This is the 2nd time I've stayed here in the last 2 months. The staff is polite and extremely helpful, the facilities are clean and well cared for, the room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I felt very safe staying here by myself. My stay was great and I will definitely stay here again!

Overall, our stay was great. We received good service, great rooms, comfortable, central location and great rates. My only complaint was the construction which makes getting to the hotel somewhat inconvenient.

I will definitely stay here again! The staff was amazingly helpful, the room/kitchen area was clean, quiet, well equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable!!!

Hotel was nice and not crowded. I definately wasn't excpecting a full kitchen with dishes, which was a pleasant surprise. The only bad thing is the road construction in front of the hotel, which is not the hotels fault. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was staying while having a procedure done at the North American Spine. the rate was very good and the room was nice. The bed was very comfortable, which was important since I spent alot of time laying down. it has a nice flat screen TV that you can swivel to any part of the room. We had the studio room, so it was all open. The water pressure was good […] (something that is usually an issue in hotels). Right now there is construciton on the freeway, so it was kinda hard to get to it, and during one day it was loud from it but that was all. It stopped at 6pm so the evening was quiet. I did not hear a lot of noise from the freeway at night and the neighboring guests were not loud. They have a good hot breakfast and they have evening meals too but we did not participate in that. It was cold, so we could not enjoy the pool/hot tub that was located outside in the middle of the hotel. It also has a nice grill and table and chairs that you can use. We enjoyed our stay and I recommend it to others. The neighborhood was mostly businesses so there was not alot of people walking through and it was very quiet at night. This is a wonderful place to stay but not at normal rates. The constructin on 635is brutal and directly in front of the property. There is only one way in or out along one feeder lane with no shoulders and concrete barricades. This place is extremely hard to find at night as there are no streetlights. I missed it the first time and had to make a u-turn. […] The other side of the freeway is even worse! I had to go past two more exits before i could make another u-turn. That being said, I got a discounted rate which made up for the construction inconvenience. The staff was friendly, especially Jessica! Room was nice and functional. Breakfast was adequate except for the plastic eggs! I will definitely stay here again, but only on a discounted rate. Les mer

We were very happy with the condition of our room and quality of staff at this hotel. The room immediatly smelled fresh upon opening the door to our room! The staff were attentive and the breakfast was awesome with plenty of choices! We will definately stay here again when visiting the area!

Room was very nice. It was nice to have extra room for our 4 yr old to play without being on top of eachother. Manager called to make sure everything was ok with the room right after we checked in which was nice. Bathroon was a little outdate and the water didn't get as hot as I would have liked but nothing I couldn't deal with. Breakfast was a very […] nice bonus. They were constantly freshening the food and clean the area so it was nice. Roadwork out front made it a little hectic but this had nothing to do with the hotel. I would definately stay again. The hotel was decent. The location was great. But, the TV in the bedroom would not turn on. The bathtub drained very slowely so the water filled up in the tub very quickly when showering. Other than that everything else was fine.

Hotel staff very friendly/helpful. Room was quiet, clean, comfortable. However, the horrible, never ending road construction on 635 put a damper on our stay. I do enjoy staying at Residence Inn, but I would chose a different location next stay, no fault of the staff or management.

Enjoyed to size and comfort of the room. The continental breakfast was way more than we expected, it was great!!

In general our stay was ok. We however had changes in our stay, my mother arrived from abroad and since we were in Dallas she booked her arrival through Dallas, so that we could then drive home together after the weekend. We didnt know this when we booked and paid for the hotel. We asked the front desk and management if we could be moved into a 2 bedroom […] suite and they said that they couldnt do anything about it because our room had been purchased through the internet with hotels.com. We told them we were willing to pay for the change but they told us that still nothing could be done and that we had to basically check out of our non refundable room and check in and pay in full for the new room. I didnt understand why if they had available 2 bedroom suites they couldnt just charge us for the difference or charge us a fee and accomadate us. At the end we ended up moving to the Westin (our weekend event was going to be held there anyways) they were very nice when they heard about our situation they even gave us a discounted rate. Apart from that everything else was good. Locations is well kept and breakfast was awesome, great variety and selection. I think that if we hadnt encountered the need for change it would've been a very good experience. Its just sad and disappointing that there was no effort shown to accomodate us. Les mer

I booked the Residence Inn at the Marriott from reading the reviews and I'm glad I did. We were visiting my Father-in-law at the Medical City Center which was a stressful visit, but we were always happy to come back to our little, well-appointed, apartment; we loved the floor plan and it made us feel like we could retreat to a haven. Best hotel Ive stayed at yet. Great breakfast and close to hospital. Construction in front of hotel kind of pain but hotel is safe and quiet. Price a little high but overall enjoyed very much. Will stay again.

Nice hotel. The cable on the TV was acting up and the road construction in the area was a pain, but all-in-all, not a bad place to stay.

Very quiet even though it is on the highway. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had a well stocked stocked kitchen. Though we stayed in our room most of the time, the pool, sports court and BBQ area looked inviting.

We only stayed for one night. It was on the side of the highway, but we did not here any noise. The room was very nice, very clean. It would have been perfect for a longer stay. The breakfast was great, the area where you eat is nice. I would stay here again. The surrounding area is more of a business area, but it is close to restaurants, highways, […] etc. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone. Les mer

comfortable hotel...only complaint was inconvenience of road work. But overall, it had what we needed. 2 bd 2 bth. everyone was comfortable. we used the kitchen and appreciated the full kitchen but no corkscrew. bring your own. p.s. on occasion, I could hear the highway traffic on lbj freeway, (635)

Very pleasantly surprised. My rate was so affordable that I truly expected to be comprimising the quality of the hotel. NOT THE CASE AT ALL. This was a lovely room with plenty of space and centrally located to anything and everything. The staff was soo friendly and accomodating! I will definitely book here again!!!

Minus the construction and missing the entrance, the hotel is quite nice. They provide an excellent breakfast, and plenty to choose from.

Stayed at this Residence Inn on 1/25 to 1/27/2012. Overall, a clean suite hotel with the usual features and conveniences that you would expect of a hotel of this class. The free breakfast in the morning was good and appreciated. The room was generally clean and well-maintained, except that there was a cigarette burn in the carpet near the bathroom sink. […] Although this is not the fault of the hotel, the highway on which the hotel is situated, 635 in Dallas, was under construction during my stay, and getting to the hotel from the highway was extremely difficult. It looks like the highway will continue to be under construction for some time, so if you're planning a stay in the near future, you should keep this in mind and perhaps look for a more conveniently located hotel. The only flaw was the construction out front made it hard to find. The hotel was clean and the suite was very comfortable.

I loved my two nights here. Beautifully decorated room and comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast. I stayed in a studio which was much more roomy than I had expected. I would definitely stay here again.
