Chase Suite Baton Rouge The tolite ran off and on all the time. The fridge ran all the time. It was hard to get used to. I had to make my own bed. (the pullout bed) They did not clean the room one day saying we left the room to late for the cleaning staff. We had friends at the hotel and they left their rooms at the same time. All employees related to the front desk and maintainance were personable and very helpful. My partner and I were very pleased to be there.

Chase Suites are fabulous! I wish there were Chase Suites in every town. They are like a home away from home. The price was great too.

Bed was comfortable. Sitting in living area had upholstery with stale smoke odor.

According to our coordinator this was the top recommended hotel. We stayed from 27-29 Jan 12. 1. Upon check-in we were told no parties, which I understand but the attitude was that we were going to have one from the staff (Poor attitude from this guy at front desk) 2. Parking is not secured or is the main entrance to all rooms there. 3. Lots of teenagers […] running loose and wild in the hotel both nights. 4. Some people still had parties going on. Guess if you know the front desk clerk your ok. 5. Second night room door was unable to be unlocked for two hours. The female clerk was friendly and did her best and finally got our card to work correctly. 6. If not for her I would definitely have rated this hotel lower. Overall if you need a quick place to stay then this would be ok. I think the Marriott across the freeway would be better. Les mer

My fiancé and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. We just wanted to go relax somewhere and check stuff out. I was very pleased with the spacious rooms and the full kitchens. The room had its own living room also. The rooms could use a little updating, but it is definitely worth staying here. Overall I would stay here again!!

Nice big rooms with seperate living area and two tvs. Worn, older furnishings but great if you're not all that picky and set-up well for extended stay. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Has some nice amenities - pool and basketball court, but did not feel like 3 star hotel. Very convenient to highway.

Our stay at Chase Suites was exceptional. The staff was attentive to all our needs and very hospitable. Clean, comfortable room and a great complimentary breakfast. Will definitely be back!

We chose this hotel because it was convenient to our destination, however, this hotel is terrible outdated. Outdated decor, furnishings, popcorn celings and just plain looks dreary. If you don't care about hotel atmosphere then this is the place for you.

I had never stayed in a CHASE Suites before. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, comfortable and I loved the kitchenette. The breakfast was good. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I would now be more willing to try Chase Suites in other cities. Chase Suite Hotel- Baton Rouge gave me a good "first impression."

Very nice rooms, great bed, and very convenient to business's, college and restaurants...Only dig is if they want to advertise a full kitchen, then they should provide pots and pans.....Full kitchen was a selling point for me during an extended stay....other wise very clean comfortable and accomodating staff.

I highly recommend Chase Suite Hotel. It is by far the best accomodations for the price and location -and I have stayed in many places. Rooms are very clean, comfortable, spacious. I am pretty sure these rooms were used as corporate housing at one time. It's like a small apartment. Exceptional Stay.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone very convenient location also very clean quite has full kitchen with all dishes if u want to stay n n the hot breakfast buffet is wonderful homemade was delicious.

Husband and I stayed in hotel for a night for flight next morning while visiting family in LA. Central location, great staff, wonderful room, good price!! Had fireplace as well but it is wood-burning not gas. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and we will stay again next time in BR!!!

The room was great! loved the full size kitchen, bed was comfy. My main complaint was the tub was really slipper and could use some bleach around the chauk.And kinda wish they had a gym with the hotel, but at least you get a pass to another gym! Other then that, it was a great room and enjoyed our stay!

I plan to stay at this hotel again in the very near future.

Nice people at desk. no problem. food good. Quality of cable tv poor on flat screen on non digital station on had 3 channels other than PBS or weather in HD. Spoiled

The hotel is was wonderful. Had a problem with A/C on second day, they quickly moved us to another room downstairs. Hotel has a unique apartment style setup. Only drawback is if it is raining, you will get wet!!!

This is more of a motel then a hotel. It was clean and for the price served the purpose. Some people are uncomfortable with the people hanging around the outside of the rooms but it did not bother me. Actually you got a lot for the money and there were a lot of nice Army personnel there. I hope they got a good discount.

We had a very comfortable stay. Easy access to food and shopping.

This was a great hotel, and if I need to back to Baton Rouge, I will stay there if possible. These are suites, and appeared to have been built as small 1-2 bedroom apartments and converted to a hotel. But, the room was very comfortable, with multiple tv's (living room & bedroom). It was a full kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, etc. The only downsides […] were there was no coffee for the coffee pot (unusual) and the door lock did not work on the first room, but they quickly moved us to another room and came to assist us moving our bags from in front of the door. They also maintain a no party policy, and the complex was very quiet. Although all of the units have outside facing doors (4 units to a building) the noise level from outside was non-existent. My family & I really enjoyed staying at Chase Suite in Baton Rouge. The service was great and the associates were very nice & helpful. I will recommend this hotel to my friends & family.

This was a great gem. The 1 bedroom unit was large and updated with a full kitchen and granite countertops. There was plenty of room for eating, working on computer, relaxing, and watching TV. The breakfast which was included was very good containing hot and cold items. The staff was excellent and friendly. I would definitely stay here again the next […] time I am in Baton Rouge. This is in a great area...you are in walking distance of several places to eat. The hotel was very quiet. I can't say that I have ever seen a nicer (clean) breakfast area in a hotel! It was a typical continental breakfast but there was not a crumb to be found...everything was so fresh! The entire lobby area was so open and bright. Nice place, love the layout of the rooms. Only problem was the pool was too small! There were a lot people trying to use the pool all at the same time. We traveled over 700 miles to get to Baton Rouge. While they did not allow me to check in at 11 a.m., I came back around 1 and was finally able to get checked in. I was pleasently surprised to find a great room. I loved the separation of the bedroom and living areas. My family loved having two separate areas and TV's. We enjoyed the pool area and I […] would highly recommend this hotel for other families. My only real complaint would be that the bathrooms do not have a hair dryer, which made my wife and two daughters upset. But, they survived! Les mer

This was our first time staying with Chase Suite Hotel. We were very pleased with the overall service, location and cleanliness of our room. It had that "home away from home" atmosphere. We are planning another trip sometime in August and do plan to reserve our suite for this trip at Chase Hotel again.

I chose this particular hotel based on the hotel decription, reviews, location, & photo's. What really attracted me initially was the layout of the room. I was visiting to the city (from Texas) to take an exam and wanted a day to review and desired a place that felt comfortable. Chase did not disappoint. I preferred a king, but my rooom was completely […] sufficient. It had such a 'home' feel to it...plenty of windows to open drapes to let in some sunshine...full kitchen & separate rooms. Other than having a queen (but comfortable) bed, the description said work desk, but there was none. There is a counter that could be used, in addition to a small round dining table. We only needed a one night stay in Baton Rouge to accomodate myself and my husband for an early morning exam I had the following morning. The room was fine; a little chilly in their when we arrived, but acceptable. The appearance of the hotel was a little iffy (our door's sidelight windows were covered in aluminum foil from the inside, for privacy). […] The room was clean, comfy bed, and nice little kitchen area, which we didn't use. The only true complaint I had was that the room above us had very squeaky floor boards, and our upper neighbors were up at 5am walking all around. As I said, we only had one night so I can't really rate the suite for its full use; we didn't even try the free breakfast we were in such a hurry in the morning. But with it's location right off College (Corporate), and the very close range of grocery stores, restraunts, and shopping, it would be a fine stay for any travel. Les mer

We like a hotel room that has a door separating living from bedroom because of kids going to bed earlier. For the area this is the cheapest and had good things like hot breakfast with a variety of things and clean rooms/hotel, updated rooms and lobby, full kitchen, nice front desk staff. Breakfast ladies are grumpy and when they run out of things you […] do have to ask for more. And the bed linens need improvement because mattress covers and sheets come off during sleep and we couldn't get room cool enough to sleep at night under covers. We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms in 2 different sized beds and had these probs in both. Overall good hotel-- just bring sheet corner holders. Les mer

This was a very nice hotel! Everything was very nice and more than what was expected. Breaksfast was good and the location was great! The staff was very friendly! Would highly recommend a stay here especially if in Baton Rouge for several consecutive days!!

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff were welcoming and kind. The grounds were well kept and the room was all that I expected--very comfortable and clean.
