Pro ; Great location Cons: Rooms tired & outdated Lots of noise Full of drunks and parties at the weekend Very over priced for effectively a motel room No mention of Continental breakfast

Pros: Good location, cons: dated, feels dated and unclean, the continental breakfast is a coffee with powered milk!

My wife and I needed to get away for a day and found this hotel on the site. We had no problem locating and the location was great! 3 blocks from Clifton hill and all the attractions and about a 15 minute walk to see the majesty of the falls. The hotel is in a great location and the room was clean but the price was a bit too high. The breakfast wasn't good and we couldn't catch any WiFi.

Old,somewhat clean. Would not stay there again. No amenities in the room. Old dirty carpet. Niagrara Falls now looks like a tourist trap. Not anything like it used to be. I will find another place to spend my money.

My family normally stay at 4+ all invlusive hotels so to say the least we chanced it by staying here. I read the reviews and said why not. I was very impressed on how it was maintained. the entire property was clean including the small swimming pool. the breakfast was just coffee/OJ and muffins...good enough to get up and go site see.

Very quiet location, close to attractions. Room was a bit outdated but very clean. Just basics, don't expect a lot of luxuries. Staff was friendly and accomodating. All in all, we got a good nights sleep and recomand that hotel for people on a buget that are looking for a clean and quiet place to sleep. worst breakfast I ever seen in hotels.

What a gem of a find. This motel is just up from Clifton Hill area (which is the tourist district). We walked everywhere as a family and loved it. Our daughter has CP, so we just used her wheelchair :) Room was clean, comfortable. the motel is FAMILY run. everyday we saw the owner picking up garbage or watering the flowers :) has a indoor pool & a outdoor […] pool. If we ever go back to Niagara Falls, we will DEFINATELY stay here again!!! what a value. Les mer

-the price wasn't worth with what you get -the location was very good though, easy access to main strip -beds were uncomfortable -need to update pictures, time of arrival had to second guess -did not like the fact on the day of check-out, it was 10am; was still packing up and the housekeeper knocked once and opened the door herself and said "just checking […] on my room"... thats invading privacy also the housekeeper could of waited til 11am when check-out. Location was great. Easy to find and close to main strip. Quality was so, so. No hairdryer in the room. No to comment of Breakfast. Don't even try it. A few reheated store bought Cinnamon rolls. Took one bite and threw rest away.

No refrigerator in room, Only one kind of breakfast (just muffins, juice and coffee). Tiny bathroom. But I understand this Niagara Falls area is very famous a tourist spot... - -;; Also the hotel price is not bad

If you want to be able to walk to the falls and all of the activities this location is great. You are off the main street and away from the noise. The neighborhood is run down. but not scary. The staff are extremely unhelpful or indifferent. They do not have WI FI anywhere except the lobby and you have to pay $3 per 15 minutes. They charged for parking. […] This was a surprise at check in. They do not stock soap, shampoo, hairdryers or irons in the rooms. I had to run downstairs to the lobby for each item when we discovered we were missing. Do not expect to have a continental breakfast. It is not stocked well and hidden in the basement. Les mer

We stayed one night at this location and found the accommodations comfortable, the staff attentive and friendly and the location very good. It was a block from all the action at Clifton Hill. With a reasonable price and comfortable accommodations, the hotel is certainly one of the "Best Values" in the Falls area on the Canadian side.

the room was nice the hotel look nicer than the picture but the internet service doesnt work in most of the rooms i had to sit in the hallway and there were others doing the same like it was a classroom on the stairways they need to improve that

Hotel bietet keinen besonderen Komfort, liegt aber sehr gut zu den Faellen. Das Fruehstueck besteht nur aus Muffins und Kaffee als selfservice. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhoehrig.
