The Hotel is located at the South end of Las Vegas a short trip from the Strip. We stayed here for convenience and cost effectiveness! I would recommend this place for a longer stay because it has EVERYTHING you need! Great Comfort! Thank you Hotels.com

After I made the reservation, I called and was promised a crib in our room. So, I didn't pack ours. When we got there, there was no crib in our room, and in fact, there were no cribs available, period. Then, the guy at the front desk, enstead of apologize for the inconvenience, said, "well you know, the floor is the best place for a baby to sleep anyway." […] Which is not accurate. When we ventured out the next morning, we called the front desk (as they instructed) to tell them we were leaving so they could send house keeping. They did not. We had no made-beds or clean towels when we returned. And no crib. When my husband called to ask what happened, they told him he'd have to come and pick up the clean towels and crib himself. When he did, the crib was dirty and looked too unsanitary to put our baby in. This hotel is also a permanent residence for many, if not hundreds of people so the service is poor and it seemed to be a shady hotel. Also, when I was making the beds, myself, I noticed dead bug shells washed into the blankets. Gross. This was a bad experience and we will never stay here again. Les mer

The customer service was horrible, no towels, lack of professionalism when checking in..... However kitchen was very clean...... Rooms are in need of remodeling asap!! But i guess you get what you pay for....

Happy with the price. It is far from the strip but worth it. Only problem was how noisy it was upstairs.

I read the other reviews and most were good. My experience was very good. Rooms were very clean and in good shape. Beds were a little hard. Rooms were and suite was larger than I expected! Overall great experience. Thanks.

I stayed here twice before. This time I am very dissapointed. Upon entering the room, I found no batteries in TV remotes. Now they don't have any kitchen utensils. Second day, they did not even put more cups. They left the dirty sheets in aplastic bag beside my room door on the stairs plus another trash bag, do disgusting.

This was the 2nd time to stay here in 2weeks. Nice place.

We searched online for hotels in Vegas to stay in for the night on our way to somewhere else. We wanted somewhere without a casino because we didn't want to have to go through it or deal with anybody coming from it or hear any noise from it. Sienna Suites usually has the best rates for what we are doing in Henderson. Could be cleaner.

We found the hotel very convenient and available on our trip from Utah to Tucson. Check in was very effecient. The suite consisted of an open living room and kitchen with all the amenities. However, the bedroom contained a very hard king sized bed that seemed like two box springs joined together. We put our queen air mattress on top of it to make it […] more comfortable. Les mer

I should have listened to the other reviews. Found several dead cockroach sized bugs in my room, I guess it is asking too much to vacuum. Thank god for bringing my own sheets and comforter...

Beds very uncomfortable

Good option for the area & well priced, but they offer full kitchen, but on arrival there was no cups plates pots & pans, not even a tea spoon, hopefully they will sort this out, they did find some but this was against safty because of the dishwasher not being the right temperature. but over all still a good stay

The hotel is not on the strip but very good for it is price. Especially if you get the 2 bedroom suites.

Great place for the price, could not have been better for the price I paid. Excellent service and nice place to stay very centrally located. They were all very nice and very helpful.

The couch looked like something picked up at the dump, no exaggeration. The bed was hard. The small bath towels were rough. The neighborhood scary. It is 5 miles from downtain. That's a $40 cab ride! And the cab driver complained about having to come all the way out to get us and made a bunch of "wrong" turns. Stay where u play. Avoid this crappy hotel […] and the cheating cab drivers! Les mer

Siena Suites was very friendly to me. Room service came everyday. Based on some reviews, I was a little reluctant due to reports of roach infestations. However, my room was spot clean and comfortable. Like others have mentioned there are NO CONDIMENTS. Not too far from the strip or the airport. This hotel looked fine on the outside and the lobby was ok as well. But, the rooms were worn out, the bed smelled like dirty diapers, the bathtub drain was completely rusted. we had a suite we booked as a one king and two queen suite. It was a dirty looking, worn out sofa sleeper and two bedrooms with disgusting mattresses. there were huge stains on […] the carpet and a kitchenette with all the charm and vinyl of a trailer. Room is huge, clean. Quiet. But a long ways to anything on the strip or to the convention center. Luckily I had a car and could drive where I needed to go. Good value, as I paid about six tee bucks a nite during a popular CES week.

Walls are quite thin. Folks in the next room fought most of the night and slammed doors. Couldn't get any sleep at all. Get what you pay for. Note that internet is not wireless.....you need the cable.

I first realized this was not going to be good when I was waiting to be helped and a hotel employee was on the phone with a woman who was lost trying to get to the hotel. She was losing her patience and visibly getting frustrated and hung up on the client. Then we get into the room and the heater was full blast....it was in the low 70's that day. I […] could not get the room to cool down. The carpet had pulled away from the tack and I was afraid my toddler would step on it. EVERYTHING WAS OK BUT THE SHOWER COURTIN WAS TOO SHORT SO ALOT OF WATER WENT OUT OF THE TUB CAUSINGTHE FLOOR WET FOR A LONG TIME BESIDES THAT I LIKET

When we go to Las Vegas to visit family, we prefer a place that is smoke free & away from the Strip. Siena Suites met our needs on both accounts. The staff was friendly. The only thing is I wish I knew ahead of time to bring supplies for the kitchen. We were worried it might be a terrible place to stay since we got such a low rate on a 72 hour special. My husband was pleasantly surprised it was clean and safe. On our first night there was some loud noise throughout the night. I think it was the heater from the unit above us. We were on the second floor. I suggest you get a room on the third floor […] to avoid having to hear the noise. One other thing is I thought the room came equipped with pots, pans, and other dishes. Room was well maintained. 2baths- 1 wash cloth. Very firm bed, but good.

Easy access to Interstate. Wonderful bed. Kitchen but no house goods. Only complaint was the barking dog next door. Some dog droppings on the grass. Would stay here again and again.

This is a very pleasant place to stay but the beds were hard, the towels few and although a well applianced kitchen, no plates to eat off or pots to cook with!

Siena Suites allows dogs which barked all night. And there was dog waste on the carpet in our room. The sheets were dirty and are so thin you can see through them. When I complained to the on duty staff member, he reacted that it is business as usual.

Carpets weren't vacumed, bathroom floor not very clean, sheets were old, thin, kind of wrinkled--wasn't sure if they were really clean, pillows very old and bumpy, coffee left for little pot but no cups in room. Awakened by people shouting in pool nearby at 1:45 am, awakened again at 3:30 am by people partying in and in front of a nearby room.

We chose this hotel since it was pet friendly. It met our needs.

I wasn't expecting much when I booked the room considering its price, but it beat the alternative of staying in the back of my truck without Internet access and a shower. But when I drove up, it reminded me of a condo complex and walking into the room, I was pleasantly surprised. Had a living room with small kitchen in back, then a bedroom with a bathroom […] off of that. It wasn't fancy, but it was very serviceable. The bed was kind of lumpy, though. If the Siena Suites had wifi instead of wired acess it would be perfect .We travelled with a friend who had a netbook and no cable port for the internet but it wasn't a deal breaker . The suites was perfect for three friends travelling together -a couple and a single .The rooms were clean and well presented and not a ba ddrive to the lower end of the […] strip area . The pictures on the website are very outdated. The place is much more rundown than shown on the website. Additionally, while this is an "extended stay" hotel, there are no kitchen amenities at all--except a small coffee maker. we expected pots and pans, forks, plates, etc and there was none of that. the equipment in the exercise room was mostly functional […] although not well cared for--and no free weights as shown in the pictures. it seems to be basically a place where people live and some people actually use it as a hotel. worked for us, but it is definitely on the low end of quality. Although there is a kitchen and coffee machine, there ate no pots, pans, flatware, glasses, cups, plates. I asked the desk clerk if any were available. response was since August we don't do that anymore. I then asked if the kitchen was a prop

Bed was uncomfortable- like we were sleeping on a box spring. It had a kitchen, but no pots, pans, utensils, plates, silverware, etc.

The personnel were very pleasant. The only thing that seemed strange is there is a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave etc and yet there are NO utensils. Not even a cup. I do think that maybe it would be a good idea to add a few of these things. Besides this everything else worked out really well for us. We probably will stay here again. Sue

I was looking for a quiet place off The Strip, I am not a gambler and was in Vegas for a week on bussiness. I pull into the 'hotel' (it's more like appartments which is fine) and there are 8 squad cars with doors hanging open, spread all around the office and entrance area like a classic episode of COPS LAS VEGAS. Gawkers are standing around in small […] groups watching as the Police try to talk to a man in the pool area. He is shouting obscenities at the Officers. I tried to not get involved. I checked in and stayed out of gun range. A while later I went to the nearby supermarket and purchaced groceries for the week. The kind you cook. When I got back and was putting them away I noticed a peculiar absense of dishes and cooking utensils. There was not even a glass to drink water from. There was a full kitchen ... with no dishes. I went back to the office and they informed me they were not allowed to furnish dishes any more. I said "Let me get this straight. You advertized a 'long stay suite' but there are no dishes. How am I supposed to cook and eat." The hotel desk clerk said, "You will have to go out and buy some. The Health Department made us take them all out. We cannot provide them any more. The Health Department would not return my call. If I have to go out and buy $100.00 worth of dishes, pots and pans which I then leave behind because they do not travel well what good does it do to try and eat healthy by cooking for yourself. Health departments all over the world state that fast food and diets rich in fats and sugars are unhealthy. Now Nevada wants us to only eat at these resteraunts so they take our dishes away. If per chance it is a dirty dishes issue then why is this still a hotel and not just appartments? The place was not spotless clean though not obviously dirty either. If the hotel cannot clean the dishes enough what about the sheets, towels, rugs and mattreses?Next the hotels will have to remove linens because they are not kept clean? Just leave this pla Les mer

The picture does not match the actually hotel. The hotel was outdated. It has a kitchen but no utensils.No cups or spoons or forks! The beds are springy( you can feel the springs on your back). We asked for more towels and pillows and we did not receive any. We were only told that we are allowed only the amount given to us. Also, they did not even give […] us new towels.So we could not shower in the morning. It was so bad we cut our trip short. As we checked out they did not even ask us how our stay was. This is going to be my ultimate destination in Vegas if I just need to stop there and not intend to walk around the Strip, since the room was huge (even a kitchen!), clean and very cosy, the place is rather quiet and the whole atmosphere is amazing! Great Service. Positive staff and straight forward deal. I would highly recomment this place to everyone that doesn't mind to stay away from the strip and save a few bucks.
