Veldig greit motell til rimelig pris nær DFW International. Egen bil som bringer til og fra flyplass gratis ca hvær 45 min. Bare lett frokost, men god og rimelig døgnåpen restaurang like over gata. Kan anbefales.

Et veldig rimelig hotell som lå 20 min gange til sentrum. Utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Greie rom og god komfort, selv om det var noe lytt. Frokosten var utrolig bra med mye å velge mellom.

My stay was for business and the hotel was ideal location, room, facilities. The breakfasts were excellent value. One morning I had an early meeting and the staff prepared my breakfast order to go. I am also grateful to the front desk staff who went above and beyond to assist me as I happened to fall sick while I was on my business trip.

The hotel was very clean and in a convenient location. Pros: Microwave and fridge in room Friendly and knowledgeable staff Cons: Uncomfortable (softness controlled) beds No free breakfast Housekeeping came trying to clean our room 3 times before 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning.

Made reservations for a Jr Suite at the Hilton Garden Inn - Duncanville Texas. This isn't the first time this has happened at this hotel. We arrived a little early and was told that our suite was being cleaned and to come back in a couple of hours. We went to the outlet mall and returned 15 minutes of when we were asked to come back. The clerk checked […] us in and when we went into our room it was a standard room. I called the clerk and told them they had put me in the wrong room. I had reserved a Jr Suite. She gave me to another person who informed me that all the Suites had been given away and this was the only room I could have. Needless to say I was very upset because like I said this happened to my husband and grandson when they had reserved a Suite at this same hotel. I will never stay at another Hilton and I am going to turn them in to the BBB. My advise is when you stay at a Hilton and they tell you that your room is not ready stay camped out at their counter until the room is ready!!! Les mer
The room was nice and very clean and would stay there again. I didn't realize we were not guaranteed a non smoking room when I used a certain website but the front desk lady was nice enough to let us check out the smoking room they were going to put us in and a non smoking handicap room and she let us choose which room. the hotel is nice but the beds are uncomfortable ,and the breakfast should be included for the price you pay ,most hotels do have a breakfast included in the hotel rate.

My family and I loved this hotel!!!! We alway visit the Dallas area for the Ennis drag race and the state fair. This was the first time we stayed here, rooms were clean the hotel was very clean. We will stay here each time we come to any event.Checking in and out was a breeze. We will stay here whenever we come to this area

The beds at this Hotel were extremely hard, no give what so ever. I'm a handicap person and this was unacceptable. I'll never stay again. Much to expensive for what we recieved.

At this hotel my room was not ready on the day i was to check in. Person that checked in before me had same problem. Offered them a complimentary night stay but offered me NOTHING. Beds were hard and room smelled of smoke. Did not appreciate being placed in another room when i paid for a suite. Service needs to be evaluated by executives.

This was a good hotel and the staff was very friendly.....The only thing I didnt like about the hotel was the latch on our door didnt work, and the bathroom vent didnt work either.....I must say the breakfast was wonderful

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Hotel for the 4th of July and although the hotel was very nice, the beds were so hard. You could select the comfort of the bed by adjusting a knob on each side of the mattress. I adjusted each side to soft and each night, it felt like I was laying on bricks. Apparently, the comfort adjuster did not work on either mattress […] or either side. Other guests were complaining as well. "HGI Duncanville - Does it right"
Could not have been friendlier if they tried. The bed was beyond comfortable and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Will definitely stay here again the next time I fly into Dallas.

While staying at this hotel I had a serious bout with positional vertigo. The hotel staff was quick to assist us by getting me a wheel chair as well as directing us to the nearest hospital. The master chef was extremely helpful in seeing that all our needs were met. We highly recommand this location without reservations.

Check in was super easy and fast. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and modern. Free parking! The area isn't the best and there isn't much to do but we were in town for a family function so that wasn't a priority for us. We would stay again for sure!

Stayed for 6 nights for getaway. The property is nice and the staff was great. Rooms were well maintained and cleaned daily. The pool area was also nice except for hottub being broken. The workout room and business center were very nice for this property. There is even a copy machine in the business area. It is not too close to restaurants (well not […] within walking distance). The breakfast is $10 which seems high to me since many hotels of this caliber have free breakfast, but parking is free. The location is ok with access to I-20 south of Dallas, but the surrounding property of this hotel is not so nice (not unsafe feeling, just kinda ugly and run down). Overall, I would stay here again and felt well taken care of here. Les mer
