My stay In the Killarney was amazing..Every thing about the hotel was great. The service was A1...Staff were every friendly...great location...Must say it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in .

Hotel was in nice location, very close to town (in town really) and short drive out to see sights. Clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff. Parking onsite. Great place to stay and tour the Kerry/Dingle area and golf.

The hotel was in a perfect location, right on the corner of the entrance to High Street, about 10mins walk to the train station, and well within reach of most local amenities. My wife and I had a short stay in KPH. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and personable; the quality of the accomodation was first class; the breakfast was excellent and above all the location of the hotel right in the heart of Killarney Town was perfect. We would highly recommend this hotel and indeed Killarney as a destination.

Beautiful hotel! CHeck in was fast and easy - staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic - right downtown. Walking distance to shops and pubs.

Superb hotel right in the centre of KIllarney town. Beautiful decor with a pool & spa area perfect for relaxing in. Although the town is full of bars and restaurants, the food available in the hotel make you never want to leave. The staff are excellent. Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

We really enjoyed our stay in Killarney plaza & we will certainly stay again! Clean, comfy and spacious room. Lovely bar food, and in general the hotel is really welcoming & the staff very friendly. We used the pool which was great too. The location is super~ managed to get the last available space in the hotel carpark which was really handy & didn't […] move the car again til checkout as we walked everywhere around Killarney Highly recommend!! Hotel had everything needed for a short stay, very central to restaurants and shops . While the hotel was very busy during our stay there was never any noise to keep us awake. Staff were very friendly and professional. We would stay again without any doubt.

Great location and lovely staff. The room was small but clean and had everything you'd need. Over all I had a higher expectation for the Plaza than was ultimately delivered but the location makes this one of the best hotels in Killarney.

Lovely staff and great location. Great bar and really wonderful food. The seafood chowder was outstanding. The matresses were aweful by US standards, which really made our stay very disappointing. Staff said the matresses were new. They were very hard with soft springs. Staff added duvets on top of the matresses but they did very little to increase […] our comfort. We booked a family room for our May 2012 vacation. Positives include: Room very clean with good quality finishes; nice view of the distant mountains from our window; no noticeable street noises despite downtown location; underground parking at no additional charge; shower curtain; very attractive lobby; beautiful pool and hot tub included; located across […] the street from a Ring of Kerry coach tour pick-up point; nearby restaurants and shops. A few glitches included: the elevator to the undergound parking did not function when we arrived. It indicated that there was a "fire emergency" yet there was no evidence of a fire anywhere. We had to lug our suitcases up and down convoluted stairs and hallway to get to the ground floor as we were unwilling to wait for the elevator to be repaired. Upon arrival at our room, one of the two sliding doors to the closet would not open. The nearby housekeepers quickly removed the mirrored doors, closed the door to the safe that had caused the jam, and reinstalled the doors which worked fine for the remainder of our visit; the elevators often had a sewer gas type odor; room felt cramped--two out of three suitcases had to reside on the limited floor space; access to pool and hot tub ended at 8:00 p.m. which seemed early. This was a nice hotel in a great location central to the city centre locations in Killarney. While the hotel itself and room were very clean, it could use some updating in terms of the decor, furniture, TV, etc. I guess I was expecting something much more modern from the Web site and photos. Loved the Molton Brown products in the bathroom! Parking was […] free and was located in a garage connected to the hotel. I'm not sure if this was due to renovations, but getting from the garage to the hotel lobby was a bit of a hike up and down stairs and through a number of doorways. I stayed at this hotel on a sight-seeing trip through Ireland with my senior citizen parents. We all agreed that it was a very nice hotel and very convenient to everything in the town. The only criticism I have is that the blanket on my bed was very worn and had some stains on it. The blanket did not look dirty, just needed to be replaced. Central location with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room etc. Also h the Molton brown spa. Air-conditioned room had flat-screen satellite TV and free WiFi. Marble bathroom was large and clean with toiletries. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly.

Hotel Car park was full..... Couldnt access the pool area cos it was unattended when I tried...... Didnt eat at the hotel......but, Didnt have any real problems and the location was perfect for us at the time.

Most of the hotel staff was friendly and very informative. There were a few staff members who didn't know as much; however, they would always get more information from others. Nice hotel, conservative room decor, nice but small gym and swimming pool. Courteous staff. Very good location in Killarney only a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Had to use the public car park behind the hotel instead of the underground car park as it was full. From the gorgeous hotel to the amazingly wonderful staff to the fantastic food, the Killarney Plaza was everything I wanted and more. The location could not be more perfectly located in the heart of Killarney and EVERYTHING is within walking distance. Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Liegt sehr schön. Überdurchschnittlich freundliches Personal im ganzen Hotel. Sehr sauber und große Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Ich würde dem Hotel 4Sterne+ geben. Absolut zu empfehlen.
