Orbit One Vacation Villas - Kissimmee

We liked our stay at Orbit one. Except fridge everything is upto the mark and also is close by to Super Target and Publix supermarket . Will return back.

This is our favorite place to stay. Everyone is so friendly and always ready to help with any problems. We had two units this stay, and were celebrating a double 11 year olds birthdays We had everything except a lighter for the candles. Went to the front desk and was given their personal lighter. Always immediate results with a smile. They now have […] two gas grills, when we needed to use them a call to the front desk had them turned on before we got there to cook. Thanks Orbit One.... This was an excellent choice, and we were satisfied with our experience. Clean room, great location next to Disney with plenty of restaurant options. My kids enjoyed the pool and water slides. The play areas were well-maintained. Checkin and checkout were easy. The staff were courteous and helpful. No resort or cleaning fees either. I could not get […] ice one night - the dispenser in the pool area was locked. Other than that minor detail, no complaints. We plan to return. Les mer

Close to all Disney Resorts. Dunkin donuts is walking distance for those of you who like coffee!

What an awesome place to stay.. Very clean and the price is reasonable.. And close to the most magical place on earth..

very quite and clean.great location wi-fi is not free ($30/week) no movie rentals.

The rooms were clean and a nice size. I'm glad we stayed there it was a value for the money.

Great spot for families

The facility was great for our family. Lots of on site facilities and options. The suite was spacious and user friendly. Cleanliness was questionable but we did give feedback to management and they responded.

We had a great stay! This place will be our "spot" every time we return to the Orlando/Disney area. It is in a great location. We were able to get to Seaworld in 15 min and Legoland in 40 min. Also, very close to Disney, though we didn't go this trip. Rooms are very large, especially the kitchen. Washer and Dryer in the room came in handy as well. I […] like the idea of a security guard/code to get to the property. Makes everyone feel more secure. LARGE jacuzzi tub in master bath is great as well. Overall, no complaints. I felt like I had moved to a new apartment instead of staying at a hotel. Hope to see them again in 6 months or so! Les mer

At first i was going with a vacation home but did more research and ran into this villa, the reviews read were as i expected it to be. friendly and fast check in as well as check out, spacious room with full kitchen, very nice spa tub and i was actually on the third floor of neptune and loved the florida view. plenty of stores as well as restaurants, […] gift shops, etc. around the location. definitely considering this location and would highly recommend for future vacationers. I selected this place because of the good price and mostly very positive reviews. The reviews were true even to the fact that if your neighbor and those staying upstairs are noisy you can here them, especialy the children playing. Overall reading the reviews worked for me this place was wonderful in every way except for the noise factor.

Guy at the desk was very helpful upon check in. Room was on 3rd floor with no elevator, but that was no problem for us. Room was huge! Very clean. Gigantic jacuzzi in master bath. Very nice pool with large hot tub. Only thing missing was a tiki bar. But, there were no resort or parking fees. It would have been nice if they had not charged for wi fi, […] I am not sure why hotels are still charging for this service. Did not use the arcade or tennis courts, but they looked clean and nice. Fabulous choice! I changed my reservation at the last minute when I found Orbit One. Loved it! Right off the main road to many restaurants and stores. Everything you need is within a short distance! Disney couldn't be much closer. Love this place! And what more could you ask for outdoor HEATED pools. Way better than the stinky hotel we originally had […] reservations for!!! Yay for Orbit One! We enjoyed our stay. We arrived very tired after a long travel day. Check -in was quick and staff was very courteous. We found our accommodations to be excellent and the spa was very welcomed. We had our grandchildren with us and they had a great time with the pool and play areas. It was nice to use the heated pools late at night after a day at Disney […] (which is nearby). We had an amazing time when we stayed here. It locations was perfect, about 10 minutes away from Disney, and it was very clean! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Good place with pretty extensive facilities. Its an older condo/timeshare, but everything is well maintained and clean. Units are well furnished with full size stove and refrig, includes dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Just remember that its a condo not a hotel. They dont make the beds and clean the units every day. We stayed 4 nights starting on Valentine' day 2012, with 2 adults and 2 children. The condo was spacious and fully stocked. Having read reviews of other villas, I was weary of finding unwanted critters, but that was not the case at Orbit One. In fact, the balcony was even screened-in, keeping the lizards and other pests out. The villa was nicely soundproof, […] and noise was never an issue for us (2nd floor, Saturn bldg). There were some amenities, such as a pool, basketball court, bbq area, etc., but we honestly never enjoyed them as we were busy with the attractions. The woman at the front desk was pleasant, and the gentleman in the security booth was very nice. Overall, the room was comfortable and nicely furnished. We will definitely stay at Orbit One again! We had 3 kids and 2 adults, plenty of room. The kitchen is huge. 2 bedrooms 2 bath, huge tub in the master, my 3 yr olds personal pool. 3 tv's so no one was fighting over what to watch. Plenty of resteraunts around. And best of all, as close to the Disney parks that you can get without staying on Disney property. Really about a 5 minute drive from  […] Disney. Les mer

I can't say enough good things about this place. I was worried that I would be beat up with resort fees or be forced to attend time share presentations, but that was not the case. This was just a GREAT hotel for a great price. The rooms were FANTASTIC and the staff was always very helpful. I would highly recommend this place!!

I loved staying here and I got a great deal too. It was nice to have so much space and it felt like I was staying at home. Loved the jacuzzi tub, dishwasher, and washer dryer. This villa has 2 skylights so keep that in mind if you want to sleep late or bring a sleeping mask. There are a few things to remember when you stay in a villa instead of a hotel […] like no housekeeping or no elevator. If they had free internet it would be the perfect place to stay in Orlando. Very convenient to Disney. Spacious, clean, bright, just perfect. Staff were very efficient, courteous and attentive. You could not beat the price. We were four adults, with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, two bathrooms, and a screened patio. Full access to a beautiful pool and hot tub. Thanks Hotel.com

Our family of 5 stayed at Orbit for a five-day trip to Disney & SeaWorld. We had lots of space for us all to stretch out. My husband & I had a king-sized bed that was super comfy, along with our own bath & jet tub. Our son slept on a pull out couch in the living room, and our daughters had their own bedroom with two twin beds. They enjoyed having their […] own bathroom too. We had a dryer, a large kitchen table, a screened porch with table, a good-sized kitchen, and two tvs. It was perfect! And so close to Disney, shopping and a Super Target (great place to buy souvenirs & Disney trading pins). There were two pools, racquetball, basketball hoop, grills, etc --- but we were too worn out from Disney to try them out. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it! Les mer

Fabulous value for money! The room (apartment) was extremely spacious, well stocked and very clean. There was plenty of room for a family of five and very well situated with family friendly restaurants very close by. The staff were friendly and efficient and check in was a breeze. Near Disney World. Gas station, supermarket and Target near by. Perfect for family vacation!

we enjoyed our stay in Orbit villas,the appartment is very comfortable,spaceour and clean rooms and close to disney parks..very convenient for a family stay.

The place is great, and fun for families. The apartments are spacious, and the swimming pool is very nice. However, we experienced a very bad service from the person at the reception; she was very rude.

WOW! This condo was super spacious, clean and only about a 5 minute drive (one exit away) from the parks. We've stayed both on and off Disney property and I have to say we'd stay off property - at these condos if we were go do it again! These condos are gated, have heated pool with water slides, hot tub, sauna, bbq grills, etc etc. It was nice to be […] able to cook breakfast & dinner, wash clothes etc. They did provide extra trash bags, 2 packets of dishwasher detergent, 1 small box of laundry detergent, 1 roll of paper towels, coffee etc. The beds were super comfortable and as far as the decor - it's a bit early 90's but who cares? This place was great! There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, but please DO NOT bother eating at the Ponderosa Steakhouse. It will cost you an arm and a leg and the steaks are about same the quality as Waffle House. TERRIBLE!!! Go down the street to Millers Ale House - DELISH AND REASONABLE!!! Yes, Millers Ale House is family friendly and has a great kids menu. This is where the locals go to eat and watch sports (dozens of TVs, kids arcade games, pool tables, and an outdoor bar area). Millers Ale House was so good that we ate there several times during our trip! Have fun! Les mer

The room was great even though we did not have much of a view outside of our balcony.

The resort location is excellent. Especially if you are going to Magic Kingdom. The resort is dated, but acceptable. The premises are clean, the room was clean and they supply all the utensils for cooking. The staff could possibly be more inviting and pleasant. That is probably the only setback encountered. We had a Great experience in this hotel! The room was big for 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was well equipped and the room was very clean. The location was perfect, just 10 minutes from Disney, and near stores, pharmacies and supermarkets. Probably we are going to stay here again.

Moved to Orbit One after one night at a near by hotel that promised to be "quality" and when we arrived it was horrible. Called and moved to Orbit One and was extremely satisfied with the accomodations. I have recommended this place and would return again.

We had a very nice, recently painted and well furnished 2 bedroom condo for the price we would have paid for a so-so hotel room. We'll go back! Our condo was on the 3rd (top) floor and there was no elevator so be aware if climbing stairs is a problem.

We were pleasantly surprised at the condition and size of our 2BR villa. Great location, easy to get to Disney. Will stay there again.

At first the apprearance of the lobby was not appealing. After check-in & upon entering our rooms we were very happy. Spacious, homey & relaxed was Orbit One Villa. This was a family vacation with my mom, husband, 3 yr old son, & 8 month old daughter. My son fell in love with the pool, playground, & b-ball court. He didn't want to come home. Orbit One is a very short drive to all the Disney Parks (turn right out of parking lot, get on interstate ramp, exit to disney world). The price is great for the amenities. The kitchen is full sized and has everything you need to cook meals at the condo rather than eating out. The beds are cozy. This isn't one of those places where the picture on the […] website is misleading. My condo looked as good or better than the photos online. Book it! Les mer

We have stayed here a number of times, and each time we are delighted with the accomodations. They are always upgrading thier units and grounds. Staff is always helpful and pleasant. This is always our number one hotel selection in the Disney area.
