Anmeldt av en hotels.com-gjest den feb 26, 2013Rommene er enorme, vi er en familie på 5 og vi hadde rikelig med plass! Her er det ikke noe problem å bo i 2 uker mens man gjør hele Disney, Universal, SeaLand osv greia. Ca 15 min kjøring til Animal Kingdom som er nærmest og ca 35 min til Universal som er lengst vekke. Skal du ha housekeeping koster det ekstra. WiFi kun i lobbyen, men ledning er på rommet så du får koblet til en pc (og kan du litt deler du nettverk fra den til nettbrett og telefoner). Bassengeter helt greit, var deilig å ta hviledag fra parkene her. Bassengmøblene burde vært skiftet... Parkering i garasje er inkludert. Hotellet ligger i bushen, så du kjører for middag om du ikke lager den selv (Det er fullt utstyrt kjøkken og stort kjøleskap)! 6-7 minutt unna finner du ALLE kjedene du har og ikke har hørt om.

Anmeldt av en hotels.com-gjest den feb 26, 2013Rommene var rene, men under sofaer, senger og oppå skap var det ikke støvsuget på årevis! WiFi er ikke inkludert, det koster! Og for all del IKKE bruk steambadstuen ved bassengområdet, du blir garantert sjuk etter ett opphold i klordampen! Vil du ha houskeeping koster det og ekstra, vi var bare 4 dager og greide oss uten. Over til det positive: Flotte rom, det er vaskemaskin og tørketrommel, parkering er inkludert, Det er ikke langt til Disney og det er veldig nærme Universal og Orlando Premium outletts (Merkevarer billig). Bassenget var stort fint og godt oppvarmet, nesten badekarvarme.

Anmeldt av en hotels.com-gjest den feb 24, 2013We stayed at the Wold Q Resort (WQR) in february 2013 with two kids 2 and6 yrs.. We were positively surpriced by what we got for our money with regards to size and quality of the apartment. The apartment came with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with jacuzzi), a large living room and a well equipped kitchen. It also came with a well working washing machine and dryer. We stayed on the top floor in bulding 5 facing the pool (some 300m away). The only negative things I have to mention is the breakfast that was included. The breakfast consists of cereals (full og sugar) and bagels with differant jams available (full of suger). I reoommend going to a local food store (eg.Wholefoods or Walmart, not so far away) and make your own breakfast in your very functional kitchen =) The other thing, and this was just a minor thing - we could hear the highway going by when sitting on the terrece. It was bit annoying but considering all the positive things we got it was just a small thing. The WQR is just a short drive from Disney World Entrance and a short drive to Orlandos Outlet malls so it's smack in the middle I would say. But you do need a car when you are there for sure. The pool was great with a shallow end for the kids. Bring som pool toys but the resort provides towels in abundance! All in all we had a great stay and if we ever go back to Orlando I'd probably stay at the WQR

"Superfint resort"
Vi var der i 4 dager og hadde et kjempefint opphold, bra leilighet med 2 soverom, stue, kjøkken og 2 fine bad. Vi bodde i 2. etg og hadde da en terrasse på ca 300 m2. Er bare 2 sånne terrasser i hovedbygningen (tower), prøv å få en av dem. Var helt genialt med 2 små unger. Waterparken er kjempefin med et virkelig bra barnebasseng med masse leker, sklier […] og utfordringer for barn i alle aldre. I tillegg er det 3 superfete golfbaner på området. Vi fikk ikke gått noen runder da vi har 2 småtasser, men det er noen av de beste banene jeg har sett. Ligger et lite stykke å kjøre til Disney, Seaworld etc men det er vel verdt kjøreturen når man bor der. Vi bodde noen dager midt i Disney, men det er bedre å bo ex. her og kjøre litt da man uansett må ta buss/bil rundt til de ulike parker, downtown, outlet etc. Les merVirkelige gjesteanmeldelser

"Out of the snow and into the sunshine"
My in-laws flew in from Vermont to spend a week with us and we wanted to treat them to a weekend away in the Florida sunshine with nothing to distract from their time with the grandkids. We loved our weekend at Reunion Resort and cannot wait to come back. Living in Tampa it's close and convenient to get to, but still feels like we are so far from home. […] The staff was quick to respond when we needed them and always pleasant. Our favorite was the water park/lazy river. Thank you for a most memorable family weekend! "Not a five stars facility"
This is not a 5 stars hotel/villa. You don't even get HD tv's, the cable kept on going out. They have to come in and try to fix it about 4times. Kept giving me an excuse, whenever the weather gets cold, the cable does not work right. What a lame excuse, finally the century cable guy was called to come out. Remotes control works like crap. Read or called […] the hotel b4 booking. It's not worth paying for this false advertisement being a 5's stars. These are own by indivual landlord and Wyndham just managed for them. The experience was good and the suite was nice. However, there were a few things that detracted from the quality we expected. First, there were small things that were broken --- for example, the toilet paper holder wasn't tightened and would fall off. Second, the kettle had debris inside that prevented us from wanting to use it to brew tea. Thirdly, […] the housekeeping simply replaced towels and did the beds. The coffee creamer was never replaced so once that was finished, you were done...just the little things needed improvement. However, the overall quality was nice and I would stay there again. The accomodation was perfect for families with older children as the layout afforded plenty space and separate sleeping/living areas. We stayed in the Grande suites in the main hotel building. "A tranquil haven away from the busiest areas!"
upon arrival check in was friendly and efficient with all information provided about the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable despite being the lowest priced accommodation. We were very close to the community pool and fitness centre. The resort is very well run and maintained, and we had absolutely no complaints. The only negative was the […] buffet breakfast served in the clubhouse. Although the food selection was adequate, it was luke warm rather than hot, and to compound this all the plates were cold leading to a very poor experience for the money. This was remedied by not bothering to use this facility again during our stay. Dinner on our last night at Eleven restaurant was a complete contrast and a very pleasant experience, food and staff excellent and we did not consider it to be particularly expensive for the location and quality. Overall our experience was only clouded by quite a few grey and very cold days (not the hotels fault), All staff we came into contact with, reception, concierge, housekeeping and golf club were all excellent and very friendly, so would definitely recommend this resort! My family was pleased with this resort, but we had one issue. 3 bedroom condo was listed as sleeping for 8 and it did have that sleeping capacity, but table and chairs were only available for 4 and living room area had seating area for 6. We asked for additional chairs for dining table, but resort could only supply if we paid for extra chairs. Expedia […] made our arrangements for 4 traveling from out of state, but 2 additional family members joined us in Florida. This was our first visit at The Reunion. We stay in Orlando at least once a month. We couldn't believe we hadn't stayed there before. The rooms were nicely appointed. "Huge resort"
We stayed at superior 3 bedroom villa for 2 days. The appartments are divided into several different villages, and we stayed in one that was almost abandoned(low season). The room itself was very good, however some furniture was old, but they had put in modern furniture aswell(flatscreens, huge refrigerator w/ice++). Remember this is a club resort, […] so most of the guests are club members and you are required to wear certain clothes to go to different places on the resort. On a monday we asked the staff where we could eat, they told us many different places inside the resort, and that the restaurants should close at 11PM, we chose an american style restaurant. When we arrived, all dressed up, at 9PM they told us ALL the restaurants in the resort is closed, except the bar at the lobby which serves some bar food. If you bring kids: The waterpark at the resort close at 5PM. The resort is a good 20-30 min drive away from parks such as Seaworld(it is closer to Disney). "Not a five star property or a five star service"
This is not a five star property or a five star service, the decoration is dated, the room service is expensive and mediocre-bad food. The rooms are really far from the main building and no one even offer to carry your luggage when you get there or when you leave. Front desk people has no experience they smile but they have no tools to solve anything. […] You can call from your room to ask anything from a towel to a bottle of shampoo and they will take forever and I mean more than 1 hour.... One side of our room was looking to a beautiful golf course and the other side to a city road with trucks and cars honking in our sleep... Loved this hotel! The rooms were well appointed...with lots of space for a family of three. The kitchen was well-equipped - there was even a blender. My family and I were able to enjoy home-made daiquiris on the (rather small) balcony as we watched the golfers during our afternoons breaks at the hotel. The Hotel manager was very rude and we were not allowed to check into our rooms until 6:00 when check in was at 4 . The hotel claims they are a non smoking hotel while they allow people to smoke. We stayed in Grande suite 511 - beautiful 2 bedroom , 2 bath unit with a large living area, beautiful balcony. Clean room, fully equipped kitchen, beautifully decorated. Love it. Staff is very friendly and helpful - right from valet, check in person, housekeeping and restaurant staff. TVs in very room, free wi-fi. Free water park, Wish use of tennis […] center was free ($ 20 charge per person). About 20 minutes drive to Disney World. Highly recommend if traveling with older kids. "Great Resort and Peaceful Place"
Great place to stay and relax after spending time at Disney World and Universal this place is a couple miles away from the theme parks. But well worth it because the resorts by the parks are a mad house zoo with people and crazy. If you want some peace and relaxation this place is it plus they have a water park and restaurant and bar at the water park. […] They also have some amazing golf to enjoy. It's HUGE !! That's the first thing that we noticed!! Reunion Resort has many golf courses and many communities with different types of rooms, apartments and villas. I really loved the view from our apartment. Green all the way! It was also spacious and well equipped with kitchen appliance, washer/dryer and cleaning materials. Loved the water park! […] My kids couldn't get enough of the pools, the different slides and many activities. My notes on Reunion, they need to upkeep the rooms….. and it's kind of far away from the attractions and shopping malls, 10 minutes more driving.
