Veldig bra standard på rommene, store rom. Bra frokost, men kan bli veldig masse kø hvis du kommer midt i rushet. De lager omelett på din bestilling som er inkludert i prisen. Bra fasiliteter og kort avstand til 16th street som er en hovedgata i sentrum.

Hotell Magnolia i Denver var perfekt for vårt opphold i Denver da vi var der en uke for å besøke vår datter som bor i Denver. Veldig hyggelig personale, flott med tilbudet om drikke om ettermiddagen, og ferske cokies, melk, kaffe og te om kvelden. Kommer så absolutt tilbake!

We chose this hotel because of the good offer, its close situation and its shuttle service to the airport. We stayed one night upon arriving, and one night before departure from the airport .Both rooms were comfortable and clean and quiet, and the shuttle service functioned. Breakfast was good as well, but leaving at six in the morning, we were not offered anything to eat at departure. ( How about a small box in the reception in such cases?) Arriving with a car, however, the hotel is hard to see from the road as it is placed behind another and higher hotel facing the main road, so we had trouble finding it in the first place, especially since the road number didn't show and the GPS didn't find the entrance.

Our stay was first class on nicely priced. Every one from the desk to the cleaning crew went out of their way to assist in any manner requested. The entire staff acted as if they had know us for years! First class all the way!
Room was hot and ac wouldn't work

This hotel had absolutely phenomenal service. When there was a problem with room check-in because they didn't have the suite I had reserved, they fixed it immediately by upgrading my group to an even better situation without me even asking for it. Excellent rooms with very comfortable and spacious accommodations. Very close and convenient to many delicious […] restaurants, a comedy club and the Firstbank arena, so super-convenient if you're attending a concert or event there. This was the second time we stayed at the Springhill Suites during our visit to the National Stock Show. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfy and clean. The rates at the hotel should be at least half what they were due to the inconveniences created by the construction, the workers tying up the elevators and setting off the fire alarms.

I understand how frustrating construction can be for our guests, but unfortunately, we must get through it to bring our guests the luxurious experience they want and expect. The renovation is nearly complete! All of the guest rooms have been completed and only a few first floor public space areas remain. We want to accommodate our guests during this time in any way that we can to make them more comfortable so please let us know how we are doing.

When we were there, over Thanksgiving, there was a remodel going on - which is fine. However they started hammering and other construction noise at 7:00 am on Thanksgiving Day as well as the other days we were there.

"Busy Weekend"
I stayed at this hotel on a Friday night for a quick get away. The hotel was VERY busy with 2 hockey teams a water polo team and a cross country team all at the hotel. There were a lot of people about. Check in was slow and the woman working the front desk seemed very confused and overwhelmed. She was trying to answer a constantly ringing phone, having […] trouble answering simple questions to the guests and also checking in multiple parties. I requested a crib and it was quickly brought to my room. The maintenance man was very friendly and offered to set it up for me as well. I saw him several times throughout my stay and he always seemed busy yet pleasant. The hot tub and pool were busy but not crowded and there were adequate towels for us to all use. In my room there were several cob webs on the ceiling and the bed was fairly firm leading to a less than comfortable sleeping experience. Other than the cob webs the room seemed clean. Breakfast the next morning was VERY busy as well. There was only one lady working on restocking the buffet and she was moving as quickly as she could but she was having a hard time keeping up with the guests and many items were empty when I was going through the line. My biggest complaint was that both during check in and during breakfast there needed to be additional staff. It seems like the hotel should have noticed the capacity level the hotel was operating at and called in additional help. Les mer

We've stayed at this hotel before, and know its amenities well. The only comment on this trip was that on two floors, there was no water in the vending machines. Instead of finding me some bottles, the front desk clerk only suggested that I check another floor. That is a waste of my time, already wasted. It is certainly frustrating to waste precious time while traveling. We strive to keep our vending machines stocked regularly, and it is rare that we run out of something. We also have a 24 hour Market conveniently located by the Front Desk, stocked with a greater variety of beverages and an assortment of foods and snacks. Our maintenance and housekeeping teams work together to prevent problems in the rooms by checking that everything is working properly, and we hope that our guests will notify us in the event that something is not up to their expectation to allow us the opportunity to correct the issue for them as quickly as possible. We appreciate helpful feedback from our guests, such as this, as it allows for us to continuously look for ways to improve.

"Springhill Suites Hotel in Westminster, CO"
The hotel was in a quiet area, yet close to a Starbuck's. The breakfast was great, you could even make your own waffles. There is complimentary internet in the rooms and that is a big plus for me. I just wish that it had been wireless. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Colorado.

We chose Springhill Suites for its close proximity to 1st Bank Center Broomfield. I liked the location immediately because there are several restaurants and a Target within walking distance. I found this quite convenient. The hotel was also quiet and clean. Breakfast had many options including make-your-own waffles with strawberry topping and whipped […] cream. Yum! The only complaint my husband had was that it is a non-smoking hotel and there are no balconies to compensate (but that didn't bother me as a non smoker). The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Continental Breakfast was superb, lots to choose from. Check in was easy and staff was friendly and courteous. Easy to locate and easy access on and off the main highway. Quiet and in a safe area. I would most definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Customer service was outstanding, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains. The Continental Breakfast area was clean and so many choices to pick from. Easy to locate. I would most definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Had some miscommunication when we first picked up our keys, but once the problem was identified, all went well. Breakfast was a "zoo" on Saturday, so many people and so little space. "Excellent place to stay"
This hotel has excellent accommodations, and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. We stayed in a room that was very clean with a very comfortable bed to sleep on and a fabulous view of the Rocky Mountains. We highly recommend this hotel. We have stayed in this hotel before, and we have always had a pleasant experience.

We came to denver for the Boulder Boulder. We were very pleased with the facility and all of the amenities. I would definatly stay here again and recommend this hotel to anybody.The Staff was great and helpful.
