Pine Ridge Condominiums - Breckenridge

We were really pleased with the condo. We can't wait to go back for another stay...the unit was fully stocked with linen pots and pans.

Everything about the condo was fantastic. Clean, nicely maintained, large size for a two bedroom condo, walking distance to chair lift, short walk into town. It was perfect for a comfortable ski condo in Breckenridge. I would recommend it and go back again.

We stayed in 12E -- a two bedroom two bath with a loft. It was perfect for our family of 8 including adult children, spouses, and young children. The kitchen was fully furnished, the beds comfortable, the living room was spacious; we had everything we needed for a great time. We'll definitely go back.

I would highly recommend Pine Ridge condos! I stayed with 4 friends recently, and we all had a wonderful time. We only stayed for 1 night, but it was a great location and property. Our condo, 11B, was slightly dated, but it was VERY clean. It met all our needs for 1 night. The bathrooms had soap and other toiletries provided, hairdryer, all linens, […] extra blankets and towels, and the kitchen had all utensils and detergents. One inconvenience was that there was no elevator, and we had to carry our luggage and equipment up the stairs. However, it was an excellent location, and we walked to dinner at a wonderful restaurant nearby. I would absolutely stay again. Les mer

Great spot, awesome condo. Made the weekend really excellent.

Our condo was in building C and was clean with newer kitchen and bathrooms. The location was great for skiing in right off the Four O'Clock run. Shuttle service to the Snowflake lift and to Beaver Run was right in front of the building and was easy to use. Also nice to walk in to downtown - was right across the street. The main problem we had was lack […] of sleep from a rock hard bed. There were no extra pillows either..1 per person. The condo was clean but was pretty outdated as far as decor and furniture. Carpet was clean but was old. Not a bad stay for the money if the mattress was changed, but I'm sure we could have done much better. Les mer

We had a great time staying at Pine Ridge. Walking distance to main street & all the restaurants & shops. Free shuttle to the lift right in front of the condos and a ski run right behind. What more could you ask for!

We stayed in unit 7F during our snowboarding trip in February. We slept 10 people in this condo comfortably and could have squeezed in more. The condo was clean, updated, well stocked, and the front desk was super helpful (kudos to Matt). We were literally steps from the free shuttle and behind our condo was 4 O'clock run. We could just ski right in […] for lunch. It was great! Downtown Breck was one block away – just a short walk. For the price and location, this could not be beat. Room was clean. Convenient , spacious , yet comfortable. it was also well maintained. it even had radiant heating in the bathroom floors. The hot tub was a little bit of a walk, but not too far. The only negative would be the grills were not accessible due to them being covered in snow. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pine Ridge. It is an excellent location - great access to the slopes via the shuttle. Very good value for Breckenridge this time of year. This is the second time that we have stayed at Pine Ridge - the specific units do vary because they are individually owned. We rented a 2 bedroom condo and we were very pleased that it […] had been updated recently. Our only complaint is that there must not be a lot of sound insulation - we did hear the people above us when they were walking around and it was a little noisy in the morning/afternoon when people were walking up/down the outside stairs in their ski boots. On our first stay, we did get the top floor - it was definitely more quiet but we did have to carry all of our stuff up the four flights of stairs since there are no elevators. We would definitely recommend Pine Ridge and will probably stay there again. Les mer

The location of the complex was great. It was within walking distance of downtown Breckenridge and many shops and restaurants. The condo is a "ski in" resort. You can ski down the Four O'Clock run right up to the back door. As far as "ski out", you can catch a bus right in front of the complex to go to the lifts. Our particular unit (8D) needed a lot […] of help. We had multiple plumbing problems during the week we were there. Also the lighting is very bad and the condo is very dated and cheaply furnished. We did enjoy having a full kitchen and had all the dishes and utensils that we needed. Each unit is individually owned, so others units may be better. Love the skiing in Breckenridge and will definitely go back. However, despite the convenient location, we would look for somewhere else to stay. Les mer

Great Location, Nice Sized Condo over 1000sqft! For the price you can't beat it, but the walls are super thin so you can hear everything and everyone!!!

We stayed over NYE for two nights. The condo was in great shape. The location is amazing. The hot tub is nice as well. Was it worth the cost? Probably not, but I would recommend the place and stay again.

The location is really convenient for downtown and the mountain. There is a free bus stop in front and a lift within walking distance and it backs up to the 4 O'clock run. If I was nit picking I would say that the bed could have been more comfortable. I'd definitely stay again.

The condo is within walking distance to main street. Very quiet and comfortable. The only negative is the out door hot tub is metal....didn't like that. But a great price and great location.

Stayed for two nights in a one bedroom with two bathrooms. Awesome room, had two decks, a comfortable bed, and is right next to downtown Breckenridge. It was just perfect. The buildings and grounds are kept in great shape, too.

Great room, great location, and the staff were extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. It is a 5 min walk to main street in Breckenridge. It was clean, the staff was courteous and overall I recommend it. My only compliant would be having to empty your own trash, and run the dishwasher before I leave. That should be included in the price.

Pine Ridge Condominiums - we will definitely try a rental from ya'll again, possibly as long as up to a week if possible.

We loved Pine Ridge, although it looked like it was a ways from town on the map, it wasn't. It was a 5 minute walk. We had a great location in Builiding 9, with two good sized decks and a creek right behind us. Very scenic. We also really liked our greeting at the front desk. Very nice and informative about the area. All in all a wonderful stay at the […] Pine Ridge Condos. Our friends were staying at the Hilton Club resort and they liked our location and room better. I've stayed here several times before. The property could use some updates, but over all I'm still very pleased.

The staff was extremly rude when it came to check out. I really enjoyed the condo but wouldn't go back because of how we were treated by the staff.

We enjoyed our stay except for the fact that there was a family reunion happening - kept us up until 1 am with live music. The management was made aware of the situation. They assured us that the party broke rules.

Loved it!!!

All that was missing was a pair of scissors and someone to rub my feet... :)

We have been to Breckenridge 4 times in the summer and the three previous times we rented a condo at ONe Breckenridge Place. This time we decided to go at the last minute and ended up at Pine Ridge. The location near downtown was great, however the applicances and decor in the condo were very outdated. The stove was from the 1970s (literally) as was […] the blender, etc. The place was clean and the location is fantastic, but if the condo owners would spend a couple of grand they could easily make the condo a more enjoyable place to stay. The family went for the 4th of July and had a blast. The condo was conveniently located and was within walking distance to downtown Breckenridge, and right off the main road of Park Ave. Our condo had one queen bedroom, and a bunk bed and twin bed in the second bedroom, but the couch and love seat both folded out for extra bedding. The only difficult […] part of our trip was figuring out where the lobby was, and finding parking. FYI the lobby is in front of the first building on the right. Another FYI, we stayed in 11A and that particular building is located across the street from the main set of Pineridge Condos, in the midst of the Sundowner Condos, on the corner, but still conveniently located (just a bit confusing at first). The pool was never seen, but we think it's located behind the Sundowner Condos according to the map. Very cozy place with nice furnishings. I paid way more for a place in Estes Park during this same week, and would hands down recommend the Pine Ridge over the other. Another thing is we arrived after hours, and had our hotels keys waiting for us in a box in the main lobby. Les mer

Our only complaint is that we expected double or queen beds in both bedrooms, but one of the rooms had bunkbeds and a twin bed instead. Otherwise it was great!

Nice condo and great location, within walking distance to downtown. Sofa bed not comfortable and noisy with kids going up and down wooden stairs outside front door with suitcases early am:( Nice furnishings and kitchen! Large bathrooms with lots of room!

Was it the best place I've ever stayed? No. Was it the best bang for the buck? Probably so. We got a two bedroom (one king, one twins) with a loft (three twins) for a really reasonable price. The full kitchen is well stocked (we ate in the room two meals a day), the bathrooms were newly remodeled, and the oldtime ski lodge vibe was fine by us. And the […] location is fantastic. It's a five minute walk to the center of town, a ten minute walk to the gondola, and a fifteen minute walk to the City Market. We parked our car when we pulled into town and walked the whole time. Breckenridge is an amazing place for a family vacation, and the Pine Ridge Condos did not dissapoint. We'll definitely go back! Les mer

Quiet, clean, comfortable. Shows the wear of good memories. Good bed. Town walking distance away.

This condo exceeded our expectations. We will be making this our place of choice when we go back to Breckenridge.

The location was great--just 2 blocks from the main street. The staff of the condo property was so helpful and invited us back again. The setting with mountains on both sides of the town was exceptionally beautiful in summer. Thank you.

We love Pine Ridge Condominiums. They are close enough to downtown that we can walk everywhere we want. Close to ski slopes or hiking trails depending on the season. Always love to unwind here. Condos have always been better than expected.

Very nice condo. Helpful staff. Breckenridge ski lift is one block up the street, and you can ski back down direct to the condo.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION The rooms were a very good size. The only problem was the noise on the wooden steps outside in the morning when everyone was going skiing. You could not have gotten a better location. You could walk everywhere. You don't really need a car.

There was everything that we needed from a hotel or condo. coffee filters, dish washing soap, etc. Great place to stay!!!

Excellent lacation. Roomy appartments. Very nice and helpfull staff. Lively environment with many scenes of life. Panorama of the mountain from the condo window. Very,very pleasant stay for 6 days. Only negative point:dryness of the air in the condo; you need to put the humidifier on 24 hrs a day.
