BreakFree Neptune - Broadbeach

Breakfree Neptune is perfectly positioned within a short walk of Pacific Fair, Jupiters Casino and Broadbeach. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The only letdown was the small pool but it wasn't swimming weather and the beach is less than 5 minutes away. Highly recommend.

I personally went here to enjoy my birthday but didnt realise it was the time of the terential weather condition at the Gold Coast. Staff were great and personally the cafe was far better than surfers paradise cafe/restaurants. Location was great as there is a wide range of restaurants I recommend you to try it! Location was excellent. Close to Pacific Fair, Jupiters and Broadbeach Malls. The on site cafe is great for a lazy breakfast.

Seating fabric was worn through leaving large holes. Lounge suite was an old futon which left you either sitting on metal bars or through the seat and on to the floor. Very poor room quality. The rest of the hotel fine. Meals at the cafe were lovely. Location was great.

We were impressed with the facilities in the room -had everything we needed to be self sufficient for a week (or more). Location was very convenient for beach and shopping.

had read mixed reviews about the place but as we live in such a negitive world, i decided to only put faith in the positive ones. they were spot on. great room, very comfortible, really really enjoyed. great location.

The stay was very good apart from the first 3hours there, we had booked for 2 adults and 1 child aged 17 and there was no sofa or fold away bed in the room. My son has a broken leg and really needed the Sofa bed, i contacted the hotel and they said we had only booked for 2 adults, i took the paper work down in the morning to make it clear.Theyt brought […] up a fold up bed which was very small about 90mins later. The cafe in the hotel is very reasonable price and yammy. But close at 2:00pm is bit too early though.

The suite was clean and comfortable with all tools that can be used (kitchen, laundry, etc.) could be great for a little family or a little group of people.Access ti pool, gym and sauna.

The rooms are very tired ... furniture and bedding felt on the grotty side ! Some dirty dishes in cupboard ... I covered the lounge with a towel.. . air con LOUD ... Had to hire pool towel ... $6.. came in handy for lounge cover !! Very convient location to casino and Broadbeach shops ...

Front desk staff very efficient. However security was very very poor. We were on the 7th floor and always locked the doors. Our laptop computer was stolen and there was no evidence of forced entry. There would never be a return visit because of this problem.

The hotel was clean- just needs to be updated!! Old decor and very dated- not bad for the price.zI guess you get what you pay for- I really don't think this was a 4 star place by American standards. Great location although a little noisy on a busy road very pretty at night with views of Casino and Pacific Fair within walking distance- bus route outside door.

This is pretty average hotel, more like self catering apartments than a hotel though, room condition was OK, there is no daily room service unless you ask for it, basic tea and coffee is provided as starter pack but you got to get your own after that. Room was clean when we got there and maintenance wise the hotel was in pretty good shape, had a flat […] screen TV in the room which appeared relatively new. The one downside there where two couches in our room both of them where pretty uncomfortable to sit on! Pool area of the hotel looks like it needs a paint but apart from that OK. 立地、ロケーション、利便性・・どれをとっても、Ａランクのコンドミニアムでした。 室内も使いやすく、必要なものが揃っていて快適でした。ジャグジー、プールも利用させていただきました。ショッピングセンター、ＳＨＯＷレストランにも徒歩圏内でバス停も近く、申し分ありませんでした。 ただ季節柄、バスルームに蟻が出没、毎日蟻退治がちょっと残念。でもスタッフの方が迅速に対応（殺虫スプレー）してくださり、さほどの不快さはありませんでした。次回も是非！利用させて頂きます。 ありがとうございました。
