"place to sleep for cheap"
nothin special. a clean bed, bathroom, microwave, internet... not especially comfortable, or aesthetically appealing, but clean and funcitonal.
"Don't Stay at the Nite Inn"
They don't clean your room and make your bed if you're not in there (really?). They say it's for your safety. On checking out, I was 30 minutes late, so they assessed me a $10 late fee. Fine. BUT THEN THEY WAITED OUTSIDE MY DOOR TO ESCORT ME BACK TO THE OFFICE SO I WOULDN'T DASH. I'm packing my bag, and another employee--angry now--demands that I come […] to the front desk RIGHT NOW to pay it. And here's me, still trying to pack my bags. I was in Eugene on business, and I'd say that if you were a Meth-head looking for a hotel, this place would be great. But the staff's overall lack of professionalism--and despite there assurance to the contrary, lack of experience--doesn't excuse the price. "Nite Inn, Eugene, OR"
I wasn't expecting much for the low rate that I was receiving. The plkace appears to have been recently renovated, fresh paint, carpet and vinyl flooring. However, the floor in my room was uneven, not trip and fall uneven, but "what's wrong with the floor?" uneven. The toilet also collected condensation which dripped onto the flooor and made a puddle […] that was worrisome until I figured out what was going on. The only table for sitting at was taken up by a 26" tube television (not a flat screen). Speaking of television, there was no guide to the available channels provided, either paper or on screen. Finally, on my second day, there was no towel service, although on the remaing days there was. So, overall, considering the discounted price, it was ok. Les mer

The beds were comfortable & the shower was hot.there wasn't any place to hang shirts or coat, but the price was right. I can't complain about a room that has such a reasonable rate per night because I can't hang up my shirts now can I.

"Pretty bad..."
First of all, let me begin by explaining to you service provided by this hotel. It's non-existent. Seriously, it doesn't exist. We only stayed one night. We came late in the evening and left in the morning. When we went to go check out, there was a sign on the lobby door that said "Office will be closed today from 6am to 1pm". We had to dig for numbers […] to call just to check out. Secondly, the people who live(assuming people would actually live here) are pretty trashy. And, I'm not saying this from a high horse, I'm only being realistic. Basically, the hotel is cheap, but not worth the trouble. If you have 10 dollars to spare, do yourself and your family a favor, and treat yourselves to a decent night at a proper hotel. Les mer

"Nite inn disaster!!!"
This was the most disgusting place that I have ever been to. The room smelled like a meth lab and there were hairs on the pillows and stains on the mattress. I felt dirty just from walking into the room. I slept in my car and checked out the very next morning.

I actually had no idea there were hotels like this one. I didn't even want to walk on the carpeting without sandals. It was more old and unkempt than outright dirty, but it made me uncomfortable and a bit disgusted.

I chose this hotel by looking online for hotels with discount coupons. I was traveling to Ca. from Wa. and needed an inexpensive motel. It was clean enough and did the job. Yes I would recommend it for that purpose to others. Close to fast food restaurants for that quick dinner fix
"FIne for a Night..."
Be honest with yourself - do you really expect 5 star service or quality at this price? If you are partying in Eugene and need a place to crash, this'll do fine. There are worse places out there. Staff were pretty friendly and unless you're a princess, it's fine for a night.

Possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. The room was disgusting, sheets were stained, and the shower had no water pressure. I do not recommend this place.

This place sucked balls.the room smelled like mildew.it didnt even have a closet just a bar screwed to the wall so that your clothes hang on to the microwave.

Cons - Pictures shown on the website are far better than the motel condition. - Rooms stink - Bathrooms are very small and everything is makeshift. Pros -Easy to locate -Good if you have absolutely no money in your hands.
SMALL bathroom, AC worked only part of the time, room smelled really bad.

This hotel was disgusting. I thought when I booked it, it had at least 2 if not 3 stars. Unfortunately, since it was graduation in EUgene, there were very few hotels to come by. Upon entering, the reception area is watched by surveilance camera and the employee took forever to come to the window. Then the room, it had to be the worst ever I have seen. […] Big black stains on the pink blanket...we just ran out. Would not even think a hotel like this would be on hotels.com! Les mer
"Nice and Clean in Eugene"
One of the best cheap motels I've ever been in. The only thing negative I could say is they could have used a little less carpet fresh as that was a bit aromatic, but tolerable after airing it out.. Very clean, very nice management, I would book again.
"dodgy and too far from everything cool"
Room in poor condition, tiny 13" TV. Dodgy part of town way too far from good restauraunts and U of O campus. Spend the extra $20 and get a better room.

At this pricing, I did not have high expectations, just needed an inexpensive place to stay for a couple of nights. Staff was VERY friendly and accommodating, but the place itself was not that great. Lights outside the window that stay on all night made it nearly impossible to sleep, as it looked like it was morning time in the room all night. Bed was […] hard, but that was expected. Overall room was in okay repair, peeling paint, wallpaper peeling off in some spots, toilet leaking... Noise from the street made it hard to sleep the first night, the second night I was so exhausted from being up all night before that I slept fine. I wouldn't reccommend this unless you are really on a budget. Also found out that this is in a questionable neighborhood. Les mer

If your looking for a safe room at a low price with absolutely no flash, then this is fine. It is what it is, a low price hotel. The TV is old, the room is dated, but it is safe and inexpensive.
