cut cost down by cooking for yourself. Amazing sunsets every night! Only down side is they have a very small pool and no hot tub, but for us this was not a problem, because we spent most of our family time next door. A great value for the price. The location of this condo building is superb. The even better thing is the ocean view. We stayed in suite #401 and for the amount that we were paying, it was not up to standard. The carpet is heavily stained and needs to be changed, or at the very least cleaned. The furniture and decor is very outdated and the entire suite could use a good cleaning. […] For example, fingerprints on the walls and light fixtures, stove, fridge, cupboards etc..... Stray hairs on the floors, area rugs in kitchen and bathroom stained. The unit was very well stocked with everything you would need to make a meal, although the kitchen linens had a moldy odor to them and we did not use them after this discovery. The manager of the building greeted us and was very helpful and friendly. The ground, pool and common areas are very clean and tidy. Two other positive qualities of this suite are the wireless internet access and the in suite telephone for local calling. If you are hoping for an ocean front view, great location and there are no other more updated suites available in Leinaala, then I would stay here again. Les mer

The condo was simply perfect. It was well maintained and fully furnished. It was very clean and well stocked. It has a beach view and it was gorgeous. You could just walk to the beach at any point of time. It was also close to the beach parks. The wind blowing into the apartment was very cool and refreshing. The nice part of the hotel is it is very […] quiet and is close to everything. Lahiana and Wailea are just 20-30 minutes away. The internet connection is very good too. Still can't believe I could walk to a deserted beach in 2 minutes every day! The condo was furnished well, not brand new stuff but your on vacation. It had everything you needed though and there's a BBQ downstairs and laundry facilities. View from the apartment was breathtaking and very quiet.

The condo was great, full equiped one bedroom apartment. It even had beach chairs and an umbrella. Views age great and it is right in front of the beach with great views. We stayed on fifth floor, no. 508. Very quiet and away from the crowds. location is nice for exploring the island. The beach here is very windy though. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful suite by the pool, and it faced the ocean. Nicely furnished with a full sized stove, refrig, TV, stereo and DVD player. The managers were very helpful on recommending places to dine, sights to see, tours to take. A very nice location, you are in the middle of Maui with easy access to all attractions. We loved our stay. This was our second visit to Leinaala and we will choose it again the next time we visit Maui. The condo is well equipped and comfortable and the ocean view is amazing. The A/C could be updated (it was a little hot in the condo for our comfort level), but overall we highly recommend it

We were in room 405. it was okay. Quite clean but old and not really fancy. But we had a nice ocean view and didn't pay a lot. You are quite on your own as the managers are not often around. But if you need something they come and help you. Also you don't see a lot of neighbours. It's also quite loud and hot as the air condition is only in the livingroom, […] and you have to open your windows which makes you hear the birds 'singing' all night long. Tolle Aussicht aufs Meer, Strand zum Baden nicht geeignet da steinig und flach. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ca. 1 Km entfernt, Auto von Vorteil (Privatparkplatz vor dem Haus). Da Ferienwohnung besteht kein Hotelservice. Office nur eingeschrenkt besetzt. Es ist kein Hotel sondern eine Apartmentanlage. Insofern war der Service angenehm trat aber kaum in Erscheinung ausser man spraach ihn an. Lage 50 m vom Pazifik in einer Art gepflegtem Park. Pool okay von der Größe, gepflegt Tennisplätze waren zu benutzen und gepflegt. Unsere Einheit 102 war komplett ausgestattet sogar das Olivenöl für den Gast war […] vorhanden und alles was man sonst zum kochen kaufen muss. Strandhandtücher, alles war da. Dit appartementencomplex is een absoluut verborgen juweeltje. Via Tripadvisor ben ik achter deze lokatie gekomen en deze werd door iedereen zeer goed aangeschreven. Aangekomen op lokatie bleek niets overdreven te zijn. Wat een schitterende ligging, rust, stilte en vooral een fantastisch uitzicht. Niets dan palmbomen, een stuk gras, en een strandje tussen […] het complex en de oceaan. Vooral de zonsondergangen zijn schitterend. Iedere condo is apart ingericht en ondanks dat de conco waar ik in gezeten heb (401) hier en daar wat verouderd is. Het was er schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De beheerders Paula en Bill zijn schatten van mensen en zijn altijd vriendelijk en bereid om je dingen te adviseren. De ligging van dit complex in Kihei is perfect, je kunt zo overal naar toe rijden en de mooie strandjes en baaien liggen op steenworp afstand. Ik raad deze lokatie aan iedereen aan en zou bij een terugkeer naar Maui ook weer absoluut voor deze lokatie kiezen. Ik ben hier 14 dagen geweest en heb er de tijd van mijn leven gehad. Ik heb maar 1 advies: DOEN. Les mer
