Ok, men vi ble begge syk på turen som delvis ødela ferien for oss. Hotellet er stort og veldig mange gjester som gjør at det blir kø og kaos i frokostsal og lite personlighet.

Stort hotell med fin utsikt fra mange rom. Innbydende omgivelser. God mat, men liten spisesal i forhold til antall gjester. Informasjonen hos servitører/kokker angående glutenfri mat kunne vært bedre.

Flott hotell Frokosten veldig bra Basengområdet var bra Minus for ingen strand ved sjøen Fin belliggenhet nært strandpromenade shoppinsenter og hoved gater Synd at vi måtte avbryte oppholdet tidligere enn planlagt Vurderer å ta ferien på nytt ved en senere anledning

Good central position with access from the gardens onto the beachside promenade. Good section of beach with good waves to encourage surfers. We were very impressed with the gardens surrounding the 3 pools. Ample good quality sun beds,mattresses and sun shades. Far better poolside grounds than other hotels in the surrounding area. We have just returned from a weeks holiday (jan) and had a wonderful time. Our room was beautiful with sea views and if you want to be in the heart of things this is a great. Enid. We specifically booked it as we love live rock music and Sax rock bar was just 2 mins away. Clean with helpful staff an excellent stay

Unconfortable bed, hotel seems to be old and require an update, view from the balcony was very good as we could see the ocean and mountains, food wa s good, the staff very nice and helpful, nice swimmingpool, close to bars and shops and the beach

I would go back to the hotel again. The staff and service was very good. The pool area was great as was the position of the hotel. The only downside were the bedrooms, they were not up to 4 star standards.

First impressions not good at all. Despite paying for a sea view and requesting a room on high floor, we were given a room on first floor. On opening the door we discovered the room was still occupied but luckily the people were not in their room otherwise it could've been embarassing. So much for security !! We were then offered a disabled room on […] the ground floor stuck in corner with no sea view. Again not happy we were told we had to wait until next day to be moved. When paying a lot of money for this time of year this is not good enough. Next day we were given a room higher up which had been refurbished and to be fair was really good. The local rock band bar nearby was very noisy into small hours which I imagine can be a problem for light sleepers. Food and service at hotel was good despite being very busy. Plenty sunbeds. After the first shock when we found out that the toilet door was to narrow for an ordinary weehl-chair and we had to live without the toilet door and had to borrow another wheel-chair. . . We had a nice stay.

Fantastic hotel. We had bead and breakfast, and the food for breakfast was of a fairly high standard. Good choice and it was pretty decent for the usual 'feed the 5000' set-up. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, all you need really. The pool area was good, two pools and one of them was heated as it was out of season which was nice. They […] also have a kids pool but I was travelling with a friend so no children with us. Having said that it was clear to see this would be very suitable for families. The daytime and evening entertainment is very family-oriented and there is something for everyone here. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel was fantastic, very close to the beach and the surf schools if that is your thing, very close to the nightlife (3 minute walk to the main strip of bars, not close enough to hear the music from the hotel or anything), numerous restaurants nearby. We also booked a scuba diving trip through the hotel and the tours guy was very helpful. Overall I would 100% recommend the hotel, and I would look to stay again when going back to Tenerife. Les mer

lovely well kept hotel situated in a very convenient location around 300 yrds from main bars and 400 yrds from main shopping area, staff in dining area are very efficient and friendly but staff at bars need to speed up a little , all staff are very friendly, good selection of food at every sitting , cant complain about food quality as 4 of us ate for […] a week with no complaints ,,pool area kept clean with very nice pools and nice surroundings with plenty of sunbathing and shaded areas, would willingly go back to this hotel , the surrounding area is very well kept by the local authorities probably one of the cleanest places i have been to . location is superb .hotel is in centre of resort. rooms are cleaned everyday to a high standard ,got air conditioning although beds are hard. food is great loads of choice for lunch & dinner( breakfast is disappointing) rememeber if all inclusive use your free 1 night at the italian food you will enjoy it.always had couple of choices of meat & fish […] every meal. If all inclusive top brand spirits available if you ask and loads of cocktails to choose. you can now use all bars for all inclusive sunbeds dash starts 8.15am I would go down at 8.30am and still got 6 beds together beside pool. table tennis is free( you need a 10 euro deposit) and you get 1 free 1hour game of tennis . there are pool tables which cost 1 euro per game. The entertainment staff do a good job running the is competitions from 11 to 4pm everyday for varoius sports. entertainment is a bit hit and miss at night . however there is loads of entertainment nearby so if you dont like it can always go to the many pubs outside the hotel there is a kids club but not alot of children go to this hotel as the british tour operators dont use it .you arent aloud any inflatables or balls in the pool which is a bit disappointing. I would have thought you could have been aloud to use them in even the smaller pool as they did play water polo in that pool . overall i would recommend this hotel and when i return to teneriffe i would use this hotel Les mer

A great hotel. We had a clean comfortable room with a sea view. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We chose to go half board and found the buffet style meals were of a very high standard. There was plenty of choice and you would be very hard to please if you couldn't find something you liked to eat. The British were in the minority which was […] not a problem for ourselves. This was our second time at this hotel, we had a room with a seaview and it was lovely. It can be a little noisy in the surrounding area ,but not in the hotel itself . The entertainment in hotel finishes at 11.30. Food excellent and staff vey helpful.l

Stayed at the H10 Las Palmeras in September 2012. We went half board but the food and drink was a lot cheaper than we've had to pay at other similar hotels. It is worth paying the extra for all inclusive as the food and drinks on offer are excellent. We had a very enjoyable stay, the weather was great and the hotel is located next to the beach. The […] beach is black sand with rock but there are sandy patches if you walk a short distance up the coast. The port of Colon is very close hence water sports and excursions are easily reached. The entertainment is a little bit cabaret as the hotel is clearly trying to entertain a wide range of nationalities. The room we had was spacious and facing the pool which was great. Sadly if you have children the games room is poor, the air hockey was broken, the pool tables were on the wonk and the games machine is circa 1995, but then the pools are big and there is enough entertainment locally to keep everyone happy. Don't be put off by the entrance to the hotel. It is located on the main road and flanked by some rather odd shops etc. Once inside the hotel you quickly forget about this. The security is visible in the hotel and we were only aware of one incident where a bag was taken from the pool side. Les mer

I have just returned from H10 las palmeras in playa las Americas. I was on holiday with my daughter. The first thing to say is If you can afford it get a room witha seaview, we didn't and we had a view of the mountains. Looking down you could see a generator and Solar panels not such a good view. Having said this in the end the room didn't matter at […] all. The pools were fantastic, the food excellent really good choices and the entertainment very varied and fun. The animation team including lucia, Idris and Desanto were good with Adults and Children and worked extremely hard. There were also four tennis courts , although the beach right outside hotel was not so good , but a better one was only 5-10 minutes in either direction. Lovely hotel and I would recommend it. This is a lovely hotel with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. The pool area is laid out very well with plenty of sun beds and a large swimming pool. There was always plenty of entertainment at night and lots of activities if you want to take part in the day. The food was varied but was not of a high quality. The staff were very pleasant […] and very helpful. The only downside was the hard beds,otherwise the rooms were very comfortable. The location was excellent and was only a minutes walk to the beach. The hotel was close to the airport, it was clean and the staff were helpful. We stayed there on a All Inclusive basis and enjoyed the drinks, cocktails and bar side food throughout the day. We got upgraded and had great spacious rooms with huge balconies! My only issue with this hotel was the food in the main restaurant - it was a little bland and boring. […] All in all a ood stay, i would recommend this hotel to others if they got themselves a good deal. The H10 Casino down the road was amazing but I dont think it had a All Inclusive option. Les mer

Nice Hotel. Friendly, big, good location, lots to do. But two major problems: 1 ) The hotel walls are wafer thin. we could lie in at night and listen, quite easily, to our neighbours conversations. A serious let down. SERIOUS. Couldn't sleep at all. Couldn't make a noise for fear of disturbing anyone. Changed rooms to no avail. 2) What we ordered isn't […] what we got, although we were told it was. We asked for a twin double room, but got a twin bed only. Apparantly that is what was in our package, but Expedia said otherwise. Other than these, the place was great, the food was excellent, the atmosphere was top notch. the staff were great, helped us organise and plan our time there. Was great for the family too. On arrival our room was not available as the hotel was overbooked so we were given a bungalow instead. We had to wait until mid day the following day to get our room. After the initial set back we settled in for our weeks stay and really enjoyed the holiday. The food in the hotel was excellent with a wide choice of food to suit all tastes. We went last week of January. Average age of guests was probably 65 which suited us as we are of that age. (Guests of many nationalities - mostly northern Europe.) Entertainment was geared accordingly with dancing every evening. Food generally excellent - buffet plus grill. Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum von Playa de las Americas. Fußläufig zu Geschäften, Bars und dem schönen Sandstrand von Los Christianos. Direkt beim Hotel ist leider kein (schöner) Strand. In 15 Minuten ist man aber in Los Christianos. Der Pool ist sauber, ausreichend Liegen sind vorhanden. Das Essen ist ok. Teilweise grandios - dann wieder sehr […] fade. Man findet bei der großen Auswahl jedoch immer etwas, dass lecker ist. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick (zu empfehlen). Leider ist eine Rockbar direkt neben dem Hotel. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war dort jede Nacht (bis 0100 Uhr) laute Livemusik, sodass man mit offenem Fenster nicht und mit geschlossenem nur schlecht schlafen konnte. Wir sind nicht zimperlich, ... es war aber wirklich sehr laut. Im ganzen kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Les mer
