Veldig fint og rent hotell. Alt var egentlig veldig bra. Det eneste jeg kan sette fingeren på var at vi fikk et rom med 2 130cm senger når vi bestilte rom for 3 personer. En liten dobbelseng blir litt for liten på guttetur :) Var bare å klage, så fikk vi ny med engang. Alt i alt: Bra service

Dette er Amsterdams hjerte, en travel bydel med horder av besøkende fra sentralstasjonen til Dam-plassen med den vakre 1300-tallskirken Nieuwe Kerk. Den eldste delen av byen, Oude Zijde, er berømt for sitt "Red Light District", men universitetet og havnen gir også de smale gatene her en annen type koloritt og liv. Dette er et hotell for høye og fulle ungdommer som er ute etter å feste i byen. Mitt rom hadde et stort hull i veggen og min venn ble vekket 3 ganger i løpet av natten av full menn som ville ha henne med ut på fest, fordi de på en eller annen måte hadde greid å få tak i hotellnr i resepsjonen. Det skal ikke være mulig! Og hotellet er ikke et hotell, […] men en rønne av et hostell... hele bygningen oser av Marihuana...Og betalte en svært høy pris i forveien for å bi der, ikke bra. "Dårlig vedlikeholdte rom."
Rommet burde vært pusset opp. Meget dårlig standard. Badet var bra, men badekaret var skittent. Frokosten var bra og restauranten var også tilfredstillende.

Slækt hotell midt i gågata av Amsterdam centrum. Kort avstand til tog og annen transport. Dette var for oss kun et sted og sove, så jeg har ikke så mye annet å si enn at jeg ikke har noe særlig negativt å komme med. Anbefaler dette hvis du vil campe billig

Litt gammelt bygg og inventar, men sengene var gode å sove i og personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Det gratis trådløse nettet må man sitte nede i gangen for å bruke grunnet dårlig dekning. Frokosten var også helt grei men litt lite påleggsutvalg.

Stayed one night, and was happy with it. Friendly staff offered to store my luggage, and put it behind reception desk. When i came to pick it up there was allmost no space for staff because it seemed thousands of others also stored suitcases there. Hotel is a little worn down, and could use a good carpet and wall cleaning. But daily cleaning seemed […] good, and my tiny room was nice enough with paractically no noise. Impressive since the hotel is on a superbusy city centre street. Breakfast was nothing special, but ok. The best thing is location. Close to centraal station, shopping, redlight district. Walking distance to everything in Amsterdam center. All in all a good budget alternative. I will probably check availability next time i go to Amsterdam. Les mer

Nice, helpful and smiling staff in the reception, simple breakfast. Hard to sleep because of the noise outside. Very easy to get everywhere from there, close to everything. Good restaurants nearby. "Shockingly bad!"
At the reception I was greeted by an annoyed lady who demanded cash deposit (!) for the hotel room and I got dealt a worn remote control and an A4 page with rules for the hotel. Among other things, they had felt it necessary to mention specifically that it was not allowed to bring firearms (!) in the room. The room was tiny, missing windows and into […] the evening were heavy marijuana-smoking in the hallways. For the price of a 4-star hotel in Oslo is the standard at this "hotel" disgraceful. Les mer

this website says this hotel is 3 stars but compare to the other 3 stars hotel, this hotel is not as good. Very small, no space in Bathroom. the bed is very soft. but at least this hotel has wifi. breakfast is not so bad.

Conveniently easy to reserve. Outstanding economy in comparison with included breakfast. Outstanding location close to the centralstation in the middle of Amsterdam center. "The great location is not worth the stay."
It feels like you are in a boarding house. Although the location was great the hotel room was the worst I have ever had. Stay away from this place.
Great location but not great quality. Our shower did not work, although we did not complain as we were only staying for one night. 2 of us also got badly bitten by bed bugs.

This hotel needs to be renovated. The walls are aged and you can see the cracks. The rooms are extremely small, the toilet seat moved when you moved. The bathroom was not clean and unsanitary. The bed was suppose to be double, however they were 2 single flat twin beds pushed together that kept separating. The elevator was barely big enough for 2 and […] it scrapped against the wall as well as you could see the inside of the shaft. The staff was not friendly and they make you leave your key with them everytime you went out. The hallways carpet wreaked of marijuana and was worn badly. The hotel location was awesome and that is the only plus.. the receptionist was very rude and the restaurant for the hotel was also rude.. they wouldn't let us heat food and eat in our room .. we have dietary conditions so we always carry our food .. they made it impossible for us to work with them .. the rudeness was intolerable ...

stayed here for 3 nights with 5 other friends, when we first walked into the hotel it was nice, clean and fresh looking, but that all changed walking up the stairs to our room, torn and dirty carpets and a smell of damp.we then went into the room dirth mirror in the main roon , wall paper torn and mouldy and the beds you would be more comfortable sleeping […] on the floor.second night could here mice running around the room, on the last day a friend was woken up by a mouse running across her pillow. how nice, told reception but too late at this stage Les mer
The Delta City hotel Amsterdam is definety a place to miss. The room was tiny. We had a hole in the floor under the carpet st the end of the beds and main walkway that was dangerous. The walls were paper thin and you could hear the bed creaking when someone turned over. Staff on the last day were diwnright rude not only to us but other guests booking […] out. Great party location!! It's across the street from the "Red Light" district. Very helpful and friendly staff!! The hotel is run down, dingy and appears somewhat dirty. The rooms are extremely small. Overall the hotel is grubby and in need of renovation. I got a box room in the roof - lift doesn't go to top floor. Internet access only in public areas. The breakfast was uedible - I got to the dining room at 8.15 to find a couple of slices of cheese that looked like they had been there all night and some kind of lhalf cooked mashed bacon. I stayed with two friends at the Delta Hotel in September. It certainly isn't three star, I would say it merits one star. It is more like a hostel than a hotel. We arrived before check-in time and were told to come back at 11 o'clock. We asked to use the toilet which was via the cooking area. After seeing the cooking area we didn't eat breakast in the […] hotel!!! I honestly wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. We didn't check it out on Trip Advisor before we booked it, had we done that we definitely wouldn't have booked it. Despite our accommodation we did enjoy our visit to Amsterdam. Ok place to bed down for the night but definitely not more than a night. Provides a decent bed in a good location and has a restaurant. Not worth the amount paid though.

Perfect location - just a few minutes walk from central train station, tram stops, shops, cafes and the popular tourist sights. Check-in was painless, small-lift was a bit ropey but room was comfortable and shower was excellent in a walk-in bathroom - although hand basin was in the bedroom. My room was at the rear and the view was just roofing, however […] I actually liked the privacy. Breakfast was just about satisfactory in the restaurant next door, Cereal was crap but nothing wrong with bacon, scrambled eggs and baked beans. I would visit again. Les mer
"Rough and Ready"
Hotel in bad state of decay, breakfast was horrible. The hotel staff are friendly though and the location is ideal. It advertised parking included which isn't true, its a service where someone takes your car to a location in Amsterdam which isn't my idea of city parking.
Great location. Friendly staff...until they burst into our room without even knocking and demanded that we leave because they got our reservations mixed up. I would look for a different place next time!!

The hotel is in a great location next to the Patat Mat shop on Damrak. Hotel staff was VERY friendly and professional. The room was TINY. Bed was uncomfortable and small, more like a cot. Nice flat screen TV. Slow lift. Breakfast was fine.

The location of this hotel is great and it is rather cheap. A short walk from the central train station, palace, red light district, Anne Frank House, restaurants, etc. Staff were helpful and friendly. "Good location but poor facility"
I was generally disappointed, but it could be an issue of the standard of service one sees in other countries. Maybe this is the norm in Amesterdam.. Nevertheless, there is no doubt you'll get very little value for your money by staying in this hotel. I paid certain rate, let us call it x, and got nothing more than a 0.25x of actual value.

no matter how many times we went in or out seeing the same staff person, she could never remember that we were guests, seems a bit detached from her job, and a bit snotty.. our room was fine except for an odd smell . Great spot for a night and central to downtown Amsterdam. The staff was very accomodating and very friendly. Just watch out for the extra's that are charged to you when you arrive, tourist tax, etc. Would be back there again as it does come with breakfast!! Great option.

The service was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent except there was no access for ttaxis. The faciliyis soewhat rundown and there is no air conditioning. Our room faced another room and that was it. I was bare bones living.

Not bad for what I paid. Staff was friendly. No AC. Excellent location for some Amsterdam action. Easy walk from Central Station. Pretty good resturant too. Bed was wedged between a radiator and a desk. Desk was higher than the bed. Private shower and toilet. A little loud but it is Amsterdam.

be very careful they advertise car parking self park for 21 Euro per night when you arrive its 31 Euro because the man! has to park it for you the this hotel is most certainly 3 star look for some others near they are a whole lot better our room was a joke it was about 14 ft long by 6 ft wide the beds were top to tail and 2.6 wide be warned avoid like […] the plague Les mer

Chose hotel because of proximity to train station. Easy to access with luggage. Room faced the main street and was very noisy but spacious and clean.
