"Convient to lots of shopping"
The hotel is great but it does need to do some updates in the rooms and maintenance on the grounds. Otherwise it is still a good hotel and good rates for what they offer with friendly service from all.

I was very pleased with my hotel stay here for many reasons but most of all because of the free shuttle service offered which was critical to me as I needed a ride to/from the doctor's office for an outpatient procedure. I was also pleasantly surprised that in addition to complimentary breakfast the hotel offered a complimentary "light dinner" that […] included one free cocktail!!! Imagine that! For being such an economical place to stay, it was quite shocking. The breakfast/dining area was quite charming w/ a fireplace and TV and my room was just as charming as it had a cute little fireplace and a kitchen with all the amenities I needed. The only flaw was that there was some rust on the bottom of the door and a leak stain on the sealing but everything else couldn't have been more perfect. The pillowtop bed was extremly comfortable and the bedding was immaculate. Upon returning from a medical procedure, it was the perfect place to relax and feel comfortable and secure ... just like home. Les mer

Great location to convention center and food options and the interstate. The hotel is older and needs a lot of repair. The layout is great and it was pretty quite. If it was completely redone it would be great. Probably will not stay there again until it is renovated

We were pleased with our stay. Our room was the two bedroom loft (the second bedroom is in the loft area). It was great to have so much room to spread out. The room could use some cosmetic updates and there was a closet door that needed repair. However, the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was clean. The hotel is not a recommendation for anyone. For starters, my room key stop working that morning and the front office knew about it and I came back at 10 pm and it still wasn't fixed. So we had to wait 30 minutes for maintenance. The outside of hotel is not well maintained. Stairwells have rust build up and trash is everywhere.

We stayed here basically becuase of the pictuers we saw online. Furniture was completely different then in the picture. The furniture was very worn and not at all as in the picture. Cleaning service was good but the room definately needs updating. i asked to see another room as ours had a musty smell. The other loft was even worse. I was dissappointed that the suite for 4 adults and 2 children that we reserved way ahead of time was not available when we arrived. They put us in two separate rooms that they said were beside each other when in fact you had to walk all the way around the building to get to the other room. What a wonderful hotel! The staff were super friendly and hospitable, the breakfasts were yummy and the beds were amazingly soft and comfy. They also served an evening snack Mon-Thurs that could pass as dinner to a light eater. The 2 bedroom loft had plenty of space for our family with young children. They even had the maids "refresh" the room daily […] (make the beds, change linens, do dishes!). Free wi-fi and day pass to a full gym within walking distance made for a very nice stay. Les mer

"Love Chase!!"
OMG!! The room was fantastic!! :-) I don't have cable @ home - so watching cable while laying in the bed was exactly what I needed. The layout of the suite was inviting & very comforting. Love the kitchen size - full size!! Loved the fireplace. LOVED, LOVED the comfort of the bed...OUTSTANDING!!!

everything was wonderful, staff was really nice, rooms were clean, huge and had everything you need. Only problem and its a small problem was the television was small and far away from the bed

With great ease I was able to book my stay. I requested a handicap room with walk in shower and a king size bed. Did not get a king size bed. The thermostat was behind the bathroom door. Had huge problem trying to locate it. Really needed the heat in the room. The fire place did not have wood so was not able to use it. On plus side it was in a great […] location and the check-in was fast. The buffet breakfast was really nice with a great selection of choices. I have already suggested a friend to stay at this hotel. "Ok hotel, but horrible customer service"
The hotel was decent, but we didn't have hot water. Because we booked through hotels.com, they would not do a thing about it and felt totally unresponsible for the condition. The customer service of the hotel staff was horrible and I will not be returning to them again.

It was very convenient for us having three boys (6, 4 and 3 months old). The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare quick meals. The beds were very comfortable.

Loved the spacious comfortable accommodations! The living area with kitchen, flat screen and computer desk made us feel right at home. It was a very cold night and the fireplace was a plus...we only wished it were gas logs vs. having to purchase logs with a shorter burn time from the office and deal with handling the fire. "Defintely best bang for your buck!"
I stayed at this hotel recently on a business trip and was EXTREMELY satisfied with my stay. The room was very large and comfortable and had great amenities. Not to mention that they also provide the convenience of free breakfast and a happy hour.

Very pleased with this hotel. We traveled with another couple who stayed at this hotel as well. We were able to get together in the evenings and play games we had brought along in front of the fireplace. If you are someone who needs the very newest to be happy pay more and stay somewhere else. If you like the idea of a kitchen to enjoy munchies and […] store leftovers then stay here!! Nice breakfast came with the room. Stop at walmart for a few of the burn logs- they are wood burners- make sure you call and request a room with a fireplace if you want one because not all rooms have them. This hotel is so nice and so comfortable. You get your own kitchen bathroom and everything you need. The only problem I had was getting them to release the deposit for incidentals they take at check in which was easily fixed with a phone call. I highly recommend it. I checked into this hotel to just have a great place to ring in 2012. Everything at this hotel was nice clean and well Kept. The front desk agents were friendly and awesome. It felt like a little apartment. It was very nice. The appliances worked great and they had everything needing to cook if you wanted. "Very dirty"
Our room was extremely dirty. Carpet was gross, could not even walk on it barefoot. It turned our socks black. Mattress cover on sofa bed had two large bloodspots on it. Was able to get clean one from front desk but this cover should never had been placed back on a bed in the first place. Very low standards for hotel cleanliness.

Property is neat and well maintained. Studio suite is very roomy. Free wireless in the rooms was excellent.

This hotel is aged, the room had a definite odor and was not in the best of condition. With that being said. the staff (every single one that I encountered) was amazing. When there was a problem with the toilet running all night- it was repaired the next day. When I explains that none of the exterior lights on my building were working they were replaced […] the next day. Fantastic customer service. We stayed in the loft suite, the beds were huge and comfie, 2 bathrooms made life great. There were stains on the carpet and the room was in desperate need of paint. Room was very nice. It rained the night before and the room locks weren't working so the maintenance man came over right away and fixed it. He also showed us how to work the TV as well. During the week they have dinner for guests as well as breakfast. They were very accomadating.
Nice comfortable hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Hotel was very close to various hospitals, and about 20 minutes away from attractions we were in KC to see. I was a bit disappointed in the continental breakfast. Overall it was a good hotel and I would stay there again.

"Enjoyed my stay!"
We needed enough space so that our 5 night stay didn't feel as if we were encased in a box. This fit the bill perfectly. Having a full kitchen, a separate area with a couch and a large enough dressing room was perfect. The bed was comfortable and walls just thick enough where we hardly heard other guests. We enjoyed the use of the hotel amenities (ie […] pool, laundry room and breakfast). The only area that would need some improvement is the mustiness of the room when we first checked in. Because I brought some air freshener, that problem went away the first night. No question, I would definately pick this place over other hotels when we come back into town again. "Great Gym!"
This was an older hotel and when I first checked in I felt like they put me in a room that no one had stayed in for a while. There was a strange smell in the room - kinda musty! But after I went to target and got some air freshener, it got better. It was very quiet, people I saw outside were very amiable. I was very, very impressed with the work out […] facility - it was so very nice, had a great bathroom, two huge rows of treadmills plus the stair climbers,etc. - along with weights and weight machines. All good things to say about this hotel. Service was great, the beds were super comfortable and just the overall stay was a 5 star. We travel for NASCAR weekend and we will be back to stay. Coffee and breakfast was awesome as well. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

It was great location. We walked in the neighborhood for a hour walk each day and enjoyed it. Very pleasant staff and good breakfast. The only down side was the mattress on the bed. That mattress should have been thrown out!!! It was absolutely terrible. The stairs to get to the room needed repairs as well.
