Hotellvertinnen er perfekt, skiller seg ut med ekstra vennlighet, imøtekommenhet og omtanke. Veldig god service. Rolig strøk litt utenfor sentrum, busser og drosjer i umiddelbar nærhet. Vi skal tilbake til dette hotellet!

Oppholdet var meget bra,mens servicen var ellendig.Vi varslet 3 ganger om ting somvar ødelagt og de sa at de skulle komme opp og rette på det,men så de aldrig.var vann i skapet under vasken og dør handtaket varødlagt + steikovnsdøra gikk det ikke ann og få igjen.

"Radisson Blu Liverpool 4* - but not 4* bed!"
Checked in to my room to find 2 single beds instead of a double bed, phoned reception to ask to be moved to a room with a double bed but was told none were availabe, however they would send someone to my room to join the two singles to make a double! Waited for a while but decided to go out for the rest of the day/night. Came back at 1 a.m. to find […] out that no one had been to the room to sort the beds out, decided to leave it till the morning. Had a poor nights sleep in the single bed as the mattress/bed was too soft and was sinking to the floor close enough! Breakfast buffet was below average compared to other 4* I've been in previously, no offer of a fried egg, and only offered tea or coffee after finished eating! Complained about the bed situation on checking out and asked whether I could be compensated by virtue of discount on the valet parking, which they were fine about and didn't charge for parking at all! Would think again about staying here, but the location, cleanliness was good, shame about the service and bed quality! Les mer
"Great service and living up to RadissonBlu"
This hotel has a great service and friendly professional staff. Always clean and tidy with fairly bright rooms. The only down-sides are 20£/d parking (never even told us about the price) and the WIFI lacking capacity. Gym is great.

"Comfortable and convenient"
We were very pleased with this hotel. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms spacious with a great shower and the breakfast was very satisfactory. There was some delay at check-in, but otherwise I could not fault the hotel.

"Close to Liverpool City centre for shops etc"
A good hotel, that with a bit more attention to the little details, could be even better. When ringing down to reception, we had great difficulty in getting our requests dealt with. We ordered a morning paper at reception, which did not arrive, and it took 3 phone calls and a visit to reception to finally get a paper at 5pm. No breakfast teabags in […] the morning (although lots of Earl Grey !), and despite phoning down, they never arrived at the room. The breakfast was very good, very varied with hot and cold options, although the bacon at 7am was obviously what was left over from the previous day. The television was either too small or not in focus, I thought at first that I was due an eye-test. It was very quiet, no traffic or hotel noise, and the view from the 7th floor overlooking the Mersey was a huge bonus. The cost of the hotel parking was very expensive. Les mer

food at hotel was very nice, when we forgot to put the don't disturb sign up the maids barged in before 9am which wasn't good but I suppose that was more our fault than theres!

Myself and my girlfriend visited liverpool before at a hotel that not only cost more but was of lover quality. The moment we walked into the Radisson we were blown away by the lobby and the decor. The service was great, the room was great, the bed was massive. And the thing that topped it off as the quality of the restaurant. The menu is in italian […] but the fun of it is working out what you want and just trying new things. Les mer
"Radisson blu liverpool -great but crap spa"
The hotel is really nice, the rooms are very comfortable, however although we had paid for business class we did recieve enough dressing gowns and slippers for each person! and after asking room service several times, these did not show up! We had also booked the hotel for the spa facilities which we were very disappointed with, nothing like the website […] describes it, not a luxury spa at all!!! The jaccuzzi was cold, there were not loungers to chill out by the pool and the general condition of the spa was run down and tired looking!! On a more positive note the breakfast was amazing!! I would definitley recommend this hotel for people just looking for a hotel, not a hotel with a spa! Les mer

A nice hotel, but really annoyed that they charged me for breakfast on check out and the reservation stated inc breakfast, i mentioned this to them, but they said they didnt have that on the res. I rang fivestar on hotels.com and they refunded me for it.So hotels.com customer service is fantasic but as for the hotel, staff are useless!

Generous public spaces and eateries with great buffet breakfast which turns into a good Italian diner in the evenings. Prices very reasonable and quality good. Got up extra early to enjoy leisurely 2-hour breakfasts during my 2-week stay. James, Hong Kong

It didn't get off to a good start really. On checking in, I was told that I hadn't included breakfast in my booking when I had. Nevertheless this minor oversight was quickly resolved. To follow, I had planned on having a meal in their restaurant, Filini's, on arrival but unfortunately it was closed. No explanation, and I don't recall reading anywhere […] that it is usually closed on Sundays. By far the worst of it all, though, was the fact that I had a dreadful night's sleep on account of the noise the air conditioning was making all night long in my room. It can only be described as a constant whirring. There seemed to be no way of turning it off. Mind you, given one of the light switches to my bathroom was faulty I was concerned I might electrocute myself in the process trying to. Lastly, and this is just on a personal level, being vegetarian, I was struck by the propensity for leather in this hotel. Leather chairs in my room, leather booths at breakfast, and worst of all leather panels either side of the lift doors with stitching running up the middle that looked like sinews. Finally, a word of warning. Do not touch anything in the mini bar unless you have every intention of consuming it. Any movement of the items inside triggers an automatic billing system at reception and you might find yourself having to defend your naivity to the fact as I did. Les mer

"Booking for 3 Adults"
Lovely hotel, brilliant breakfast and very close to everything. Staff extremely helpful and service in restaurant impeccable. Only disappointment was that we had booked for 3 adults and got a queen bed and an extremely uncomfortable camp type bed where our extra adult spent a very uncomfortable night.

I was staying there for two nights and could not fault the hotel for what I paid, thanks to hotel.com. I stayed in the Business Class room which made a big difference in the little things, i.e. breakfast was included for Business Class.

Excellent value and a beautiful hotel. We first stayed here in 2006, I was pleased to see the hotel still in good condition. The hotel is located away from bars and clubs and so is quiet. Happy to recommend.

Comfortable hotel in a lovely location. The staff could not have been nicer in fact on the morning of the match my son, along with other children who were at breakfast were given a free match program and Liverpool magazine. This as a nice touch. The leisure facilities were top class my son and I made full use of the pool. I will be back in the not […] too distant future with my good lady wife for a shopping weekend.! Good quality hotel with good rooms and frriendly staff. Doesn't have an onsite car park and £20 for valet parking while not overly expensive car parking should be for free.

Nice hotel but the bed in my room (no. 525) was quite honestly the worst that I have ever 'slept' on, you could feel and see the tops of the springs! Everything else was pretty good but considering that the main function of a hotel is to have somewhere to sleep it's a big fail.

Excellent hotel in a good location not to far from the centre, very modern and clean with a good pool/suana etc area, would recommend to stop again, the only problem is when its busy the breakfast area is slightly small and had to wait 5 mins to be seated apart from that excellent.

disappointed with the pool area needs updating. got conned by the taxi ordered by the hotel and riff raff were allowed into the bar area. From the outside the hotel does not grab your attention but walk inside and what a fabulous spaceous interior. If your afraid of heights dont peer over the balcony from the 8th floor we stayed on, located in a quiet area of the City but a short taxi ride to the main attracations.

"Not what I expected from a 4*"
Main problem was we requested a smoking room - there are only 5 in the hotel - or so we were told. But what they didnt tell us was that windows dont open so really it should not be smoking room. 'Queen Bed' is 2 beds pushed together, quilt on bed does not even cover the entire beds. Room service called to room very early every morning - did not suit […] us as we were on a weekend away. Bar food and drinks are very very expensive. Small cup of coffee £2.75 - few doors down is starbucks - 2 large coffees just over £3. Would not stay there again. Les mer

Bathroom smelt of smoke appeared to be from a flue which gave the towels a smell etc. Reception was uninterested. Room could have done with a good clean.

Great hotel, room big, bed big and comfy. Breakfast was fantastic. Fitness centre could have been better, it was a little untidy and the steam room was out of order but it was still nice enough to use the jacuzzi and sauna. Check out was at 12 which was great.

We were told on check in that the hotel was over booked and we had to find alternative accomodation or use a front room with two roll away beds. We opted for the front room as we had travelled 5 hours to get there and the thought of calling round to get another room was not what we wanted. The hotel gave us £50 as compensation payment bu the nights […] sleep was awful. The room was not clean and was very dusty and the rollaway beds were not fit for a homeless person. Les mer

We stayed for three nights and were very comfortable. There were minor issues with breakfast ie. key items unavailable on all occasions, but staff were very quick to put this right when pointed out. We had one evening meal in the restaurant and the food was of a good quality and beautifully presented. Travelled to Liverpool with family to watch a game,and got a great deal on the hotel,so couldn't turn it down.We arrived at the hotel early,about eleven o'clock,and were allowed to check in as we were told the room was ready,but as there were 3 of us in the room,the third bed wasn't yet in the room.We had a view of the river,and were on the 6th floor,so […] we had a decent view.The window in the room can't be opened,which means no fresh air,and it can get quite warm.Why not use the air conditioning I hear you ask....?Tried to,but could not figure it out. The third bed was delivered a short time later,which was a fold out bed,and a quilt and pillow.The guy had to push a chair into the corner to squeeze the bed in,which was a very tight fit.This room was certainly not designed for 3 people,it was far too small. Myself and my uncle decided to use the pool to relax a bit,with maybe a sauna and steam room,and a bit of a swim.If you are going to the pool,make sure you bring a pound for the locker in the changing room.The pool is very small,and the jacuzzi is miniscule,which is about the temperature of a cold cup of tea.The walls all around the pool are crumbling,with the plaster coming off everywhere.The sauna is on one floor,an the steam room on another,which I found strange.The pool area was well below par,cold and empty,and not very comfortable.After the match,we came back to the hotel for a drink,deciding to have an early enough night.We ordered 3 pints,which came to 2 to 3 pound more expensive than anywhere else we had visited.The bar is very expensive,as is the restaurant and room service menu.We did not eat from either,so cant comment on the food. At eleven o'clock I rang reception to ask for an extra pillow,and when the housekeeping service arrived the next day,I still had not received it,and had to ask the maid.I dont think I would stay here again,although the close proximity to the city centre was very handy. "Great Location and Fabulous Staff"
We really appreciated all the staff who were so attentive and friendly and made the stay wonderful. The only thing that was an issue is my sister found their bed uncomfortable. I was fine sleeping on a rollaway bed as there were three of us in the room but she found her bed too hard. The location is fabulous and a very quick walk into town.
