convinent, only 15 m wolk to psg the gracia, they have super market (a small one) right across the strit but it not open all the time. great service from the staff, and the one and only problem we had (coupol) was that the hotel internet wasnt working when we need it. but even then, they gave us our money for the internet use back and let us use the […] web from their office for free. the staff also recomend on a resturants in the area when we ask them. ask them to book a room that has window to the street otherwise the inside rooms dont have a viwe at all. all togathere great hotel Les mer

very good price/value ratio!

A very modern and clean hotel, with pleasant and helpful reception staff. The battery in the room safe was running low, but was replaced immediately when reported. The Plaza Catalunya and the Sagrada Familia are about a 20 minute stroll away, through a busy, but safe area. We (2 adults with a 2 year old) stayed at Hotel Ayers for 4 days. Customer service was excellent. Although hotel is not located in the main Las Ramblas area and not walking distance away to the main locations, it is very close to Metro. Hotel room was very nice and clean and very apt for us. Hotel service was very good, but I would advise not to totally […] trust what the conceirge tell and instead do your own research. Ex. we booked the Flamenco show for next night. We were told seats are reserved, but when we reached,we came to know that seats were on first-come basis. So, we did not get the best seats. Pros: The bed was quite firm (which I loved) and, with a lovely set of curtains that effectively blocked all light, and a sound-insulating door, I slept like a stone. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked, the bathroom was beautiful, and the fridge was not filled with overpriced junk that I wouldn't bother paying for anyway. The location is […] good - it's a 15-minute walk to the Barri Gothic quarter, which is very doable in a beautiful city such as Barca. It's also very close to two metro stations, meaning travel throughout the city is very quick. The neighborhood was quiet and appeared reasonably safe. A few supermercats are nearby, so buying water and fruits on the way out was a simple affair. Aesthetically pleasing. Cons: Seriously... 4 stars and not a single clothes iron in the entire hotel? The internet signal within the room was very weak. I needed to stand in the hall to use it on my iPod and the connection failed on a BlackBerry and Android-based phone. Time for a new system, guys. The breakfast was probably good, but at the price they offered and with so many cafes nearby, why would I pay that much? The air conditioner, while in "standby", had an impressive squeaky wheel noise that helped drown out noise outside the room. (Perhaps this should be a pro.) I didn't bother complaining. Summary: I liked this place. I walked by a few hotels that I'd stayed at before in Barcelona and remembered how much I hated going back to them at the end of the day. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Nice neighborhood, convenient to metro. Wireless internet worked maybe one third of the time. The room's air conditioning sounded like a helicopter landing, but it had to be on since the room's only opening window opened to the atrium (faces in the hotel, not outside). The desk people were helpful. Did not opt […] for the 15 euro breakfast. Bathroom was very nice with a shower and a bathtub separate. Fridge was a nice addition. The best part about this hotel is that you can walk to many major areas and if you don't like to walk much the metro is 2 blocks away. We spent one whole day never having to use the metro at all. we stayed in Ayre casp in Barcelona for 2 nights. Very closed to Arch de Triomf metro stop, convenient for going to all the usual landmarks in Barcelona. Very helpful staff at the reception. The room is clean and comfortable. Wifi is free but was a bit slow. Also free mineral water in the fridge each day.

Smells like sewer although we were told that it is a city wide problems so not sure if this is corect. They were very accomodating and we changed rooms several times-4 times in 3 nights due to no AC working, then changed to a smoking room, then changed to a sewer smelling bathroom and then to one that was not as smelly. Value for money. Friendly helpful staff and convieient location. Modern layout with very good facilities. Gym facilities limited.

I thought this hotel was marvellous, really modern looking and a great position. Staff were helpful and the only complaint I had was I could not get my smartphone to work with the wifi. We were on a short break and walked everywhere and we really liked the central location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is a little too far from the main attractions. But if you don't mind walking or taking public transportation (the main street is just one block away and the subway station is very close), the location is fine. Clean facility and well maintained. Most of the staff are plesant although I had a littrle bit of difficulty in checking in.. The city center is about a kilometer. If you can find your way, it is a great location. Very expensive breakfast! The man at the desk told that it was included in the price but had a nasty surprise (15euros-per day later.) Stayed last weekend July 2010. Hotel well situated in quiet neighbourhood, 15-20 min walk to top of Las Ramblas and to seafront/beach, close to Metro and on bus routes. Rooms very comfortable and quiet at night with no traffic sound. Cafe bar quiet but lots of small cafes/bars within few minutes walk. It was a great hotel. Not the most exciting neighborhood, but within walking distance of a lot of good stuff. Also, free bottled water, which was nice since the tap water is horrifying.

The hotel was very nice, clean and modern. The employees were very nice and helpful. We arrived too early to check in so we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel in a locked room right next to the check-in desk.

hotel is very nice situated only two blocks from Barcelona Nord bus station all small coffee shops in sourounding area are very cheap a specially for breakfast,walking distance to Sagrada Familia. the only think we didnt like was lack of iron but same was in Madrid so this must have to be the rule in Spanish hotels or something.definietely would rstay […] there again. The Ayre Hotel seemed misleading. It was in an offset neighborhood from the attractions of the city. Walking at night was a bit scary. Rooms were small and the shower was moldy. At least they had a safe. No late night food or beverage service was available. Lots of petty crime in Barcelona. Make sure you watch your stuff closely. Carry a copy of you […] passport or other id. 平日の安さであればそれなりに満足しますが、週末ならば割高に感じます。 但し他のバルセロナのホテルには宿泊したことはないので、相対的に高いか低いかは分かりません。

Dejligt hotel med god service og fine værelser. God morgenmadsbuffet og kort afstand til metrostation.

Hotel eignet sich gut für Stadtbesichtigung Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein

bra hotell, bra personal, bra läge. bra helt enkelt. första rummet luktade dock rök, trots rökförbud, men det var inga problem att byta. promenadavstånd till det mesta, men det kanske är subjektivt iofs.

O quarto e muito limpo, claro e iluminado. O Banheiro é bom. A localização é boa. Nos arredores é possível tomar um bom café da manhã. Possui varios locais. Supermercados próximos: água barata e frutas frescas e deliciosas. O atendimento na recepção é de primeira linha. Fica próximo da Gran Via. Porém num local calmo e silencioso. Recomendo.

Hotel com excelente localização. Próximo ao centro comercial e praças, Bairro Born, etc. Pessoal muito atencioso e solícito. Ótimo custo-benefício.

...aber durchaus weiter zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind klein aber reizend eingerichtet. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Gullygeruch beim duschen, da macht eine längere Dusche keinen Spass und Zähne putzen ist eine echte Herausforderung. Warum das so ist - keine Ahnung! Ansonsten ist man mit durchschnittlich jeweils 20 Minuten Fußweg entweder bei der Sagrada, […] am Strand oder auf der Rambla, wir fanden das toll. Allerdings haben wir am vorletzten Tag bemerkt, dass auch Taxi fahren nicht die Welt kostet und durchaus eine Altenative darstellt. Bei der Citytour per Bus ist erwähnenswert, dass man die Busse mit dem "Auge" nehmen sollte, die mit der "Sonne" haben keine Regendächer und bei uns hatte es leider dann und wann erhöhte Luftfeuchtigkeit. Schirme aufspannen "is not allouwed" - we were not amused. Ja unser letztes Remümee: Barcelona ist super, nicht billig, shoppen ist sensationell (italienische Schuhe sind aber viel besser), alle Südländer sind tiefenentspannt - wir hoffen wir komen wieder. Ligger som sagt två kvarter NV om busstation Nord, dit man kommer om man tar skyttelbussen från Girona. Modern design och bra badrum, med både dusch och badkar. Gratis vatten i kylskåpet, som fylldes på varje dag. 25 minuters långsam promenad ner till havet, ca. 2 km. Trevligt att jogga ned till havet och sedan jogga på strandpromenaden, även om det […] var sten/asfalt. Bra frukostbuffe, om än inte perfekt, som kan köpas till vid incheckning. Cava och små omeletter med bacon står man sig länge på :-) Trevlig bar, med några bord ute på trottoaren, i skydd av lite växter. 10 minuters promenad till Triumfbågen och den trevliga Citadell-parken, och 15 minuter (åt andra hållet) till Sagrada Familia. 25 minuter till La Rambla, och den jättelika saluhallen där. Rent och fräscht hotell som fyller sitt syfte att sova på. Inte speciellt charmigt, hotellfoajen är inte speciellt inbjudande och du blir inte "sugen" på att spendera någon överflödig tid där. Ett försök till att vara modernt och avskalat (nordiskt) men som känns som ett konferenshotell än ett mysigt hotell att spendera en weekend på.

Otel personeli son derece yardımseverdi, otelin başka da olumlu bir özelliği yok. Odamızdaki klima ses çıkarıyordu, banyo çok temiz değildi. Tarihi şehir merkezine uzaklığı orta halli. 20-30 dakika yürüme gerektiriyor.
