We had a fallswiew room booked, and that was we'll worth the money. The hotel was ok, nothing spesial, but a tiny bathroom in our room.

Hotellet ligger ganske så sentaralt. Ansatte ved hotellet var veldig greie og behjelpelige. Standarden på rommet var et røverkjøp til denne prisen. Hotellet hadde også en ganske så rask tårdløstinternett uten tilleg i prisen. Vil anbefalle andre som vil heller bruke penger på noe annet kjekt enn hotellrom å velge dette hotellet, da du får utrolig mye for pengene.

One of the nicest and friendliest hotels that we have stayed at in the area. We will definitely stay there again.
Hotel was clean. Very ornate and could hear through the walls and in the corridor. Location was close to many malls, restaurants. Had to wait a while at front desk as the two people were both on the phones. I think it would be better to have one person look after telephone calls and another take care of guests.

I was just in for one night and was unable to hook into wifi in my room. Though the ad said they had it, when I was there they told me that it was not in all rooms and they weren't sure which rooms had it and which didn't. the La Quinta next door may have been a better choice. Great front desk staff. Impeccably clean hotel. Comfortable and fully appointed. I've stayed at many hotels and there are few that get things right consistently. Salvatores has never disappointed!

"Very Satisfactory for our needs"
The hotel was in a good location and easy to get to. Everything was fine in the hotel and the room. We did find the bed a little soft for our liking, but that's a personal preference. We had our own, but it was a little disappointing to not see individual toiletries supplied in room. They had dispensers like you would see in a public washroom. "2nd stay not pleased"
This is my second stay. They gave us 2 adjoining rooms Reported a buzzing sound in 1 room and a dripping tap at 1pm. Told it would be fixed. Still not fixed at 6pm. Gave us a new room but didn't have one with connecting doors for our friends as requested originally. The first stay we requested 2 rooms connecting with 2 beds in each room. Gave us 1 room […] with 1 bed and 1 room with 2 beds. They moved us but did not have connecting rooms. Both times I was travelling with 3 other seniors who I take care of. Without adjoining rooms this is much more difficult for everyone in my party. Les mer
"A fantasy hotel!"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Salvatore's Garden Hotel. Our room had a very comfortable king sized bed and a fabulous Jacuzzi tub! What a treat! The walk in shower had a digital temperature gauge that worked really great and the heater fan in the bathroom itself worked so well that my hair was almost dry by the time I got myself toweled off! The […] sink was outside the bathroom which makes it really nice for people to brush their teeth while others are showering. We also had a small refrigerator and a nice sized television,a coffee maker, plenty of storage for our clothes, a heater that actually worked, extra pillows and no noise through the walls, floor or ceiling! Wow! And we were on the second of three floors! Breakfast was fine; a good selection of breads, muffins, cereals & juices. Scrambled eggs (from a bag - oh well), sausage links, & Canadian bacon were okay. The waffles were good, especially since there were fresh strawberries, mini chocolate chips & whipped cream provided for them! The most amazing thing about the hotel, however, was the decor! It was like a mini vacation just walking through the dining area! There were chandeliers, flowers, statues, porcelain figurines, curio cabinets, gorgeous furniture and columns everywhere! An aquarium in the wall of the lobby had salt water fish to enjoy! Best of all the staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. We felt pampered during our entire stay! We would stay here again in a heartbeat and are highly recommending it to our friends. The only thing we were a tad disappointed by was the fact that the restaurant was not at the hotel like we had thought. It was a few blocks away, so we would have had to drive there. "Location, location, location"
This hotel is located near the on-ramp of I-90 which makes it extremely convenient to travel to places within and around WNY. It is also conveniently located on Transit Road near shopping, dining, and other entertainment. There is plenty of safe, well-lit parking and many amenities.

Hotel requires some upgrading, which is currently in progress. Shbuttle service is provided to airport and Salvatore's Restaurant - excellent dining. Lots of shopping nearby. Buffet breakfast was okay, and it was included with room rate. Have stayed there many times, and would recommend it.

Very nice, romantic getaway place! Nice to see that tv's are all new, and rooms are all getting makeovers and being updated. Breakfast is great, something for everyone!

"Salvatore's Garden Place in New York - Romantic"
Our only problem was with you...I made the reservation through Hotel.com, but at the hotel, our reservations showed Expedia. I don't understand why. Other than that small misunderstanding, we were EXTATIC about the hotel. The building was breathtaking. Italian sculptures accented the lobby and along each hall. As the doors automatically open, your eyes […] fill with the beautiful, breath-taking sight of crystal lighting. The staff, regardless whether they work at the front desk or housekeeping, were friendly and helpful. The room was amazing. Large enough for a huge King-size bed and an inviting Jacuzzi to the side. And there was still enough room for me and my wheelchair to move easily around. And the price, thanks to Hotel.com, was within our vacation budget. "Potential but flawed"
Really wanted to rate this hotel higher. On checkin we were greeted by the friendliest reception clerk ever (in a good way, she wasn't OTT) and moving through the foyer we got a good chance to check out the Italian inspired decoration - very nice. Hallways had some quite dated wallpaper and carpet (same in the rooms), was ok but definitely needed […] replacing. Our room was an 'executive suite' which we weren't expecting (only paid for a standard room) but that's where the problems started. Instead of a 'do not disturb' sign to hang on the door, there's a button to press which lights up an led outside the room. This was making an awful buzz though. Rest of the room was nice, but needed some serious renovating. Really really old CRT TV and an old tub with some built up dirt around the buttons. Phoned downstairs to ask for someone to look at the buzzing (simply taking the cover off and removing or refixing the wire would solve it) and got through to someone who seemed annoyed at the interruption. On our way I confirmed the issue with a guy at reception and was promised it would be fixed by the time we were back. Returned 5 hours later at 9pm, buzzing was still there. Reception transferred us instantly without a problem, into a standard room though (didn't care, it was what we'd paid for!). Fridge was very noisy, but easily fixed by turning it off. The tub was very old - jacuzzi jets literally looked like hosepipes stuck in the side of the tub! Some of the buttons didn't work either. Even worse, the piece of metal running around the side of the tub was broken and I got quite a nasty cut off it. Told reception when we checked out and they didn't seem too bothered (didn't even get an apology!). Breakfast was one of the better ones I've had a hotel, was free and had a good selection of food including bagels, cereal, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit & diy waffles. The hotel was a 3 star nothing special. It suited our need for shopping but nothing more. The comforter's on the bed were old and should of been replaced. It wasn't the Westin but shopping in buffalo it suited us.

Located at the end of the freeway off ramp and minutes from the airport, this hotel is about as convenient as it can be. Upon arrival, asked for quiet room in back. Back of hotel was older, but very quiet. Room was a bit dusty, as if it had not been used in a while. TV was tiny, 19". Jacuzzi with mirrors was romantic. Room service was good.

Very nice stay really enjoyed the small bar and restaurant in lobby. Liked the fact that you did not have to leave hotel, everything you needed was there. Enjoyed the food at bar and the drink specials,especially the martinis. The food ordered at hotel and brought in from Salvatores restaurant was excellent.

"Please think twice & BEWARE of the Park and Fly"
I think this place has certainly lost its spark!! We choose to do the park and fly package at Garden Place Hotel and what a nightmare. We have stayed here multiple times in the past, although it was a first for park and fly. We did the reverse park and fly (leave your vehicle and stay when you return). After a long 5 hr. flight, we couldn't wait to […] get to the hotel and get something to eat (we hadn't eaten since lunch and it was now midnight in Buffalo with the time change). When we arrived at the hotel (via taxi, shuttle had stopped running 5 mins. before we arrived, oh well not a big deal) the lone employee was pleasant and seemed accommodating. After doing the initial check in the problems began. We asked for our car keys so we could go and get something to eat and to our surprise he could not find them anywhere. After looking for about a half hour and attempting to call a manager for help (of course he wasn't able to reach anyone), we decided to go up to our room since there was no other option. We went up to the first room and the garbage in the room had not been emptied and the toilet had been used (gross). We returned to the front desk and we were given another dirty room. This time we thought someone was in the room. The bed was unmade, it smelled like perfume and the door wasn't completely shut (we just pushed it open and realized someone may be in it). When walking back to the front we noticed another door not latched shut. We once again returned to the front (really just wanting to go home, but we were stuck there because we had no car keys). At this time the front desk clerk was very apologetic but really couldn't do anything. He said he would upgrade to a nicer room, but the nicer room was even a nightmare. The room hadn't been used this time, but was in great disrepair. The toilet seat was cracked, the Jacuzzi tub was in rough shape , things were broken, the room was dusty, etc. Certainly a lack of maintenance and maybe care. By this time, we were so t Les mer

During my stay, the hotel gave me a very bad experience. First of all, don't have enough parking spaces. Second, the internet connection doesn't work. and I was told by front desk staff it wasn't work for few weeks and don't know when it be fixed.

"Salvatore Italian Gardens"
Our stay became much more enjoyable once they got the internet back up and working. Down for several days and they didn't seem to care. Daughter needed it for online college classes. Exercise room was being remodeled during our stay--another disappointment, but will be nice when complete. Needed exercise room for recuperation after surgery on legs

This is definately the place to go if you need to relax and unwind. The in room jacuzzi is big enough for two big adults and it is DEEP. The breakfast was good and I like the idea of a cappacino machine and coffee machine in the hallway for a hot soothing beverage at any time of the day or night. We had a great time. The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was nice, showed some signs of age, but they were remodeling, so I think it will be upgraded in the near future. The breakfast was excellent. Was all we hoped for and more.

"driving distance to all amenities"
i needed a shuttle service to airport for 4:30 am due to early flight but hotel shuttle service starts at 6am so i ended up incurring extra charges for taxi to airport and was charged a flat rate way beyond my budget..too inconveinent for my liking.
Great room with a Spa tub for two! No restaurant inside hotel but quick short van ride (free) to Family owned restaurant. Convenient to airport Great place to stay!
